I will admit I have had issues in the past at this property. However (and thats a big HOWEVER), the new property management and staff are making alot of big changes. What Im sure is through blood, sweat and tears as the previous management was extremely neglectful and I have no doubt they had their work cut out for them. I recently transferred units (same building, just different unit) as I was looking for something smaller. The transfer was seemless and easy. Rick did a fantastic job and was so responsive. Every time I call they answer the phone now (whereas old management literally never answered the phone). Rick is very hands on with the property and is always coming and going. Every time he comes to the property he checks in on me and says hi to my cat Tomato. Im thrilled with how the staff has been on top of things lately. Thank you everyone!!

I have lived at 5400 Live Oak for three years now and I absolutely love it here. My pool is amazing and summer time is great. I love my neighbors and my manager Kelly, shes the best. Power Properties has a 24/7 emergency contact number incase of emergency water leaks, toilet back ups, ect... My apartment is two bedroom, one bath, I have hardwood floors and marble counter tops. The landscape is incredible. Palm trees surround the pool area and we also have a hot tub which is very relaxing on a cool day. Our parking lot is covered, never know whats gunna happen with this crazy Texas weather so thats a plus. So far, I have enjoyed my stay with Power Properties.

I am an Uber Eats driver and I have say that all the customers that live there seem to be the happiest people! Ive been there about 15 times and its always a great experience and these customers are also the best tippers! And the pet friendly thing is just AWESOME!!!
