I highly recommend Midtown Apartments! The communication from the management team has been top-notch—they are responsive and address any issues promptly. The complex itself is always neat and well-maintained, with spacious playgrounds that are perfect for families. The entire community has a welcoming atmosphere, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. If you’re looking for a great place to live, Midtown Apartments is the best choice! Rose and Leslie are the best people this place can have. They are so nice about everything and amazing to work with. They also have movie nights once in a while and some good family fun activities.

Overall, I very much enjoyed my time at Midtown Apartments. The management and faculty do a nice job of trying to keep the apartments up to date and well maintained. The also have a fantastic pool area! Whether you want to host an outdoor BBQ/picnic with friends, swim in the pool, or just sit in the shade and read a book, the pool area is great for all of it. If you have pets, theres some nice areas in the center of the complex to walk your pets outside so they can relieve themselves. Midtown Apartments is also just a short drive away from Downtown Temple with lots of local shops, restaurants, bars, and a museum. Pepper Creek Trail is also located nearby the apartment complex. I would frequently go there to run on my time off, but theres lots of sports fields and other outdoor activities you can do there as well.

I moved into Midtown Apartments August 2023 and moved out August 2024. Leslie and Rose are the nicest accommodating apartment managers I have ever known. Rose is always available for quick talks and listens to you. I truly enjoyed my stay at these apartments. It felt like home away from home. I would give my utmost referral to these apartments. I only moved to be closer to my doctor. I will truly miss them and the other tenants. Quiet and safe.

I lived at Midtown for almost 3 years and my experience was A+. During that time, I had 2 work orders which were rectified within a couple days. Midtown has an open layout which I loved. A few positives about the Apt are: excellent water pressure, quiet surroundings (open land on all 4 sides), free covered parking esp. for visitors, quiet ac unit, wired for Grande communication which is faster and cheaper than the other internet company, the pool was always clean and well maintained, remodeled interior with new appliances, grounds was always maintained and the grass is cut frequently. Midtown is conveniently located close to the I-35, Temple Lake, fast food restaurants, HEB and Walmart. I highly recommend Midtown Apts to anyone looking for affordable living with a tranquil environment.

I loved living here, it was affordable, clean, renovated, and the owners and staff were amazing. They loved all my fur babies and always complimented on how well kept my apartment was. When the tornado hit everyone was nothing but supportive. Ive always hated apartment experiences until I lived here, such integrity and amazing care! Absolutely perfect for my first home I will never forget it :)

Awesome amazing place for an apartment. My wife and I lived here for a year and we loved it! Love that they allowed our love bug of a Doberman. Most apartments immediately will write the dog off as being an aggressive breed, which our boy is absolutely not! Leslie was very nice and courteous. Any time we had an issue it was resolved usually fairly quickly. Loved the big field with all the wild flowers. We loved all of our neighbors. Just a really good, and we felt, safe place to live. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to check them out!

I have been at this apartment complex for over 2 years and have had little issues while living here. Leslie and Rose are reliable and efficient staff. Any maintenance issues gets resolved in a timely manner. Just an overall pleasant experience.

Amazing apartments!! my boyfriend and i rented here for a year before we had to go elsewhere because of our money situation, but we wouldve definitely stayed if not for that. the units are beautiful and its very quiet. the amenities are well taken care of and the office staff are very sweet 🖤 our only complaints were minor, hot water heaters in the units make it that water doesnt stay hot super long, and the smoke detectors can be sensitive when boiling water or opening a hot oven. but overall we were very happy to be here when we were!!

Midtown apartments is amazing! Affordable, quiet, close to shopping and easy access to the highway. Leslie and her team are very personable. They always greet us by name with a smile. Any issue Ive had has been handled quickly and efficiently. The apartment itself is beautiful with lots of storage. Beautiful, pet friendly property. There is a small dog park located on the property. The pool is clean and large. The pool area is perfect for laying out and relaxing. We have lived here almost a year and will definitely be renewing our lease!

My husband and I recently moved to Midtown Apartments and are very happy we did. Our very first impression was with Leslie (the manager). Leslie is very much part of the reason why we decided to lease at Midtown Apartments over other communities. She is very personable and you can really tell she cares about the residents. We have had a couple of maintenance requests, that have been taken care of immediately. Jennifer (assistant manager and Ernesto (maintenance) are both very friendly and personable also. The community is very quiet, offers plenty of parking, and is in a convenient location.

We love these apartments. We moved in in May when they were still renovating the building we were in. We never had any issues with noise and we had a 9 month old at the time who was never disturbed by the construction. The apartments are nice and well insulated. The grounds are kept nice and clean. The office staff are so sweet, we love Jennifer and Leslie! They are quick to address any maintenance requests or concerns and they always greet you with a smile. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the work is done well. We are very happy we chose Midtown!!

My wife and I needed a furnished apartment because we were mobile medical techs for years and had been living in hotels the whole time.Lesley and Alex were wonderful to work with and we have really enjoyed living here since we moved in the spring.They are very responsive and issues are quickly resolved.The Christmas party was a lot of fun as well.

UPDATE 4 years later:Although I dont live here anymore and management/staff ignored my request to lease again after a hard time in my life many years ago... My kids and I truly loved this place! We still remain in the area, right around the corner, we LOVE this area! Seeing this place is always bitter sweet 😊 itd be so cool if they had 3 bedrooms!Been here a year & a half...LOVE LOVE LOVE!

This was the first apartment I have ever rented. Jennifer was super sweet and gave me a lot of information that made my transition easy and hassle free. Leslie was always kind and always had a friendly smile while I was there. You can tell that the staff really cares for their tenants. I am so grateful that I chose midtown as my first apartment. Lived here for over a year and half and my husband and I love it here. Never had any issues with our apartment. Never any bugs, never a problem with the trash or parking! Wonderful staff. They handled covid very well and worked with us at the beginning of our lease. We love midtown and will be sad to leave.

I have lived on this property for 5 years now and I absolutely love it more now then so before. Leslie is awesome and lil Leslie and Jennifer are always great to see. Jennifer is wonderful and joyful.I am so pleased that rules are implemented better. So blessed to still be part of this little community we have here. I love the fact we have a few contest and partys but hope to have more in the future.Amazing place to stay and friends to make.You would be severely losing out if you choose another place to live. The maintenance rocks now finally a staff that puts heart into their work and renters

The apartment was clean and updated. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The few concerns we had were attended to immediately. The area was quiet except for children playing (no yelling, swearing or disorderly). I recommend Midtown Apartments to anybody who is looking for safe, affordable and friendly living.

Awesome place. Best cost/quality than other complexes in the area. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly. I dont think I had to wait more than 36hr even when listing the request as the lowest priority

I didn’t even get the chance to live here because they were all leased up but the Management Team from the leasing office was absolutely AMAZING. They helped me out a lot even though they had nothing available they still called to check in on if I found anything and they even helped me by calling other properties for me. If you have the opportunity to move in with them I’d definitely recommend you do so. The apartments and location is nice as well

I recommend these apartment which is the best in Temple. The daily maintenance is super easy. The management are very friendly. I recommend them come and ask the administration to give you a Tour. you will not regret.
