    I have lived in the Park Villas Apts. for27 yrs. The staff, office and maintenance personnel, have always been pleasant and personable. They are also very helpful when I have questions or maintenance problems, and these things get resolved in a timely, efficient manner. This property ismy home. It’s not just an apartment, it’s a community, where everyone who lives here is neighborly, and we all look after each other. I recommend anyone who is looking for a quiet, friendly place to be, that has staff that care about the residents, come live here. I can’t imagine living anywhere else. And why would I want to when this property feels like HOME!

    I have been living in park villas apartments for almost 2 years now. Every employee, that I have met, is so helpful and kind! Maintenance is always on top of repairs. Even if they cant immediately fix the problem they communicate what it is and the plan to fix it. They are out within a few minutes, most times, after the work order is made. No matter how big or small. Neighbors come and go. They are not all good yet they are not all bad. Unfortunately we dont get to choose our neighbors, but I am glad I chose park villa apartments.

    Went in Monday evening, the staff is SO nice. Ms. Mckinlee helped my husband, son and I tour the property and a unit. She’s so high spirited and a great woman to have working at this office. She seems to really love her job and meet/help anyone that comes in, she makes you feel like a friend and not a complete stranger. HahaHer manager, who sits in the other room was so patient and playful with our son (he’s 2, almost 3). He was up walking around and talking to her and she was so inviting, when he decided to sit in her customer chair.As well as McKinlee, our son went straight to her chair when she got up to greet us, and she didn’t mind one bit. She even played along.The office is so clean and welcoming, they keep the property super clean as well, which I appreciate.

    I have been here now for over a year. Mckinlee, the leasing agent is always nice and helpful. Maintenance is extremely fast and I never have to worry or wait about anything. The park villas staff is like a family and treat us residents like family.

    Loved the moving in process here! Erik from the front office was delighted to show me around the property to different apartments and answered each and all questions and concerns I had. Def recommend this place if you’re looking for a first solo spot. Each unit was super clean, smelled good and I didn’t see no insects so 10/10 for me. Pools are awesome too!

    Just had a fantastic tour of the apartments with McKinlee! She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. The apartments themselves are really - spacious, beautiful and exactly what Ive been looking for. McKinlee definitely answered all my questions and made me feel confident about this property. Highly recommend!

    I have lived here for about a year and half and I really love it. The floor plans are very nice and you cant beat the price. Maintenance comes very quickly when called and does great work. The complex is clean and pretty quiet in most areas. Definitely a great place to live!

    I’ve been a resident here for two years now. I absolutely love this complex. The apartments are very spacious and well kept. All work orders are completed the day I place them and the office staff are always nice and helpful. Low rental prices and most utilities are included in the rent! I recommend this place 100%!!!

    I have lived at this facility three years and three different apartments. Yes this is an older property and everything is not going to be perfect however, the management staff and maintenance staff is superior of any apartment facility I’ve ever lived at. Grocery store within minutes.I have never never felt unsafe, it is a very quiet community. And everyone seems to be respectful of each other.The manager Haley is the best I’ve seen in apartment management. She will address all of your problems and addressed promptly. Always welcoming and with a big smile and always professional.

    My husband and I are about to move in this month and are really excited! From the first phone call, to the application process and touring of the community, the staff has been very friendly, informative and helpful. We were approved within one day and were able to sign a lot of the lease documents online. They communicated with us every step of the way and answered all of our questions on a timely manner. The amenities are a little outdated but its worth it for the price of the apartment. I look forward to moving in soon and exploring the community.

    I lived here for almost 2 years and loved it! Friendly staff, maintenance quickly addressed any and all issues, good price for the space. The apartments are a little dated but for the price you cant complain. Sadly we had to leave to be closer to family but I would definitely recommend these apts.

    Ive been here for over 5months and so far so good. Price rates are very reasonable and the staff are very very nice and helpful. Miss Arley has been nothing but kind to us. For a non gated community, the office works hard to keep the environment safe keeping it strict with visitors and parking so if youre worried about safety, dont worry, I have not heard anyone complain about safety. Property wise, buildings arent new but maintenance are doing an awesome job. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a decent home with decent price rate. Oh yeah not to mention the closet space and storage. I dont even know what to put in the extra spaces. I mean, my old apt had very little closet space so this one is a plus for me.

    I have lived at several other apartments in this area and this apartment complex has been by far the best managed. Maintenance is great... the price is great, the sense of community is great. They have really cool family nights and stuff by the pool with giveaways and music and food. By far the best apartment Ive had in this area. By the way Ive lived here almost a year now.

    I’ve lived in a few other apartment complexes in the area and this one is BY FAR the best.Our apartment manager is phenomenal and so sweet. She makes sure I have everything I need and is always having events to bring the community together.Maintenance is there same day and always incredibly friendly and informative.Units are all clean and updated. I have a washer & dryer hook-up : it’s a life saver!I’d recommend anyone to Park Villas in a heartbeat.

    I’ve lived here when I was 3 years old with my mom and dad , they loved it here. She advanced me to return to park villas when I was looking for apartments It was the best choice! I love it here! The staff is amazing always respectful and friendly. If we have any problem in the apartment they right away send a maintenance man to fix the problem. I definitely recommend these apartments if your looking for some.

    This is our second time leasing in this community. 2015 was our first stay and we have come back in 2019. The staff is friendly and always there when you need them. Lots of fun events and contests (they had a free wrapping station at Christmas and free Valentines cards for the kids to take to their classes!) Weve not had any issues that werent immediately resolved. Pest free and a great deal for the space. And they take all breeds so you dont have to leave your pups behind. The updated interior is fresh and goes with any decor which I absolutely love. If you come by to check them out tell them Misty Martel sent you 😉......

    Well this is my second week here, and the power went out. Which is uncontrollable and I understand. But because I am on the first floorthe toilets back up and down to my toilet and needless to say I am now out $50 dollars in towels. The water over flowed into my living room and then the den and out to the patio. Upside Maintenance was very prompt. And my apartment is a good size for the price. But now I have to go buy new bath towels so that sucks.**Update: We did finally get everything taken care of and have no issues since. Like I said before maintenance was very friendly and Im happy.

    I lived here back in 2011 and didnt have the best experience, but I loved the location! When I heard the management team had change and talked to the manager about whats improved and what the future holds, I could not wait to see what the inside of the apartment looked like. Needless to say, I loved it. Im in a phase two apartment that had been updated, nice laminate floor, washer and dryer hookup (HUGE DEAL), 2 bed/2 bath, TWO patios, pet friendly, need I say more?The manager, Hailey, and her team are ready to solve any issue you might have and the maintenance team is right there with them. Thank you for making this such a cozy place that I love calling my home. Come check it out, I promise you wont regret it!

    Weve been residents here since 2016 and really like it. We are located in the older phase and have covered parking included in our rent. Location is great and rent is reasonable, but of course, rising year over year. Maintenance is usually responsive and is available 24/7. We have a one bedroom apartment with a large walk-in closet. We have had some issues with neighbors and those were very slow the be resolved and usually were dealt with at their next lease renewal. Our single biggest issue is the lack of good insulation in the apartment (its crazy cold in winter and way too warm in summer) and even things like blackout curtains have not helped. This leads, of course, to high electric bills (and its been an increasing problem). The office staff is usually helpful and responsive.

    Been here a month and so far so good, quiet apartments, free parking space, hot waters’ always going, spacey apt for far less money than other apartments. Not to mention they have everything here, I could even live here and not have a car since everything’s basically walking distance! This is a relatively safe place to live I see lots of families living here, children playing outside. All the neighbors are great! Even the laundry room is within sight as soon as I step out of my apartment. The gym being 24/7 is a plus since me and my fiancé work night shift and we tend to work out around 2-5 am. I can actually live here and expect my bank account to grow since all I pay is rent and electric! Very affordable apartments. This is a great first/last apartment to live in! Definitely recommend.

    No matter the reviews this place was pretty decent when I lived here I came back like three times. Believe me I’m picky on apartments I look at reviews before moving anywhere. This place is pretty decent for the price and location. Yea there is bums everywhere but that’s just because of location. My car has never been broken into or towed. No bedbugs or roaches. I lived in phase 1 and 2 and Sean is amazing christy is always on top of everything and hailey can be crude but she’s just trying to keep the apartment from horrible renters she’s professional and follows the book. Other than the planes from the base and minor issues such as my microwave made a horrible noise. That was my only complaint. You get what you pay for. This is a good apartment. Water bugs are not roaches people you can’t avoid water bugs. Bedbugs no never I’ve been in 4 different units and never experience any bugs.

    Nothing fancy, but decent and affordable. The exterior and interior both have a conservative, plain appearance. All dog breeds are allowed. Dogs must be picked up after; bags are provided. Laundry has to be done in communal washrooms. Theyre located in every other building, so its not too far of a walk. The washers and dryers cost $1.50 each per load and run well. All the mailboxes are centralized. Each apartment gets one covered parking spot and theres plenty of unmarked parking as well. Theres a small pool by the office thats open in the summer time and a small gym room two treadmills, an elliptical, and a cable machine with a pull-up bar. Theres very little crime in this area. Most residents here are quiet and friendly. The walls and floors/ceilings seem to be rather soundproof too, (at least while living the second floor); weve had kids living below us and we would never hear them unless they were outside. Altogether, Park Villas is a good deal for what you pay.

    Ive lived at Park Villas for about a year and I love it! The girls in the office are always so sweet and welcoming!! I absolutely love them!! The maintenance team is always on top of their game and take care of any requests super quick as well.     Ive lived at Park Villas for over ten years and have only had very minor complaints, mostly a tenant that couldnt get rid of their roaches and I kept seeing them in mine but once they moved out the roaches were gone. Come to think of it that was the 2nd or third year I lived here and long before Hailey became Manager ..... Speaking of Hailey, she and her staff are awesome and theyre always doing special events and contests for all ages in the family which I love even though I work too late to enjoy some of them. Sean and his maintenance crew are always on top of things and with a smile on their faces! I cant say enough good things about my years here. Kudos to the Park Villas Team!

    Ive lived at Park Villas apartments for 19years. Hailey Castaneda and her staff are absolutely awesome!!! I have seen resident managers come and go as well as staff . Hailey Castaneda and her staff have been the best group of people that I have dealt with out of the 19years that I have lived here she takes pride in her leadership over our resident community. She listens to her residents and goes far and beyond to make our living experience a great one. Theres always something new to look forward too. New upgrades , residential covered parking and the list goes on!!! I just want to say thanks to Hailey Castaneda and her staff for working so hard to keep us happy!!! Thanks Hailey and staff you guys and girls ROCK!!!😁

    I looked at almost every complex within a mile around here, and this by far is the cleanest and best deal for price!This place is perfect for me! You can’t beat $850 for a 1,000sq ft 1 bedroom, safe location, quiet, and friendly staff. The only thing I would complain about is the gym is super tiny (only 2 treadmills and an elliptical) and the pool isn’t very clean unless you go at 8am right after they clean it lol. The kitchen is a little outdated but they just came in and remodeled the floors, which is very nice now! I like that you get one covered parking spot with your apartment (I’ve never had that anywhere I’ve lived unless you payed extra for it)Overall, I really like it here. Only 10 minutes to downtown FW and 25 minutes to Alliance.I also love that water, sewage, and trash is all included into rent...that’s hard to find at some apartments!I will be renewing my lease here soon!

    I cannot express how amazing the staff is here at Park Villas. Everyone is so friendly and always ready to help. The maintenance team is awesome with getting things done as quick as possible. The location is just where we wanted to be, close to everything, yet you still get a quiet neighborhood vibe. Pet friendly with plenty of free bag stations to be the responsible adults we are and pick up after our animals! Im in a phase two apartment and I could not be happier with the experience Ive had.*UPDATE* (*4/1/19*)So Park Villas is stepping up in a glorious way! They are introducing PooPrints. For those who dont know, PooPrints is a DNA dog waste management program that will test un-scooped waste left behind from your animals and determine who left it leaving you with a fine! I think this is brilliant! Sad that we have to come to this, but it is a great tool to assure the residents will be responsible and clean up after their pets.

    I have lived here for 3 1/2 yrs in both a 1bd n now 2bd and have had 0 issues with unwanted pets...eww.. I have been treated with nothing but kindness, from the girls in the front office to the maintenance guys, who are ALL Awesome for putting up with me (Im kinda picky). When i have an issue, I call and tell whichever of the girls answers what i have wrong and 1 of the guys from maintenance is here taking care of it before the end of day! So when I read some of the other reviews I was surprised that these issues even exist here, and wanted to give a different view of living here. We have been happy here! Thanks Park Villas Crew for taking such good care of us!

    Amazing management, maintainence is very quick if you have any issues, the grounds are kept nice, the inside of the apartments are nice and renovated! I highly recommend. I haven’t had any issues with these apartments and they are quick to answer the phone and answer any questions you have.
