    ITEX just renewed our apartment lease, So our Thank you goes out to Mrs. Pena and Tayia at Stonegate Manor. They also installed a water system to clean our water since this area gets a boil water noticed often too. Mother has in house hospice care and they made the paper work as easy as they could and came by a few times to ensure they had the right info. Mrs. Pena and Tayia really put some time in to help my mother and me to renew our lease. Dont know how others feel about them but, Id say if you act in an adult manner they will do the same to you. I hope ITEX can find many more like them.

    Stonegate Manor is one of the greatest Complex I have lived in and on throughout the years Great community and great management. The staff is very friendly And are always here to help you with any answers you may need. It’s very well-maintained in and outside the complex They care about our community. I love the fact that my kids can go outside and be kids and play around the play area Without having to worry If you’re looking for a place to make a home I would have to say this is the place to be It’s not Community it’s a home.

    I’ve lived here a while and I’ve never had any issues. Maintenance is quick to fix anything and the office staff is always helpful and respectful. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking.

    I love everything i love the office staff very nice respectful and on top of everything. I give everything 100. I appreciate they ask me is everything okay do I need anything. Krystal I think that’s her name I love her energy.

    I have a friend who has lived there for over 7 years and Ive been to her apartment a lot and i really like it. Im helping my son find an apt. This is perfect for him because hes on a fixed income (SSI).
