    I lived at Southridge for 2 years and I genuinely have zero complaints. Belinda is an incredible manager and is always on top of things from move-in to move-out. More places need an employee like her!Despite only having a few maintenance requests over the years, they were all taken care of day-of or next day with follow-up. Maintenance team is very friendly and are always out-and-about making sure the property is taken care of. Neighbors were all pleasant, quiet, and clean. Great place to live.

    I had lived here for 3 almost 4 years. I loved it. Quiet and well maintained. Belinda the apartment manager was amazing with any issues I ever had. Maintenance guys are awesome, very quick & friendly. 10/10 recommend!

    I have to say the 4 years we lived at this apartment complex was great! Belinda the apartment manager was so sweet and amazing to work with she truly runs the place perfectly! We loved the apartments and how clean and spacious they were! I don’t have one complaint about this place and would recommend it to all my friends and family! Thank you for a great 4 years Southridge! You won’t regret moving here I assure you!

    I love the apartments Im in. They are very organized and respectful. Great play area for kids. Great maintenance staff and always have a solution to any problem. Im very happy with the level of generosity. They are nice and are very lieniant. They take time to listen to you and understand all situations and know life. The land lord is the absolute best Ive ever had to deal with. Shes a great woman and is very awesome. Shes great at what she does takes time out of her day to please others. She never shows her personal problems. She puts her job and the people first. Shes awesome! I respect her more than anyone I know.

    This is the best complex Ive lived at hands down. Manager Belinda is great and really knows what shes doing. The atmosphere is nice and quiet. Ive never felt unsafe which is a very nice change from the other apartments Ive lived in. If youre looking for a great place to live, look no further! Rent is very reasonable also.

    I have lived at southdridge apartment for 3 years now with my husband and my son. We have had a great experience so far. The staff is amazing. They treat you like family and are so welcoming. Belinda is the manager there and runs the office. She is always very sweet and handles any issues as they come in with a positive attitude. Such a great multi tasker as well being the only one in there to answer phones take payments and handle any new visitors. We have had a few different times where we needed maintenance to fix things at our apartment and have always got the problems fixed fast and even had the maintenance guys follow up to make sure everything was taken care of. Mencho is one of the maintenance guys and he is always so friendly and does a great job. I love where we live. The pool is awesome. They open it up as soon as it starts getting warm outside for everyone to enjoy. My son has a blast. It is a very safe area to live in and never had any noisy neighbors that bothered us. They keep the yards mowed and trees trimmed down. Overall I would definitely recommend anyone to move in here. I am a very satisfied resident

    I Really love living at Southridge they are really nice people. If I have any problems they are quick to respond. I have been a residence here for about three years and i have stayed at three different floor plans they always replace the carpet and clean it very well. It has and will be a great experience living here. Also have enjoyed the people I have met and became friends with. Very clean place, clean people from what i know and a good safe feeling. The water and gas are cheep and electricity is not too bad as long as you leave those lights off ;) A plus side is you are close to every thing around you. fast food, walmart etc. over all a great place to reside.

    Love the manager here. Belinda is so sweet. She knows what she is talking about. She will take all the time you need in order to get the perfect space for just you, or you and your family. I can not say enough great thing love love love her and these apartments.

    I’ve lived here for over a year, and just love it!!! If something breaks they do there best to get here as soon as possible to fix it!! The manager is very nice and will work with you if you have any problems. For these apartments to be so old they do A great job to keep them looking nice! Also in a great location!!!

    Lived at Southridge for over five years total & I LOVED it! ive had 3 different apartments here. 1bd & the 2 bedroom, both very well kept. office manager & the maintenance men are all very nice and fast to help any situation. oh & the pool is a very nice additive, overall its a great place to live!

    Lived here for three years before moving out of town, had no issues that the lady at the front desk wasnt willing to help me with, she was the reason I stayed. Nice pool, good pet policy and quiet area next to almost everything. Be respectful and youll have no issues!

    We lived in these apartments for 3 years and I would recommend them to others. Just like houses, apartments need things fixed form time to time and anytime we had problems the maintenance took care of it in a timely manner. In comparison to other apartments in the area these are at a great location in town and are affordable.

    Loved living at Southridge... Belinda, the manager is very nice and polite and will take time to make sure that you are satisfied before you leave the office..... never had an issue the whole 5 years that I was there.. spacious... clean...and never had maintenance issues that were not taken care of in a very timely matter.. the maintenance man is very nice and respectful when coming into your place... they take pride in the upkeep of the units and the landscape... I would recommend this place to any of my family and friends...

    Good place to live. I rarely had problems here. Neighbors were chill too. If you have a problem, the staff will quickly take care of it.

    I love this apartments they are walking distance to the kid zone and the mall the manger is lovely she will get stuff done right and the maintenance he wonderful they get they job done whenever I put in a work order they are fast coming out and doing they job.
