    This is a great place to live. We have been here a year and just signed another year lease. The office staff is wonderful and are eager to keep their residents happy and taken care of. Any maintenance requests are always taken care of promptly and professionally. This is a very quite complex right in the middle of almost any amenities you would need. Highly recommend

    Love love love living here! I’ve lived here going on three years. The apartments themselves are clean and beautiful. I love the maintenance team you never have to wait long for something to get fixed, Eddie is the best! Everyone is so friendly and will wave hi to you in the morning. They are also really good at keeping up with yard work and are constantly trying to keep the lawns well maintained and mess free! Highly recommend living here!

    I love living here. The maintenance team is amazing. They are prompt when there is a problem. And kind and courteous every time they have been over.

    For older apartments they are very nicely renovated. Common areas are clean and well tended. On the few times I have requested maintenance, they are here quickly. Maint men are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Just resigned for another year. Office staff are always available and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

    Mandy was very encouraging. Here’s the truth. The apartments are clean , in fact very clean and newly renovated. When we walked into the 2 bed 2 bath everything was as if brand new. We move march 1st and cannot wait to get into our new home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone and it’s in a very good neighborhood. The staff/Mandy was so nice and very sweet. We are grateful we chose Saddlewood Apartments for our living. The pool is nice. The gym is super cool. And we look forward to living at saddlewood and if you’re wondering how many stars I give this place it’s 5.Justin and Jayna Roy

    The maintenance guys are all great and the new owners have been doing a lot of upgrades over the last year. The on site work out equipment is really nice and the pool is well kept. Only complains are noisy neighbors.

    Very friendly staff! Maintenance is amazing and comes in a very good timely manner. Clean and welcoming. Very close to restaurants, stores, grocery stores, and clothing places! Would highly recommend.

    I try not to be a negative person overall I can say the customer service is very good. If I have to complain about something its that they dont really want to replace anything they want too continue to repair repair. They have worked on the hot water heater at least 3 times in the past 4 to 6 months its beginning to to be quite intrusive and inconvenient. But like I said they will come out and at least get it going for you usually in the same day. Heck I know they have a lot to do around here and they are updating units

    We have lived here for over a year now. We have really loved the central location and the staff is extremely helpful and responds quickly. Maintenance is so quick and friendly! The community is nice and quiet and they are constantly making improvements to the property.

    I’ve lived here almost a year now and i love my apartment, i feel very safe and welcome here which was really needed for me to enjoy where i live! as for the staff everyone is really nice in the office except for one lady :) and the maintenance guys are awesome!

    Lived here for approximately 2 and a half years and had nothing but great experiences. Mandy and Andrea in the office were always so helpful and Elias, the maintenance man, was always Johnny on the Spot when I needed something fixed. By far the greatest apartment experience Ive ever had. If it turns out that I cant afford this house I bought, Ill be moving back there in a heartbeat if theyll have me!!

    Amazing apartment, maintenance is always responding and fixing all problems that happen (not many this property is up to date!), landlord is always cooperative!!!

    Ive had a very good experience with Mandy and Andrea (sp) in the office. Theyve both been extremely helpful and worked to get everything done as fast as possible for my move in. The property is nice and the pool is impressive. I highly recommend you stop in and at least take a look!

    I lived at Saddlewood Apartments for a year and had nothing but a great experience. Mandy and Andrea were THE best and any maintenance request I put in was promptly addressed and fixed. If it werent for me getting married and my husband being in the Army and us moving to another state, Id continue my residence at Saddlewood indefinitely!In fact, upon move out, I still had a month of my lease to go while Id already vacated the apartment and moved to be with my husband and wrote a check for the final month, figuring wed just have to be out a months rent while the apartment sat vacant. However, Mandy found a tenant and rented the apartment and called to let me know/returned a voided check to me ASAP! What a blessing!! Additionally, the majority of my deposit was returned less a small cleaning fee.A huge thank you to Saddlewood, Mandy and Andrea, and the staff for a wonderful experience! :)

    I love my apartment it is beautiful cozy . It is actually very quiet for an apartment complex. Staff has been great any maintenance request request have been taking care of immediately.

    It’s overall a spacious unit with great maintenance staff. The amenities are decent the pool can be closed a bit during the season.

    Saddle wood apts are in a wonderful location & are close byShopping , movie theaters , restaurants & more .Reasonably priced & always keptClean .Swimming pool and hot tub is ready for relaxing .A water volleyball pool is available for everyone to enjoy.The staff are friendly & well maintained.

    Mandy and Andrea were wonderful to us in the application and move in process everything was done fast and neatly I was impressed at how fast we were approved and moved in. Very quiet and peaceful living, the grounds are kept up and pool maintained I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a 1-2 bedroom
