I live in Murdeaux Villas back in 2013 to 2016 Walter was very awesome once he left the new management was very rude I was on section 8 I passed my inspection they didnt want me to renew my lease I couldnt understand why I was never late on my rent I kept my apartment clean. Once I move out they never gave me back my deposit. I was constantly calling up there for it but the new management never returned my calls. Its good to here Walter is back up there getting everything back in order. I just love Mudeaux Villas 💜💜💜💜💜

I love this property! Ms. Keisha has been a great addition to the property. My mom and dad love living here. Its always clean and quiet. The office staff is wonderful.

I was skeptical after reading the reviews but went to scout for my son .Walter was awesome and the plans he has for the property are great even the work he is doing now.so dont always believe the reviews.****Under new management****Hopefully my son will be a new resident 😌😊

Great Staff with Patient and very knowledgeable and The Property well Secured. I’m Happy To call My Apartment Unit Home. A lot of Space and maintenance taking care of expeditiously.

Despite the reviews, I was actually able to move in within a decent amount of time. My apartment was clean and Nita in the office was very friendly and familiar.

I used to live there Im a kid Im not dirty ugly or bad atleast some off the patents care for their kids if the others choose to let their kids walk around all dirty and ratchet that has nothing to do wit u that juss means they kids aint got no home training

A place to call home..... The office staff is very helpfully and Polite, their always willing to help the residents no matter what, and the manager is doing a great job on the property.
