Being from outside contractors, it is a very rare experience when you encounter a manager whom is very respectful and professional. It was a breath of fresh air encounter such a nice young man like Dayton, he was very helpful and always had a smile. He didn’t hesitate to help and even offered coffee and water to me and my team. I wish we had more people like him in this world. -

I love this property, its so nice and Jason was a pleasure to deal with and he is so funny. He had me laugh the entire time. He keeps the property looking great and I have heard from many residents that he is the Best!Randy the maintenance is pleasant and easy to deal with. Great Property to call home. -

Jason is absolutely amazing. He gets things done. He’s very communicative, while being professional and polite.I am so happy to be living here at Lakeside. Everything is kept so nice, repairs made promptly. Randy, the maintenance man, is ver helpful with a great attitude and skill.I couldn’t ask for anything better. -
