Penthouse has great views and is really close to school. It’s also normally pretty quiet and safe. Its right next to a fire department so you may hear siren occasionally but its a plus imo. Parking is assigned spot so its guaranteed. Only downside is the building is kinda old but it is what it is.Shout out to Rainier being a great management company. Been living in Austin for 4 yrs now and this is the third apartment i lived in. Best management out of the three: 1. Quick and solid maintenance order completion, 2. Always doing something that makes the place newer/look better (powerwashing the floors/walls, renovating laundry room etc) and 3. Great office staffs, always approachable and patient

The location is great. Initially, I got some issues with the drainage, however all got resolved. The office staffs are very helpful and the maintenance team is very responsive. These are old apartments, but a good place to stay.

Dinah Francis helped us thru all the leasing process, she was very kind and helpful. We resided at the complex for 6 months and never had an issue with something that they wouldn’t fix in less than 24 hours. Even during the snowstorm we had hot water and the heater never broke down. Highly recommended. Excellent price on a 3 bedroom for a great location.

Although there have been a few maintenance issues, the maintenance team is so incredibly kind and quick to help. I’m really grateful for the space for the price/location too- perfect for my budget and lifestyle. I don’t like seeing the average at a lower star point tbh, because I feel like Penthouse deserves better than that! I mean… you can walk to like 100 restaurants and Target lol. Also, Lalo has always been so kind helping us with issues at any moment. He’s so efficient and truly friendly. Thank you!
