    This is a wonderful place to live. Took me awhile to find a place that I could call home. The location it’s great for me since I like the downtown, my apartment has a great lay out, and an awesome insulation, I love the terrace and that I have the visits of birds and squirrels, it’s quiet except for the train that I don’t mind. My neighbors are very nice and easy going, all young people. This place has the environment of a small town, even in the office they are very friendly and had helped me out patiently with papers. Brook one day told me comeback anytime I’ll be here I won’t go to lunch, so I can tell they are really available, Leandra was very nice too. Even maintenance it’s awesome, Jesus always come if something isn’t working and he notice stuff I don’t and fix it. This is my 3rd year and so far I think this is the best place I’ve had been living.

    Raven, the property manager, is truly dedicated to helping people find a home they’ll love. He went above and beyond to advocate for me, making sure I could lease here and secure a great rate! You’re more than just a number on a spreadsheet—he genuinely cares about your experience as a tenant, even after the lease is signed (how many places can you say that about?)! Square 9 is a few blocks from Denton Square, so it’s not cheap, but the value is there. Each building has a unique theme and appearance since they were owned separately before coming together under the Square 9 umbrella.Make sure to ask about the video tours! There’s one for every floor plan, and I watched almost all of them while searching for the perfect unit. The maintenance team is quick to respond and very considerate (shout-out to Jesus for taking off his shoes when entering my home!). The most surprising part? Transferring between units is seamless—they really want you to stay in the community. I’m upgrading to a larger unit and renewing my lease. Definitely worth checking out!

    I am so grateful for the amazing experience I had with Square 9 Apartments! From the moment I applied to moving in, everything went smoothly without a single issue. A huge shoutout to Raven, who made the entire process so easy and stress-free. He was incredibly helpful, always available to answer any questions I had, and truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.     Aww man!! Where do I begin!! 5 stars for the customer service!! Raven, Gary and Desiree were so welcoming, accommodating every detail and steps I needed to take!! Raven has recently been promoted to property management and I see why! His work ethic and passion for what he does definitely show in his character. Definitely would recommend this complex to anyone seeking a new home!! Thanks guys!!

    We were having so many issues getting approved but the people in the office have helped us secure a home now and we are very pleased I can not thank them enough for helping us through this trying time of our loss of our mom and getting settled in to our new home.     It took a few days before the repairs where done. However, the repairs were made quickly and effectively.The manager Raven Coleman has proven, he gets the work orders out as quickly as possible and the work is done as quickly as possible. Ravens management abilities have proven effective and professional. I would say that his leadership abilities as a manager are top of the line. The members of his team are grade A.

    I’ve been living in my apartment for the 6 years, and absolutely love the building, the location, and management. I have recommended square 9 to plenty of friends, and will continue living here until I purchase a home. Raven has been wonderful and always graciously helps us with any problems that have come up. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with square 9.

    Everybody deserves to have an apartment manager like Raven. This is our 4th year renewing with him, and I guarantee we will continue to renew while he is at Square 9. Never have I dealt with a manager so patient, understanding, and personable.Our building and neighbors couldnt be better as well. Weve never had an issue with noise, bugs, or flooding.I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

    I have lived here for exactly 1 year now. I really love this place. Anytime I’ve ever needed something fixed it was fixed pretty swiftly. I was originally supposed to be in a different apartment, but due to the last tenant leaving the apartment in terrible condition I was not able to on my move in date. Raven worked super hard to correct the immediately. He was so apologetic and got me a new apartment that day. He stayed late to make sure I got this corrected and was happy with my home. Just now he personally dropped off my new trash bin for the valet trash. I would definitely recommend living here!

    Gary was amazing. Kept me updated every step of the way. If we could give him more stars we would. We love that the location is downtown.The rooftop terrace is definitely a plus.

    I have lived at Square 9 for a year and a half now and had nothing but positive experiences. The maintenance team is always incredibly helpful, friendly, and fast. The front office is very kind and it feels like they truly care about their residents. They also do a great job keeping up with the properties and the grounds, and are responsive to work orders both in and outside of the apartment. 10/10 would recommend

    Affordable living and great location! My experience at Square9 Apartments was a positive one to say the least! The front staff always comes through when it comes to answering questions and reassuring residents. The management team truly cares about you and they are accommodating where they can be. Maintenance is prompt and takes care of issues within 7 business days. The whole team really made me feel like family during the time I was there!

    I have lived here for 4 years and have NEVER had a bad experience. Raven Coleman is an AWESOME employee and has always been very helpful. If I dont get my new house by June 2024, Ill be renewing my lease for the 4th year. No house yet, so I will be renewing my lease again.

    Pretty chill place to live in no bugs like ants or cockroaches also the maintenance crew is pretty chill. And they work in a good and timely manner. As a person who has lived in many apartments their entire life I gotta say “es nice”

    I loved living at Square9 Village. My studio was a perfect size and featured a great layout with lots of windows and natural light. Being a 5 minute walk to The Square meant more trips to Beth Marie’s than I probably needed, but being that close was a great perk. The staff are excellent, especially Raven who oversaw my moving in and moving out. The only reason I did not stay here is because I moved out of state. Otherwise I would have renewed for at least another year.

    While working with Raven, we had an unbelievable experience. Needless to say, he was attentive to our concerns and needs and helped us in a way that we had hoped for, but couldn’t have expected. We are new to Square 9 living and Raven assisted us in launching what I am sure will be a great experience. Nothing but high marks for Raven as a person and an employee.

    I moved into my apartment at Square 9 at the Station a month ago and so far everything has been exceptionally pleasant! Both Raven and Dejah (and the whole leasing staff) have been very informative and helpful as well as super friendly. I live in a two story loft that comes with ac/heating, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a balcony! This is all a huge upgrade from my tiny little studio apartment I had in LA, and I feel very at home. Upon move in, my shower drain was immensely clogged (probably from the previous resident), so I got help placing my first work order from Dejah and the maintenance crew was able to come in the next morning and fix the issue no questions asked! Since then, there have not been any problems. I’m really enjoying my time here and getting to know the area! Thanks so much for all you do.

    I have lived in these apartments for over a year now and I have never had any issues of any kind! The staff is always so kind and welcoming and the apartments not to mention are so nice and comfortable. Living right on the square too is extremely convenient. I recommend anyone who is looking for nice, reliable, quality and spacious apartments to consider Square 9 for your new home!

    This post is quite overdue for starters. I just want to applaud the management team over at Square9 Apartments for their hard work and dedication towards their tenants. Not only was it great to see a team of people that looked like me, they are also a team that just worked great together. Their building exudes elegance & class that gives off such a warm feeling. The team is very responsive, respectful, and polite to all their tenants. Overall, you will leave with a great feeling after speaking with one of the consultants.I want to give a personal and special thank you to Terraven Coleman. If you are interested in living at Square9, I suggest this is the man that you go to see. Raven presented the apartment to me with such elegance & class that instantly made me feel like I was at home already. After the tour, he did an phenomenal job working with me to get me into an apartment there. Due to Covid right now, things weren’t looking too good but he made a way possible and I cannot thank him enough for his hard work and dedication. He kept me updated through every last step and in my experience with renting apartments at different places, I’ve never come across someone like Raven who put 110% in his efforts. I encourage anyone who’s looking for a place to stay, come see Raven & the team at Square9 Apartments.

    Lorie was phenomenal from the beginning! She was so upbeat and energetic during our tour, she was extremely knowledgeable and personable. She gave us many options and walked us through the process very well, she made sure we were taken care of, whenever there was an obstacle she went above and beyond to give us great customer service. Square 9 is very lucky to have such a great personality on their staff! The new renovation apartments are great, they have such a great look and spacious.

    I am not a resident but I went in on a Saturday for a tour, last minute. I have to say this is the most organized, professional, and friendly experience I have been on so far in terms of touring the apartment. I had lots of questions, all were answered and I did not feel like a bother. They made it very clear that they have a variety of different floor plans so the ones I saw may not be like the actual units available- I appreciate the upfront honesty. They even followed up within the hour with more information and the units available. Big shoutout to Raven- thank you for making this an overall pleasant experience!

    Ive had to relocate quite a few times over the past several years due to work moving me around. I generally dont write reviews for apts, but my experience with Square9 has been so awesome, I had to take the time to share my experience. Staff was so professional, yet welcoming, friendly and helpful from the tour, all the way through the lease process. Everything went very smoothly and they made everything so easy which made moving way less stressful than normal.Since moving in, there have been no issues.Property is very well maintained, very clean and up to date. I dread the day I have to relocate again for work bc I really love living here.

    The management team and all the staff are so wholesome, helpful and just simply amazing. They where patient and answered all and any questions I had.     Out of all the apartment complexes I have moved in in denton, this is definitely the best property that I have been in! From the living experience, to the staffing... It is amazing! Do not confuse it with the previous owners! If I could, I would have all of my loved ones living here! Just because its affordable for the location, and its so peaceful!! I really never thought that I could afford any housing that is on or off the square, but station 9 definitely change that for me!!!

    I have lived in this complex since 2018 (before Square9 took over) and ever since the new management change I have had only good experiences. Everyone is so nice and accommodating, along with the new changes to the exterior paint and constant renovations I am seeing. It’s been a relief to see a team that is dedicated to their residents to make it as easy as possible for everyone to live comfortably in the complexes that Square9 manages.

    After a substantial shift in my living situation I needed a nice place and i needed it fast with minimal down compared to the other properties around Denton. The floorplans were truly unique, the price per foot was in line with my budget and I got in for minimal deposit with verified renters insurance. Katy was amazing and made sure to show me many of their property options. She made sure I was happy; and I found my new place and my new life in one day. Downtown Denton is a great place to be Thank you Katy, Kathleen and the rest of the leasing staff for making it easy and so much fun. Did I mention the artisan cheese Shoppe downstairs and the European bakery a block over?

    Going through life things happen. If they havent happened to you, hold on they will. I cant speak highly enough about the most current office staff. Tiffany and her crew not only are friendly but when things went a little south for me they were helpful, patient, they offered direction and grace to pull myself out.
