    We absolutely love this place. Very calm very quiet. Our apartment is so nice and so spacious. Office staff is amazing. Elizabeth was amazing. We also got to meet the manager Stephany she is also great and very friendly. She has attended to every need and concern we have. We love our neighbors overall it was a great choice for our new home.

    Ive been living here for awhile and Im always being helped by the awesome office staff and the maintenance crew and of course the best manager ever Stephanie . Props too Elizabeth and Delcia for always being so cheerful and pleasant and always accommodating. ❀️

    Very nice and big apartments. The office is such a big help and very welcoming for residents. Great community life and maintenance does is always available.

    Looking to move in the next month or so , so I came to town to see the apartment and management was amazing! Great amenities & eager to move in since seeing it in person and meeting the staff. Felt like home just touring a unit. Ready for my big move!Grounds were kept clean and the whole building looked clean and up to date

    The property looks clean and has a nice green landscape. Leasing agent Julie showed me an apartment, and she was outgoing and energetic to lease me an apartment. In general, the place seems quite a nice place to live. Unfortunately, they didnt have the apartment size and amenity I need.

    Juan Briones!! I have been leaving at Sandpebble for 2 years now. I love it here Stephany is an amazing manager. She and her stuff are on top of things when needed to be done. Thank you I would highly recommend this apartments to live.

    Has been a great place to stay for my family, while we saved for a house. Yolanda and Juan the maintenance man are very friendly . Juan does great keeping the grounds clean and fixing things the best he can . Good job Juan !! As with any apartment complex there is issues, but never had an issue with bugs or anything . I would highly recommend sand pebble apartments ! As much as Ive enjoyed living here me and my family cant wait till our lease is up in March, its time to move on to better things , to a house. But thank you sand pebble. Youve made our stay very nice .

    I was moving to the area and was apartment hunting for a future move. The office manager, Yolanda, was very friendly and informative. I spoke with her on the phone a few times. She was a big help with all our questions. She showed us the complex on more than one occasion. Once all our plans are settled we will be back here.

    Overall this a good place to live. The only problem that i have with it is the parking. No visitor are allow on park on property after the rent office close without a visitor pass. So,if you planning to have visitor after hours or unexpected visitors they will now be allowed to park with out been towed at owners expense. Its been like this for the pass two years. OWNERS ARE NOT WILL TO BUGLE ON THE PARKING SITUAITION ONE BIT WHEN IT COME TO AFTER HOURS PARKING.

    My family has been living there for 5 years, excellent service, always clean, the garbage cans are always controlled so that the garbage is not overflowing. Pest control happens once a week and the apartment remains pest free.Maintenance always pending. The office always responded to our concerns, excellent service.Everything is close. The mall. The schools. Good area....

    I have lived here in Sandpebble since 2011 and I love how it has improved over the years, maintenance is always pending, the office has excellent service and the friendliness of Dilcia and the manager are very pleasant, there is good pest control, and the surroundings are always kept clean, the garbage cans are kept clean, and the closed gate feels very safe.

    Very nice place, good comfort, everything is very safe, the gates do not allow anyone to enter, good attention is given by those in the manager secretariat offices, safety for children is also recommended and a nice apartment for family use

    It is a very nice place, and very safe. I like the green area. The security is very good because the gates are not open to the public. Very good comfort, safety for children, a very familiar place, the attention of the office staff, the manager and secretary, very good, very friendly people, the maintenance is always in order.     A beautiful and familiar place, an excellent and well-kept green area, safe for children, my children love it, the school is close to us, the shopping center, supermarket and shopping area are nearby, the attention of the secretary and the manager are very friendly and excellent service, thank God I have lived in this property for 3 years and I have never had problems.

    Living here has been very good, they fix everything very quickly, the very kind secretary assists you with a lot of respect. I have been living here for 3 years and I am going for 4 years and it is very comfortable and accessible to live here. I recommend it.
