Ive been living here since 2017. Darlene and Thomas from the office and maintenance have been here the entire time I have and they are what make these apartments feel like home! Any time I have an issue theyre both always so helpful. Ive had 2 major medical scares, and the staff helped so much. My grandfather has worked with Amanda, Darlene & I think another named Jack? (Fuzzy memory lately) and has nothing but praise for their efforts with helping during those times.They make sure the complex always looks its best, anything with resigning my lease or regarding billing has been a breeze, and maintenance responds so quick to work orders. I dont see myself moving any time soon. The rent here is also so much better than other places Ive seen, and the units are just so beautiful, with a cozy home atmosphere! Love legacy apartments. Thanks for everything ❤️

Darlene,Thomas & Elizabeth have been amazing! Work orders get completed immediately. Love living here. I love the pools and gym. Beautiful location very peaceful and the community is friendly.

My wife and I really enjoy it here! We have met some neighbors and look forward to utilizing some of the amenities this summer like the pool and grill. Our patio backs up to the playground and even though the kids are loud after school, you cant really hear them when the sliding door is closed! The neighborhood is safe and there are plenty of close by restaurants/stores!

Older complex, reasonable rent and management and maintenance team are great. Pet friendly (small but fenced-out park on cite), two pools, playground, tennis court and gym conveniently placed and well maintained.

While apartment hunting, I looked at a lot of places but kept coming back to Legacy. Its not the newest or fanciest, the apartment buildings dont look look like boxes stacked in a parking lot. Its also nice that none of the patios/balconies face the road or parking lot.Amanda in the office has been great from my first visit, and since moving in, any maintanance issues have been addressed quickly. The apartment was clean and everything seems in good repair. (My neighbors seem nice, and have lived here a while, but thats kind of luck of the draw.)

This was the first community my wife and I lived after we got married. The apartments are a little older, but are in great shape! We loved living here, thought there were problems with some neighbors, water was high (around $80) for a 1bedroom 1 bath. Its located around many stores so most the stores we used were within 5-10 mile radius. Overall, we enjoyed living here and we would probably live here again!

I lived at this communtiy years ago and when I thought we were moving back to Plano, I checked them out. I love the lack of it being a cookie cutter community and a more homelike, intimate feel. During the process of shopping from the state of Georgia, I encountered some of the absolute best customer service with the staff at Legacy! I was primarily helped by Julia yet because I had so many questions while filling out the application, I spoke with Darleen the manager, Sam and I believe the other agent was Amanda. Every single one of them gave stellar service along with a huge dose of care and concern...all with tons of patience! Although I had to put our move on hold indefinitely, if we get to move back to Plano, I am hoping it will be here! That kind of customer service is hard to find nowadays and if its in the office, its bound to carry over into the entire community. All places have issues. It is how they are handled which makes the difference. First class service here in my opinion!!

Today, I came to visit the Legacy Apartments and was helped by Amanda, she is the assistant manager and she was such a pleasure to speak with. She gave me a tour and was very professional throughout the whole experience! I thought the apartments were very cozy like, and I enjoyed seeing and hearing about what this community had to offer. My family and I moved here 3 months ago and have been very happy. Each member of the staff has been friendly and helpful. Our a/c wasn’t cooling our apartment and after one attempt to repair it they installed a new one. We have good neighbors, enjoy the dog park, pool and playground. It has been a good summer here and we plan to make it our home until we are ready to buy a house

Living at Legacy Apartments has been so great. Deanne the Office manager has been so helpful with keeping everything updated and directing her staff. Lauren is super great in working with tenants on a professional and personal level and, Henry has been so friendly and caring as he shows new tenants their forever home. I also want to make sure our maintenance crew on site is also noticed by their hard work in keeping the property clean and fixing anything that needs fixing.Over all thank you for making my home a safe and awesome place to live.I Will refer Legacy Apartments to anyone that is in need for a home.Sending Smiles from a happy resident,TM

I am a new resident. So far everythings been wonderful including the management who are willing to accommodate. The first morning I lived here I was making a smoothie and realize the ice maker was not on. Although this is unusual for me to call the office about the ice since I didnt turn on the ice maker I asked if there was ice in the office to borrow. Henry said of course there is and he said there would be no problem giving me some ice. The apartment is clean updated and comfortable. I am looking forward to staying here quite a while

This is the only apartment complex that I have lived at that I havent had an issue with. Ive lived in five different apartment homes in my 20s, and every one of them except for this one charged me for something after I moved that was just uncalled for. Ive always left my apartments cleaner than what they were when I moved in, but the others always found something to charge for. However, my husband (who lived there also but in a different building than me before we married) had an issue with them. He signed a 6 month lease (when his year contract was up) and was charged about $150 to $200 more than what his rent was originally. This is also when apartments in our area were rising in price though, so I dont know if I can blame them, but it really sucked. When we lived there, there was a blonde lady named Emily and there was also an older lady that worked there... we liked Emily alot, but the older lady was kinda rude. I normally would just wait for Emily to be in the office if I needed something.... just a tip. Also, when I lived there, there was no lighting or fan in the living room... cmon people, this is Texas!! 🥵

I’m not a resident, but I had the pleasure of dealing with Darlene, (property manager) and I can assure you that if you lease an apartment at Legacy, you will be take care of, it’s very refreshing to find people that are professional on day to day basis.

I lived here for almost 2 years. I had a good experience living here and I would recommend this place to someone. My only reason for not giving a 5 star review is they dont give enough notice before entering your apartment for maintenance issues. Example: Leaving notice on your door after 5pm the day before they want to enter after the office is already closed.

I have had nothing but problems from day one from resident next to me and I am on the verge of being removed from property because of this. How does this one person have the ability to bicker to another resident and those two residence complain over and over again and it matter so much so that me and my son could be homeless. They should require proof. I can not say a negative thing about the business side and the transition because it was smooth and wonderful. The property is well kept minus the dryers not drying very well but they are older and just need maintenance. The staff is friendly and the fact that they stay on the tenants about upkeeping it is actually a great thing. Two patio Inspections in less than one month might be a bit much but the fact that they have shown effort and care on keeping the property upkept is an a plus in my books. The rest I give it to God and ask that he work on my neighnors heart and take judgment from her mind and heart so that she also can have a joy filled life and help others see the grace of God that she speaks of shine through her face and Im her actions and not just off her tongue. Thank you all for your time and hopefully you give this property a chance because it is a great property and Im picky ;)I9

The office staff is pleasant and easy to speak with. The maintenance guys are good. Some of the residents have children that are not disciplined and will make a mess of the tennis courts. But all in all a pleasant community

I find Legacy Management very proactive and addressing genuine concerns. Frontier (Internet Service Provider) messed up, so no internet connection. Am in IT Space and without highspeed Internet, my work is impacted. Legacy Management (Amanda & her manager) went out of way by esclating with frontier and got things done. Really Appreciate that.

Comfortable place to live, quiet. I would make suggestions to make the property better and safer. They should have lighting in the parking lots and around the apartments, most of them have old dull yellow lights that do not illuminate, they should keep the lawns clean, and maintain more security around them. Otherwise the life is quiet, the office is very friendly and efficient, the apartments are as shown, you cant hear anything, everything is quiet. I suggest improving the lighting.
