    Ive lived here at the 68 for a year now and cannot say enough as to how satisfied I am. Great clean and modern apartments sitting right in the Hemisfair Park. Ive had an amazing, comfortable experience living here. Bianca (Manager) and Ivanna(Assistant) always greet me with a huge, friendly smile and are quick to solve anything.Conveniently located A few hundred feet from the Riverwalk, Restaurants, Shops, and next to The Convention Center. Ive had an incredibly peaceful and fun experience here and cannot say enough. Just signed another lease with confidence that my great experience is going to continue. On a side note have not seen a cockroach the entire year Ive been here, they are non-existant :-) I highly recommend anyone to check the 68 Apartments, I give them High Praise!!!Richard E

    Finally writing a review. I wanted to give myself time here at The 68’ before I wrote a review. I want to be accurate about how I rate my experience here. 1) just looking at every thing visually you can see The 68’ is well kept, very clean and modern. 10/10! 2) you must remember the location here is one of the best in downtown San Antonio, so it being located downtown you will have to give up space for quality and the experience of living in an awesome part of the city. 3) There is no pool but I’m not big on pools so it doesn’t bother me, but I do play basketball 🏀 and there is a court on the roof! The court is closed to the public and only for residents so that is a plus! 10/10!!!! 4) I love the parking they have available for residents, it’s very secure and blocked from public parking and there are no break ins to residents cars because of the security. 4)Living down town that’s a big plus 100/10!!!! 5) I live in a studio apartment, it is very spacious I have a queen bed, a couch, a small 3 seat dining room table and a dresser with a 75 inch TV! 10/10!!! when I was looking for an apt, they all were a lil bigger but further away from my job so I was willing to give up space for location but still very spacious, no clutter. Over all I love this place the manager Bianca is very attentive to all the residents and so is Maintance, which is highly unusual. I love it here I plan to renew for a couple more years, maybe upgrade to a one bedroom. If not I’m happy either way!!

    I have been living at THE ‘68 with my two dogs for almost a year now and absolutely love it. I live in a studio and the size is perfect. The location is simply unbeatable! There’s always so many things to do whether it be around the complex or within. All the staff and residents are so friendly and helpful. The complex and grounds are always maintained so well. I look forward to the next year with them

    My stay at The 68’ Hemisfair has been peaceful and astounding. It’s located next to the Tower of Americas. I have a nice nightly running route through King William and Southtown. In addition, the maintenance crew is superb and will finish a maintenance request in a timely manner. I’ve been quite surprised to have come back to my apartment after a 2 hour gym session, just to see my request was completed right after I left. The management (Star and Bianca) are cool. Star is a little feisty, but I kind of like it :). The hallways are always clean and the parking lot is nice. I have two cars here, and I’ve never had an issue. All in all it’s been a great stay.     I built the LED structure on the roof.. Specialize in installing louvers and structures like that on the roof and that one was one of the most challenging ones I’ve done. It’s good to see it finished

    I love living here! And not just the incredible view that Im so grateful to fall asleep and wake up to, but the location and staff are equally incredible. Took a minute to get used to, but now not a day goes by where I can hear the joy and laughter in someones voice as theyre pushed to the heavens in one of the parks swings and it reminds me how important it is to take a minute to play like a kid! Bianca and Star hold it down like the professionals they are. Theyre always there with beautiful smiles and ready to help! Coffee, pizza, and ice cream? Its all here and I love it! Thank you, 68 Staff for all you do!

    I’ve been at The ’68 for over a year now and it has been the best experience! My neighbors are friendly, the property is well maintained (maintenance is so quick!), and the front office staff truly cares about their residents and any concerns. Any issues I have had (all extremely minor) have been quickly addressed and handled. I would 100% recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home.

    I am a current resident of the 68 Apartments and I am loving it so far. The leasing team were super supportive during my application and move in, and any maintenance issues have been resolved really quickly (within 24 hours).

    Living at the 68 has been an incredible experience over the last year. The management was super helpful with my last minute move-in date changes and has continued to show superior customer support. Any time I have had a maintenance request, it is handled promptly. They are super pet friendly and always have events for residents throughout each month! The apartment as a whole is very modern and aesthetic. They keep the complex very clean and are very communicative when there may be issues/concerns regarding the building (elevators or gates down for maintenance).Overall Ive loved being so close to the riverwalk and all the great foodie spots in Hemisfair park (Commonwealth, Dough, Lick, ReRooted, Box st., etc.) and I am so appreciative of all the management and maintenance staff here!Now for some of the downsides (most come with any downtown living):There is a lot of noise during events at Civic Park now that it is partially completed. The events have been unexpected and often lasting until 11 PM when present (Im a student so its been very disruptive to my studying).Between the current construction on roads surrounding the complex and the fact that it is in a GREAT downtown location, traffic can get bad coming into the parking garage.Speaking of the garage, I almost get in fender benders in the garage weekly from people driving too fast and cutting the corners.No free guest parking :(

    I’ll keep my review to the point, this was an incredible place to live in my opinion. For context, I’ve lived in multiple countries, across the USA in multiple states, and can confirm The 68 really hits the spot in what matters. Nice amenities, modern floor plan/design elements/great location downtown (I literally biked to work every day)/a playground in your backyard if you have kiddos. The leasing staff, despite changing hands over the last 2.5 years I’ve been a resident, has also been TOP tier. Currently, Bianca and Ivana are there and you can always count on them to take care of anything in a timely manner. I’ve called Bianca about stuff and she would have it done in less than 15 mins. Maintenance requests NEVER took more than 24 hours, seriously, this is a fantastic property and anybody who says otherwise is an outlier. I’ve seen comments about the resident parking gate having issues every now and then, BUT it’s always fixed same day or next. You can’t really ask for better rectification than that. This is what’s important in a complex, rectification of any issues happening promptly. The walls/floors are not as sound dampening as I would like, but unfortunately that’s a common theme with modern day builds.Anyhow though, none of that changes this being a 5 star complex for me and the best experience I could have asked for in SA during my tenure here.     Living here has been a very pleasant experience. I have joy waking up in such a beautiful part of the city. My favorite thing about living here so far has been how fast maintenance is in and out resolving your problem very quickly. Also the cleanliness through the entire property is flawless! Also if you have dogs they will love our new civic park lot of roam for them to explore!

    Love the apartments only downside is all the noise. They have events all the time down here which I wasn’t aware of..and it’s sooo loud extremely loud. And it’s driving me insane and it doesn’t stop untill late at night .

    While we are waiting for next year to move. We really appreciate Ms. Ivana generosity & professionalism during our search for an apartment. From the time we entered to the end of the tour. Ivana took her time made sure we understood everything there is to know about The 68! We will keep in touch because the location is everything & this is where we want to be. My family & I highly recommend getting in touch with Ivana she is a wonderful & amazing woman that knows her property! As she was very helpful and kind during our search. Can’t wait till March 2025 too call The 68 HOME 😁‼️

    I’ve lived here for about 6 months and it has been amazing. The management and maintenance staff have been very responsive. The location is ideal and there are always things going on you can participate in. It is central to many locations as well.If you are an extrovert, this is the location for you!

    Living at The 68 has been an experience of a lifetime. The Business Manager, Bianca Fuqua, and the incredible maintenance team of Jeremiah and Tony have made a big difference for us over the last few years. We couldnt have chosen a better location or residential apartment complex in downtown San Antonio. This has been a beautiful and incredible once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. We will miss San Antonio, the indescribable downtown views from our apartment, and our experience living at The ’68 over the last three years – from the easy access to the S.A. Riverwalk, church, the many restaurants, city event choices, beautiful and new Hemisfair Civic Park, and the fun lifestyle. I wish we could take this apartment and its beautiful views to our next city.

    I recently rented an apartment here, and I am absolutely thrilled with both the complex itself and the outstanding service provided by Ivana. Ivana demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. She went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered, and she made the entire renting process smooth and stress-free. I cannot recommend this place and Ivana enough. If youre looking for a fantastic place to live with exceptional service, look no further.

    My experience living at The ‘68 was amazing to say the least. The leasing office staff was very friendly and approachable. Maintenance was always super quick to respond and kept the building spotless. There is always something to very close by as well. Prime destination for downtown fun. I really loved living there and if I ever moved back to San Antonio; The ‘68 would be my first option.

    Star and Bianca gave me amazing move in deals! I moved in November 2019 and the property is perfect, quiet, clean and relaxing. The queens in the office feel like close friends and are always on top of EVERYTHING thing! The maintenance team is OUTSTANDING, they’re the same team that takes care of The Maverick (which I used to live at) and I truly can’t say enough good things about them.Awesome management company, amazing properties, very happy experience so far!

    I have lived at The 68 for over two years and would absolutely recommend this property to all of my friends and family!Some of the major perks for me include the cleanliness, speedy maintenance, responsive leasing staff, and location! I love the variety of restaurants downstairs including options for brunch, coffee, drinking, ice cream, and pizza. It is also great proximity to Southtown bars and restaurants, the riverwalk, and much more. The rooftop also includes bbq pits, pickle ball, and basketball which is great for hosting and winding down after long days.A lot of the disadvantages come with the territory of living Downtown. For example, parking for visitors is less than ideal. There is no free parking anywhere and it is an uncomfortable conversation telling friends and family that they will have to pay to come visit me. There is not even free guest spots available and towing is enforced.Other than that, I do feel management is communicative when there are building issues such as a broken garage gate. There are also monthly community events and discounts to nearby restaurants. The only thing I would change would be the parking for visitors, a bigger gym space outside of the studio downstairs specifically for residents, and access to a pool.Great place to live!

    Ive lived at The 68 for about two years now. Honestly its been the best experience of my life. Being next to the Riverwalk and a park means theres always something fun or relaxing to do. The office staff is extraordinary. Diana is the best, she always puts the residents before herself and any time Ive had an issue she has solved it quickly and professionally. So if youre ready for a change and a great life experience this is the place to be.

    Its been exactly one year since Ive moved here and my experience living here has been nothing short of amazing. Living on the outskirts of downtown, everything is within walking distance, never have I struggled with parking during the numerous events at our doorstep.Some of the highlights of living here, include an amazing view of Hemisfair park and downtown. Not only do we have a cafe right next door (Commonwealth) but also a wine bar(Rerooted) and the newly opened Box St restaurant.The community here is like no other. We host BBQs, potlucks, outdoor movie nights on the rooftop, and explore downtown as a group.Many thanks for the staff, Star, Nydia, and Diana for making this building a good home.Needless to say, I resigned my lease for more than and a year!

    I cannot say enough good things about Bianca, Star and my experience at The 68. It’s been an absolute pleasure living here since December 2019 and I’m looking forward to signing for another year. I feel safe here. I love that we have an elevator. I love our secure garage and gate. I love our views. I love that our backyard is the yanaguana garden. I love that we get discounts at different f&b spots downtown. I love that I’m a hop and a skip away from the riverwalk. I love living here!

    I’ve enjoyed living at the 68 in Hemisfair Park for over a year. It’s centrally located in the heart of downtown San Antonio and has its own entrance to the Riverwalk. The only real downside is that the parking structure, although gated, is shared with the public. During major events, the congestion in the parking garage or in the immediate downtown area can make it difficult to leave or return home. Other than that, the walls are thick and the flooring is concrete so sound isn’t a problem I’ve come across. And it’s a pet friendly building.

    Ive lived at the 68 since it opened in July. In that time, Ive seen it flourish. They are pet friendly (hello doggy washing station), which is VERY important to me, and the grounds are just beautiful. There is no need to go anywhere on the weekend if you dont want to since you are surrounded by all kinds of stuff to do. Food, drinks, workouts, shopping...its all here. Recently, EnergyX Fitness opened downstairs and they are amazing! There is also a gym residents can use if group fitness isnt your thing. Aside from the gym, this location is a runners paradise. Lastly, I cannot leave a review and not talk about the office staff. They are THE best! The 68 is worth checking out. Live here, play here.

    Lived here for over a year and miss it already! The 68 is in a perfect location if you want to live a downtown life, restauraunts, shops and even the best coffe shops are walking distance, even a neighborhood HEB! The Management have always been the best help with any questions and are sincere and understanding. The property managers (Star then Bianca) are such sweet individuals that care. Would reccomend 100%!

    I absolutely love the 68. The apartment is clean, modern, and spacious and the staff incredibly helpful. Its location is very walkable with direct access to the river walk and park. I always feel like Im right in the middle of the action but still have my own privacy. The best perk of all: the basketball court on the roof with a view of the Tower of the Americas and Alamodome.

    I started living here in Feb 2022 after a military move, and I am blown away by the property, staff, and all the opportunities available with this residence. I live in the A1 (560 sqft; 1 bed) floor plan and its perfect for me living by myself. The floorplan is comfy, and there isnt much noise leakage between rooms and other tenants. Plenty of cabinet space and sizeable closets that were much bigger in person. Make sure to get some carpets to cut down on sound echo + to make the floors more comfy.I get to wake up with a beautiful view of the tower, and am in a walkable/bikeable distance from all sorts of downtown life. On top of that, I never have to hunt for parking since I live here! Its been super fun getting accustomed to the area, and I look forward to my stay here at The 68(possible edit later with photos when the place is better decorated)

    Living at the 68 has been nothing short of incredible.To begin with, the location here is unbeatable for those interested in an urban lifestyle. Moving here from New York City, I have felt so at home being able to do all my errands on foot or renting an e-bike from a nearby B-cycle station (there are 2 of them within a two minute walk from the building!). Downtown San Antonio is at your doorstep, along with the Riverwalk, Southtown, and historic King William. Theres even an H-E-B within 20 mins walking or a 5 min bike ride so fret not about being able to easily get groceries!The sense of community here has been extraordinary as well. Having lived in 3 downtown luxury apartment complexes in San Antonio, the 68 is by far a standout. My neighbors and I routinely get together several times a week for potlucks, movie/game nights, nightlife, and creating all sorts of memorable experiences together that I will forever cherish when I look back upon my time in San Antonio.Bianca, Star, Diana and all the wonderful staff members at the 68, I cannot thank you all enough for managing this wonderful community!

    I have been working with Miggy and she has be nothing short of amazing. She seems like a very busy woman but I never once felt rushed or like an inconvenience. These apartments are located in hemisphere park and in walking distance of multiple restaurants/bars and historic sights downtown. I cannot wait till my move in date comes around!

    Miggy Moncada is the best there is. She was very informative with the information she had for our hard hat tour. She has been very accommodating with ALL the questions I had, especially late in the evening/early in the morning. She was always cheerful with a smile on her face. She is the kind of person that makes people want to lease your property aside from the amenities and location. She is the best that I have personally dealt with.

    I wanted to give FIVE STARS to Star. She deserves it for working with me on an attempted move from Florida to Texas. Unfortunately, the corona virus ultimately caused me to stay put. I have rented all of my life, and I have found that a good apartment manager is key to a great rental experience. In this regard, Star should change her name to Superstar!
