I just moved in recently but everything has been great so far. The leasing process for me was a bit stressful for my own reasons (had collections I wasn’t aware of) so it took longer for me to get my sh-t together lol. But everyone at the leasing office was absolutely great in my move in process. My apt needed a few things from maintenance, and it was taken care of within hours. The community is clean, drivers are respectful. My building is right by the gate entrance, and I see it’s ALWAYS working which is great bc some complexes leave the gates broken and open for long periods . The lockers for packages are good also, big enough for all packages. I’m excited to be a resident here . Thank you everyone at the office for the communication and for making sure the community here is clean and safe.

Love the sense of community here at Limestone as Ebony, the property manager goes out of her way to provide the residents with fun-filled events through-out the year making us feel like family. She has everything running smoothly and is kind to the residents. The entire staff is friendly & professional and I am especially thankful to Zack and their most recent addition Bird for making the maintenance experience a pleasant one. Thank ya’ll!

We toured this location with Stephanie and she was great. I was rally impressed with how clean the gym was. Ive been on several tours and a lot of gyms either smell or look as if they have not been cleaned in a while. I also appreciated the gate keeping non-residents out of the apartment complex. Gates seem to be decoration instead of a safety measure. The complex is competitively priced for the area and has clean amenities. I toured one of the updated units and was thoroughly impressed.

We moved to LR a few years ago, and the experience was great from start to finish. The property is clean and quiet, the units are nice, the office staff is so friendly, and maintenance takes action quickly. We purchased our first home recently, and had to break our lease early. Instead of making us feel guilty or bothered because they had to lease the unit again, Stephanie, Ebony, and Shatovia spent most of their time congratulating us instead, and made sure we were taken care of with all of the details. The ladies were also very invested in our adoption journey, and made it a point to ask us about it each time they saw us. It’s rare to find personal touches like that anymore, and it’s rare to walk in and be greeted by your name. Great place to live.

Limestone Ranch is a great complex to make home! Its been my home for almost 2 years. Management has defiantly helped enforce the rules in a very polite way to keep everything quiet, clean and working properly. There are also events held to bring the people of the complex together if they want to get to know each other. Ebony always goes above and beyond to keep my home feeling like home! Thank you Ebony

The staff at Limestone Ranch are phenomenal!!! I have lived at several apartment complexes throughout my life and I have never had a staff more friendly or eager to help! I had only planned on living at these apartments for a year but renewed the lease with a smile on my face. Evony, Shatovia, Stephanie and the maintenance crew are always quick to resolve any issues I have. The best example is from when I first moved in. I work late into the night and was unable to let my dogs use the dog park because it was too dark. I asked the office staff if they could put a light in the park, expecting it would take a month or two, and it was done the next day. I have recommended these apartments to many of my coworkers and friends as they’re an amazing place to live!

If you are looking for not only an apartment, but a place you can feel that you can call home, then Limestone Ranch Apartments is the place for you. The staff, from the front office to maintenance personnel, are the best I have ever had the pleasure in dealing with. Very courteous, friendly, and professional. Words alone does no justice for just how amazing they all are. When it comes to the apartment itself…..wow! I look forward to coming home because of how much I enjoy it here. This is the first time I have ever called an apartment my home. I have lived here for just over a yr, and I love it so much, I’m in no rush to start the hassle of looking for a home to buy. Maybe next yr….maybe.

Moving into Limestone Ranch was one of the best decisions I made when moving here to TX. Sure there are a ton of apartment complexs to move to in Lewisville but none compare to Limestone. What sets Limestone apart from the rest is the front office. I am a firm believer to give credit when credit is due and it most certainly is. Ebony, Shatovia and Stephanie are incredible at their job and even more so as human beings.They dont treat like youre just a number they treat you like a person like family. Theyre always professional, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and most of all caring. I am honored to have met such amazing human beings. Whether you are a potential resident looking for a place or someone at corporate reading this review know that the staff is exceptional, the property is beautiful and I am proud to call Limestone my home. I have lived at Limestone Ranch for close to 3 years. I like that Limestone Ranch is a small community. I feel that a smaller community when things go wrong or you need something done does not take long at all for someone to get back with you to fix the issue you may have. Ebony, Shatovia and staff have always been very very helpful in anything I have had an issue with or questions I may have. They treat you like family. I would recommend Limestone Range to anyone looking to move here.

Limestone Ranch has been more thanI expected as a former homeowner not having lived in an apt for many years. It feels like home for these 6 mos. The welcome from the staff and presentation at my arrival with helpful gifts for my apt blew me away! The staff, especially Ebony, Stephanie and Bridget always communicate with care, a smile & sincere hospitality. When the freezing temps broke a pipe, they took immediate action and repaired it fast. They are vigilant in keeping this community a lovely, quiet, safe and cared for place to live. I am grateful and blessed to be here.

Great location! Amazing office staff, the maintenance team are very professional.. there are two new guys who are also very nice.. I saw one of them with long hair sweeping the breezeway and replacing the light bulbs. Ebony Has been here for a while and she is always available when needed.. Shatovia and Stephanie are always willing to help with a smile. This is apartment living so there will always be some issue but the Limestome team is always on top of it!

We have lived here for going on 2 years now and we LOVE it. Maintenance is always speedy, amenities are great and Lauren in the office always makes us feel at home and taken care of. Shes been the asst. manager since we moved in and I hope she never leaves! Highly recommend if youre looking for an affordable, spacious and clean environment in Lewisville!

Thank u to the staff at limestone for the stellar service! The new company is amazing. Any issues ive had are always responded with a timely matter. And they always call ahead to see if they can come in to my unit etc. i just appreciate the dedication. Its hard to find dedicated lease offices now a days. Limestone however tops it off!

I really like this apartment complex. The admin staff are very nice and helpful. Maintenance is quick. I like my unit. I’ve stayed here for a year but moved so my kids can go to a better school district. Otherwise, I would’ve stayed here for a while

I love living at Limestone Ranch!!! Maureen and Lauren are the most helpful and fair people I’ve ever had the pleasure of living with! All the resident events make me feel more like a community. I know my neighbors and the office staff makes it this way. I love the maintenance Charlie and Parker are so knowledgeable and friendly. I mean it’s honestly the absolute BEST place I’ve EVER lived and I’ve had terrible experiences at so many. I would recommend these apartment homes — under this management staff to anyone that is looking for luxury living at an affordable rate!!!!!

Definitely a great place to stay! Apartment is nice, lots of convenient shopping, and amazing staff! Only drawbacks are Wifi, somewhat awkward layouts, and some initial cleaning issues before moving in. WiFi seems to be limited to either Verizon or AT&T for roughly 50mbps; I liked Spectrum, but they’ve got an issue for servicing here. Layout is awkward in a 1x1, but it’s honestly doable. Cleaning issues included finding nails/metal twist ties in the carpet, uncleaned carpet, lint build-up in the dryer pipe (found what I can only describe as a literal blanket of it). I can attest that a friend in a different building experienced similar issues. However, my issues were resolved with no fuss by the staff! Stephanie, Ebony, and Bridget are AMAZING!

Love it here! Lauren the Assistant Manager is great - she’s super friendly & was who gave us the official tour. The community is gated which was important to us & has a very nice staff, one of the maintenance members were in the office when we came & he was super nice too. I can’t wait to move in - thank you for making the move process a lot easier! We can’t wait to move in!!!

The neighborhood in my complex is awesome with many shopping choices. The complex is a lovely clean, quite place to live with a SUPER AWESOME MANAGER and maintenance staff that are always quick to respond to issues and help with even the smallest issue. The grounds and facility are always kept clean which is especially awesome with a dog friendly complex and gorgeous private canal to walk in the back. I love this place and highly recommend it to anyone who ask.

I want to express my gratefulness to Limestone Ranch Maintenance staff . Every time I ve sent a work order, all work has been done promptly & completed. I came in late one night and noticed one of the cement stairs had broken . I felt that this was an emergency as somebody could get hurt so I called the maintenance line at almost 11 pm . James Parker showed up in a matter of minutes and proceeded to change the entire step !! Very impressed with his assessment and wise judgment . I also want to recognize the office staff Maureen & Lauren have always been so helpful, welcoming & have made my apartment living experience delightful.

I have been here for 1 year and now going on my 2nd year. I love the staff. The cleanliness of the apartment and upgrades. Maintenance comes on time in a short time frame. There is a Canal view and walkway connected as well! I enjoy my time being here and I havent heard or seen any incidents.

This community is extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful. The pool is always clean, and I know most people cant say that about their apartments. It offers amenities that most communities do not. The office staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. It could not be better located. I can hop on a train down the road to go to Dallas so I dont have to drive. There are shops and restaurants located just down the road. JUST WONDERFUL!!!!!

Beautiful property, with a nice trail and water way on the backside. As I walked into the office I was overcome by the smell of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and greeted with a warm and welcoming smile by the leasing consultant Leaha. This will for sure be my new home once a two bedroom opens up. The one bedrooms are nice just need more space. Would recommend giving this place a look if your apartment shopping. Thanks Leaha.

I want to take this time to thank my apt staff at limestone ranch in Lewisville, TX. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 I mindlessly cleaned out my car and accidentally threw out my keys in the process; because I didn’t lock my doors, I came inside to relax and when I needed to leave, I couldn’t find my keys. I knew where they were instantly (dumpster). I walked to the front and Charlie took the time to jump in and dig around until we found it. I don’t know many people that would do that for me. Thank you again, you guys are the best staff I’ve ever encountered. Ps. I was gonna jump in but he beat me to it, literally a saint though 👼🏼
