    I had to move to Texas for flight school from Charlotte, NC. I looked at several places and decided towards McCarty Commons because of how easy they made everything. From start to finish, Stacey has been amazing. Her experience with long distances moves, and her above and beyond attitude has taken the worry out of every situation. If Stacey and her team can, they will, and the past 12 months here have been the best leasing experiences Ive had because of them.So thank you, Stacy, and the McCarty Commons team for making this my home away from home.

    Mathew always a great job as always. He is always prompt to get anything fixed and even explains things to me so I understand things. If it were not for your maintenance team you have and the staff you have of Sarah, Stacy, and Lena I would not be renewing my lease in March when my lease is up. I do think that Mathew should have more help on his crew and hopefully that is or has been addressed by hiring new maintenance employees.

    I have lived here for three years now, and I don’t have one bad thing to say! The maintenance is fast, the two times in three years I’ve even needed maintenance at all! I love the exclusivity, and everyone in the front office is always so friendly and welcoming. at first I thought parking was an issue, but they make it so easy with the parking pass. I’ve left my time here and I’ll probably stay another year!

    Recently moved into this apartment complex and I’m obsessed! This is my third apartment and my absolute favorite. The leasing office is so incredibly helpful, they are quick to assist. The apartment itself is in a great condition, very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be recommending this complex to anyone looking for an apartment to move into.

    I couldnt be happier with my decision to move into this apartment complex. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional leasing team that made the whole process smooth and easy. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The amenities are top-notch - the gym is well-equipped, the pool area is pristine, and the communal spaces are always clean and well-maintained.

    I just left the leasing office to renew my lease for another year! I love living at McCarty Commons, it definitely promotes the luxury lifestyle. I want to give a special thinks to Ms. Stacy for being with me every step of the way, she is a REMARKABLE assistant manager & is amazing at what she do! Also, i want to to thank maintenance for being quick on their feet with resolving any issues i may have! This apt complex is really home to me!

    We’re going on our 4th year here at McCarty and we love it! The managers are quick to address an issue, the complex is really nice and clean and always have fun events going on!Update: We’ve had some appliance issues and the maintenance guys are quick to fix them! The management team are so involved in the community and we couldn’t be more blessed to live here ❤️

    Im very happy with the choice I made. The ammenties are great and their is a wonderful sense of community here which is exactly what I was searching for. The office staff are like family, the perks are phenomenal (contest to save money off rent, cash and prize perks at every event to cater to everyone, alcohol, food, coffee bar and awesome perks for pets). This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived at hands down.

    Ive been a McCarty Commons resident since this place opened up. During my time here, Ive found that this place has been consistent in maintaining a safe and clean environment, as well as a bunch of other cool amenities.The apts are modern-looking with wooden floors, fancy kitchens, and come with washers and dryers (no having to load up on quarters).The gym is awesome, Ive gotten a lot of use out of it. It has everything you need: cable machine, free weights, benches, a Smith machine, treadmills, rower, and a pelaton bike (as well as a stretch/cardio area).The pool is great, spacious, and kept clean. The hot tub is my favorite part though.Parking is great as well. The spots are spacious enough, which is a major upgrade from other Apts with parking spaces made for ants.It has an Amazon Hub locker which is pretty neat, and helps to prevent package thieves.Management also makes it a point to host regular events that are always fun and provide an opportunity to hang out with other residents.The price point is very good for what you get, especially compared to what other places are charging. You also dont have to worry about a bunch of college kids destroying the place. Its just enough out of the way to give residents breathing room.I havent had any problems here, and have no reason to look elsewhere. I definitely recommend this place.

    Going on my 4th year at McCarty Commons! Great apartment with helpful and friendly management.Edit: We recently moved from one unit to another. The process was extremely smooth. Stacy was extremely helpful during the entire process. Very involved management team that always addresses issues immediately.

    Overall the living experience here is good, but there is room for improvement in maint of the gym. Both treadmills have issues and have since I started living here. One of them just doesnt work, the other doesnt slow down, which is also concerning because this could be a safety hazard. And there is a water cooler in the gym that I have almost never seen refilled. I have to mention as well that about 6 months into living here my water started tasting funny, im not really sure why but its earthy , so I no longer drink it, and the shower has a rusty pipe draining from the A/C directly into the shower, which seems like a poor design decision as it causes an unsightly rust stain in the shower that has been there since I moved in.As mentioned though I am overall pleased with the living experience. Its very quiet here and have not had any major problems. Its very close and convenient to many amenities. The apartments are nice, have good sound insulation. I took one star for the issues mentioned above. I always have an external gym membership anyways and there is a great one (THRC) right down the street.

    What truly sets this complex apart is the sense of community. Regular events and gatherings provide opportunities to meet neighbors and create meaningful connections.     We have been living here for a little over two months and love it so far! The signing and move in process was a breeze with Jessica’s help at the front desk and the community is quiet and so nicely maintained. I’ve seen negative reviews about parking but we have had absolutely no issues and really don’t see where it would be a problem. Love it here!

    I love living here! The apartments are gorgeous and updated. The amenities are AMAZING!! Especially the salt water pool. This place truly feels like home! 10/10 would recommend!

    My wife and I have lived at McCarty Commons for the past 2 years. Since day one we have been met with excellent care. We also have met lifelong friends while living here through social interactions that were hosted. We recently built a home and have dealt with the craziness of waiting for it to be complete. Lauren and her team were fabulous when working with us and ensuring that through all the stress, McCarty Commons was not one of the factors. She regularly checked in and was quick to help in anyway we needed. Overall, it has been a great experience living at McCarty!

    The person who came to service the dryer on Wednesday was the absolute best!!! He came in replaced the belt and got the job done within about 10 minutes. I would definitely want him to do all my services while being here at McCarty commons.

    I’ve lived here for almost two years and my experience with McCarty Commons featured ups and downs. I really appreciated when new management under the leadership of Ms. Lauren that I saw a turnaround into what is now being seen into the care of the property. Some of these reviews are misguided. I recommend this place to live if it is in your budget.

    This place is absolutely amazing! The apartments are very nice and spacious. Alyssa, Dara, and the entire staff here is wonderful and made this entire process easy! I enjoy talking with them and receiving information when needed. If they were to ever leave I would be so sad because they make this place feel like home!

    Im just really glad we have a working microwave again, but feel that it took weeks longer than it should have. I know its not the maintenance teams fault, I think that lies with whoever deals with work orders after they are submitted.

    Dara, the leasing agent, was extremely nice and helpful. We were very close to signing on with another apartment complex but Daras hospitality and the beautiful apartment tour sold us!! This complex is very clean and modern. We cant wait to move in!

    Thanks Matthew as well as the whole maintenance team here at McCarty Commons! We have had issues with our plumbing most likely due to that freeze a few years ago and they are always right to our aid! Sinks working like a charm now!

    McCarty Commons is upscale living with a pet friendly environment. Shanae Garcia is the manager and on the first day she greeted my wife and me with a big smile and a can do attitude. Shanae is supported by the A-Team lead by Alissa Hillmer. Shanae and Alissa are real professionals and take the time to get to know you. After completing all the required paperwork we moved in the same day. What a delight! I was attempting to move to another apartment complex, but thanks to their horrible customer service, I found McCarty Commons instead. We love McCarty Commons and you will too!
