I am absolutely in love with my apartment. I knew I was going to have to move soon, so I looked into these apartments months before I moved in. I was not disappointed. On top of this, Markel helped me to find the most perfect apartment unit for me. He has been helpful and professional since moving in. Every time there has been an issue, he has put in effort to make sure to help me. He has truly made my experience in moving into this apartment wonderful.

I am so overjoyed I decided to lease in this apartment building. I have been in my old apartment for 5 years and it took a lot to make me leave and make a change! It was fully due to Markell, he was so amazing, easy to deal with, very responsive and motivated me to try something new.He answered all my emails so fast and even though I might have been annoying with numerous questions he really indulged me up until my move in .Had such a great experience with this leasing agent and the property as a whole.

Exceptional experience with Reginald Phelps today. He was knowledgeable, provided insightful details about the propertys features, respectfully bragged on the amenities, and highlighted POI in the area. Crazy thing is, hes not a local Texan! The amount of dedication it takes to give that level of detail about the surrounding neighborhood 👌🏾. All questions were answered with enthusiasm and expertise. The rock climbing wall+fitness centers, co-working spaces, coffee bar and rooftop lounge were a few of my faves.

The Lyle has been an amazing experience so far. Moved in two weeks ago and the amenities are fantastic. Already had friends come over for dinner and they have been impressed. Part of me doesn’t want to say how good it is so less people move in and I have all of it to myself. Briana at the front office has been incredibly transparent and helpful, she made the move in experience so welcoming you should check it out.

The Lyle is a beautiful property with wonderful amenities and very well decorated & thoughtfully designed. The location is very convenient as well. Marquel in the leasing office is very knowledgeable and professional. He was a joy to work with.Unfortunately, the available floor plans for the timing that I needed to move in was not workable for me, but I would definitely consider moving here in the future

My husband and I have been living in this community for almost two weeks and we are absolutely fond of it. Although construction is ongoing, it is not a nuance for residents. I mostly work from home and I can tell that noise is not an issue, I dont get disturbed by the work being carried out outside.Amenities are nice and well kept. If we were to complain about anything, it would be for some residents not picking up after themselves in the parking garage.As for the team at the leasing office, we had the opportunity to meet them during our move-in and they were gracious and knowledgable; our application was handled by a previous team, though. I think that Rana, who is currently the senior leasing consultant, was part of the prior team as well; she welcomed us, and from the beginning she made us feel at ease.We look forward to having a good living experience at Lyle!

Briana is amazing! She is friendly and down to earth and knows the complex well. We had such a great time touring with her. She went above and beyond in pairing us with the perfect unit and the process has been seamless. The Lyle is a beautiful property! I love the long hallways and separation between the units. Love the teal accents - gives a private and subdued vibe. There are so many beautiful spaces to enjoy company or intimate entertainment. All of the amenities are gorgeous - pool, gym, office space/business center, outdoor spaces. The floor plan and interior finishes are everything we hoped for. We love the location, sort of hidden or tucked away yet close to the Tollway. We are close to work, friends/family, and within desired proximity to all of the things we love. We’re looking forward to a relaxing space to call home with great views when we move in end of August. I won’t even get into what level of burnout I was in from the apartment hunt. The Lyle checked off all the boxes on our wishlist!

We fell in love with this apartment. The amenities, the floor plans, and the staff are truly one of a kind. Jeremy gave us a tour, and his knowledge and reassurance made us confident that Lyle was the perfect place for us. He answered all our questions thoroughly. After we signed, we needed some measurements, so we asked Jeremy for another tour. Despite it being Friday at 5 pm, he patiently waited and allowed us to tour our future home for an hour, ensuring we had everything we needed.

Brianne and Markel were fantastic, giving me a thorough lay of the land and helping me find things to do in my new neighborhood. I recently moved in, and it has been a wonderful experience so far! Leasing team was on top of it and made it very seamless. I am in a brand new unit and my microwave was not working and they had someone there to fix it within 15 minutes. This is a great complex if you are looking for lots of amenities and communicative staff!

Jarek is awesome! He gave us a courtesy call to let us know he was working on our ticket. I was alarmed to see my light switch flash and trip the breaker the day before, but he explained the breaker did its job and there were no indications of a more serious situation which put my mind at ease. Apparently, this is not totally uncommon due to a load arc, but for someone who’s never seen it before it could seem serious if you don’t know what signs to look for. He also gave us some great recommendations for shower heads. We really appreciate his care!

Yesterday my fiance and i took a tour with Jeremy M.We didnt have an appointment and he only had a 20min window before his next appointment. He was more than happy to accommodate us and give us a tour of the property and discuss what was available. He answered all of our questions, was super friendly and welcoming. He sold us on the property and we are ready to submit our application within 24hrs of meeting him!The property is beautiful, secure, clean, floor plans are functional and easy access to the Toll way.

Update 5/2/24: I’m officially a resident and the move in process was seamless. 3 days in I had a concern with loud music and the community mgr, Reginald addressed it right away. The property gives Boutique luxury hotel vibes♥️♥️While there is some final construction going on, you really can’t tell. The team is great and generally quiet. I called maintenance for an issue ( I wasn’t sure what exactly) but the maintenance mgr, Gerard arrived within 15 min..assessed the situation and determined it was something to pull in the construction lead, Anthony on. These gentlemen were so professional ( even wore shoe covers🤗 to protect my new home). The test of an excellent property and experience is mgmt attention to resident concerns and maintenance professionalism and responsiveness…The Lyle checks both boxes✅. I love it here🥰♥️🏡.Service excellence is so important to me and Rana has been truly amazing. Answering all of my questions so I select the best unit for my needs. The property exceeds my expectations and management attentiveness/responsiveness is an indication of how your living experience will be. I can’t wait to call Lyle home this month. Thank you Rana for being so patient send helpful🤗♥️

I recently moved into The Lyle and I absolutely love it! The property is beautiful and has great amenities i.e the gym, pool, coffee bar, etc. Rana (our leasing agent) was amazing from the tour to move-in, making the process seamless. The staff is friendly, responsive, and always helpful! Highly recommend The Lyle for anyone looking for a wonderful place to live!

Beyond the service and interior designer, Reginald was amazing as the manager of the building. He had a lot of great information, provided extended options of what we were looking for and was overall just a good time! Apartment tours can be weary but he made it a great investment. I will definitely be recommending this place to locals if they dont already sell out. Location was great and floorplans were impeccable!

If I could give Lyle one thousand stars I would! In addition the these being new-builds and beautiful, the team here is absolutely outstanding. Everyone is so welcoming and accommodating. Rana has been so helpful ever since our tour and especially throughout our move. The layouts and floor plans are super unique, not like your everyday floor plans. The building itself utilizes an easy and efficient way of getting in. Yes you can use a fob, or you can also use an app which is super convenient. The app works for all entrances, the amenities, the garage, and your own apartment too! Lyle also offers all of its residents built in WiFi to each unit, so you don’t have to worry about finding your own. So many cool perks of living here!Recently we had an incident where our dog deadbolted herself in the apartment after we left to get groceries- it wasn’t until we got back and couldn’t get in that we realized what she did. Every single person that helped us was phenomenal and jumped in immediately. Anthony and Jarek did an amazing job and were incredibly fast in getting us reunited with our pup! We are so grateful to be living in this community and to know that we truly are in such good hands.

Lyle is top tier, and I am an extremely picky human being. Brianna is my main POC, and she is THE BEST. She is kind and resourceful. Stepping into Lyle it gives a comforting vibe, and the staff makes you feel warm! Comparing my last apt to here it’s night and day. The move in process is simple and transparent. Highly recommend at least touring this place. Our neighbors are friendly and the maintenance staff responds quickly!

Omg I am in love with this property! It has that new car smell & amenities are amazing. The leasing agent Rana is the bomb. I simply love her energy. She is funny, informative and an all around vibe. The units have nice spacious walk in closets & modern kitchen appliances. They have a beautiful bar that will be equipped with a bartender on the wknds to serve the residents drinks. Thats an added plus for those days you just wanna lamp at home. They are still putting the finishing touches so there is a little construction going on but not enough to be offensive. So the moral to the story is ask for Rana & move it! Lol
