    Wow I was their for almost 4 years we had a great time. It was my first apartment. It was safe area.and whatever you need you get shopping within 2 minte .I cant explain what Im feeling right now it is the best feeling. And we have the best memory. I appreciate all of Paces crossing employees, the office management, mintenance, even my neighbors my apartment was very very clean no bed bug no cockroaches all clean, even outside no mosquitoes I really recommendations for peoples this apartment is nice👌 anywaysI want to say Thank you everyone

    All the staff is really nice and professional. The maintenance crew is really good and anytime I have any issues the manager Chris will stop what he’s doing and fix the issue. I have seen the staff help people out with vehicle problems. The ladies in the office are very sweet and professional with the residence. The courtesy officer is on another level. He is very attractive and handles business around the complex. Overall this is a good complex to live in.

    My partner and I have lived here for over 4 years. Maintenance staff is nice, helpful, and quick to respond to work orders. The front office has always been helpful and pleasant when addressing any issues.Its an apartment complex, there will be unfavorable things that happen here that happen at other complexes.

    I lived at Paces Crossing for two years and was completely satisfied with the complex! Not sure why some reviews say the staff is rude but any interaction I had with the staff was always pleasant. I ordered from Amazon quite a bit so the office staff knew my face pretty well. Sometimes Ashley would even see me coming up the stairs and would have the package in her hand by time I go through the door. The apartments were a really great location being right off of 35. The only downfall was when they started the construction on the bridge, traffic got kind of bad, but thats not something in the apartments control. They are older apartments but I think the price was pretty fair for what we got. The apartment was clean upon move in, fast maintenance, and a good community overall. Also, we were able to get all of our deposit back including the portion of the pet deposit that was refundable. Granted we cleaned and retouched the walls that had holes from hanging things. It was a lot of work but it is possible to get the deposit back if you make sure everything is clean!

    Maintenance is always on top of things and making sure you are living comfortably! The office is super responsive with your needs.Living here was not a problem! Everything flowed easily and super comfortable. Only Issue was the noise because you can hear the upstair neighbors easily as the wall is thin. But it is something that can be dealt with as it is common when living with others basically.Highly recommend living here!

    Staff here at Paces Crossing were outstanding when answering any and all questions we had. We moved from five states away and it was difficult, but the staff was able to help us overcome all obstacles. Their hospitality, patience and cooperation hasnt gone unnoticed. We thank them very much for all they did. Hands down, would recommend.

    Ive lived here for a year and some change. Overall, the place is pretty nice and well kept, the staff at the front office is very nice and knowledgeable. The maintenance people are exceptional and Ive never had any problem with them at all. Also a big plus, is they are never intrusive (do random bi-annual checks) like my old apartment used to do. Id totally recommend!

    I was moving from out of state and unable to view apartments before I moved. So I would be moving in sight unseen. Totally terrifying! I read TONS of reviews about tons of different apartments and landed on Paces. Honestly, Im pretty happy with what I got. The apartments are older than they look in the photos, but are fairly well maintained. The staff was always friendly and helpful to me. The apartment its self was clean and kept well. I did have a issue with my bathroom fan smelling like smoke, but mantaince fixed it quickly. If youre looking for an apartment that is not crazy expensive and youre not worried about it being super fancy. This place is for you . Cozy, affordable, low crime, and easy access to hwy 35 and many shops and restaurants.

    Me and my roommate had a wonderful time applying and finding our apartment here. Vikki was so helpful and prepared for all our questions as first time apartment renters. Would recommend asking Vicki or mckenna for any help.Our only issue was applying online but other than that our move in date is coming up and we can’t wait to live here!

    This is the second time Ive lived at Paces Crossing, and Ive never had a negative experience. The maintenance staff is really great at addressing issues within 24 hours, and the office staff is friendly.In light of everything happening with Covid19, the management staff has been the most accommodating I could hope for. Once I found out I was furloughed, they were willing and ready to work with me at the drop of a hat. I had changed my mind about whether or not to stay a few times, and they were so great at making sure whatever I did was in my best interest.

    Ive lived at Paces Crossing for 3 years and have had nothing but a great experience over all. Everyone from the office staff to maintenance has been extremely professional and friendly and able to take care of any problems without delay. A special shout out to the guys on the maintenance team: Chris, Zack, Juan, Vlad, and Julio. These guys constantly go above and beyond and proved so even during the Texas winter storm. My heater in my apartment had gone out (along with several other residents) and to my surprise they were able to come out on a weekend and fix my heater the same day I reported the issue. This place has fair pricing and great residents too, everyone here had been friendly and the location is great too. If youre looking for an affordable place with short distance access to everything you need around Denton; this is it. Thank you all for a wonderful 3 years and best of luck to all moving forward!

    Very nice place to live with activities for the residents.Maintenance gets work orders done in a very timely manner. I accidentally locked my keys in my vehicle. On a Sunday (none the less) one of the maintenance guys gave me a number for a tow truck company in which they used. He came, unlocked my vehicle and neither tow truck driver or maintenance personnel would except any money for their time and help. Just goes to show how they take care of their tenants.

    Started my application, finished it, and got approved for the apartment i wanted in under 48 hours thanks to Nick!! he’s such an amazing agent, he really helped me throughout the process and helped me decide on what apartment i wanted. Nick is the best!!

    Very excited to move into our new apartment at Paces. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our move in process. Vicky was who helped us during our move in and she was very charismatic and professional.

    I have been living here for 2 months and I have not found much wrong with the apartment. I live in the Da Vinci floor plan and it is very spacious. The maintenance requests so far have been completed quickly. The electric fittings in the house are quite old. Other than that so far it has been a good experience. The staff is polite and very helpful.

    I was a resident in this complex for multiple years and they had great apartments all around. They may be a little more expensive than some other apartments in Denton, but for the location, size, and service, I have no complaints. Based on friends experiences with other complexes, I was really happy with my experience there.Its open to all renters, not just students so its quieter and more peaceful, but you can grab the Colorado Express right at the front of the complex while university is in session to get to UNT within 15 minutes. Its also relatively close to all the groceries, department stores, and doctors on the south side of town, which is great if you dont eat out much or you have a family.The staff are amazing too. Ive put in maintenance orders in the morning that were finished when I came home that evening. The front office is also courteous and very flexible; for example, one thing that always surprised my friends was that they wouldnt penalize you for ending your lease early as long as you gave them 60 days notice. None of my friends ever had issues with their cars being towed either (so long as you dont park in someones covered space).While water, sewage, and trash are bundled with your rent, you are responsible for your own electric service and internet. That may be a turn-off to some people, but it didnt really bother me. The main problem I had was that my electric bill could be expensive sometimes, especially in extreme weather. I dont know if they have any plans to upgrade windows, doors, and the HVAC systems in the apartments, but along with recycling and updating some appliances, that was my only major issue.

    I have lived at Paces Crossing for 3 years and have absolutely loved it! I went to UNT which is just a 7 minute drive or a 15 minute bus ride which picks up at the front of the complex.The things I have liked the most about living here is:-The friendly neighbors. Made several new/lifelong friends!-Enforcement of noise and crowd rules so that its not a party complex-Dog park and sidewalks for my pup and I to peruse.-There is always parking and they dont tow your guests. (Super pet friendly)-Close to Target, Hobby Lobby, WalMart, food establishments, and the Golden Triangle mall.-Easy access to I-35-Great management. (I once locked myself out of my apt way late at night. I saw one of the managers in the parking lot and she kindly went to the office, got my key for me, and made sure they made me a new key for me by the next day at no cost. All with a smile on her face!)-3rd floor ceilings are tall.- Large bathrooms with plenty of counter space.- They come and clean your carpets at no fee annually if you renew.-Lots of closet space.Things that werent the best (this is me being picky):- Some road noise from i-35.- Sometimes the trash bins get really full.- The hot tub is too hot sometimes.- The stairs are a little thin.- They dont salt the sidewalks or parking lots for ice storms.If this complex could up and move to Dallas with me, I would totally stay. Unfortunately, I have a feeling that is not possible.

    Very nice apartments but a little expensive for size. I had a 1/1 Efficiency for $598/mon, average util $50/mo, water/sewage $30/mo. Would recommend if you can afford it but be expecting them to increase the rate when you need to renew.
