    Great job done! Have lived in the community over 10yrs now, enjoyed every bit of it until two yrs ago, maintenance has been very inefficient, would turn up after 2 weeks of request or just dont show up unless its for emergency cases. Today, I noticed a great improvement on that, been wondering whether to renew my lease or not, but todays maintenance timely perfect work encouraged me to give it another chance.. Thanks so much for the improvement.

    We moved to Dallas from West Texas. Apartment hunting was very daunting up here. The moment we walked into the office, Bobbi greeted us with a smile and made us immediately feel at home. During our tour, she answered all of our questions and put us at ease about our search. We immediately knew we found our home, and that was a huge relief. Bobbi was the first apartment manager that I have ever had that worked so hard for us. She is an amazing asset to Hunters Hill.

    So I lived in a vacant unit due to homelessness (door was open, didnt break into it). In the beginning we would enter the unit around 6pm when maintenance and staff go home for the day and we would leave around 7 am when maintenance usually arrives to pick up trash around the property.Long story short....we got too comfortable and started staying in instead of leaving and the inevitable happened and we were caught inside the unit. They were pretty pissed off, but ultimately they did not involve the police and they didnt give us too hard of a time. They could have been really mean, but they gave us enough time to get our things out and we are grateful for how they handled it.They have an ample number of maintenance workers and the property was well kept overall and it was relatively quiet during our stay.Thank you too all the staff & maintenance.I dont think you will ever forget us.

    Hunters hill is a great place to live. Quiet and well maintained. We’ve lived there from 2014 to 2020 and had to leave to help with health of a parent. Now in 2024 we’ve moved back. It’s like coming home. Devin and Rachel really are the best. Answering my emails even if I’m overly needy. Always helping me each step of the way. I’m not in the exact unit as I was before but I’ve upgraded to the two bedroom one bath, and couldn’t be happier. It’s a great place to call home.

    Ive lived in many apartments over the years, and this complex stands out with the best management Ive ever experienced. Devon and Rachel are truly amazing at what they do—thank you both for being so awesome!The location is truly unmatched—being so close to Plano, The Colony, and Addison means Im never far from some of the best bars and restaurants in DFW.As someone who works from home, having a dedicated office space is crucial. The floor plan with the sunroom is perfect for me, and I absolutely love my office set up.

    Hunterhills apartments....I moved out 1st of May 2024. Lived there 5 & 1/2 yrs. When I say good vibes it was with afew situations which was handled. Hats off to the office team Devin & Rachel. Which whom I also went to certainly the best. Honestly I can say I miss my place. It was just time for a upgrade. I forever thankful for the yrs there. I would recommend anyone for a start up apt this is it. Late post but it was on my heart to do this review today!!!

    Nice Apartment with all the amenities around.Manager Devin and his team members Rachel and Bobby are super helpful. We ran into a difficult situation during our move in and Devin with his team made sure it was solved with no stones unturned.Five stars to Devin and his team for having proactive management skills.

    I have had many good experiences while living at Hunters Hill. I can say that, for the most part, I have been treated well by almost all of their employees. If it were not for privacy I would give special shout-outs by name. The corporate staff has been helpful and so has the leasing office staff. Recently, the only leasing agent who was available when I visited did a favor for me to help with a problem that was ongoing and I appreciated that. I have to give a shout-out to the maintenance staff too. Were happy when the work gets done, but going the extra mile is the best!Kudos Hunters Hill! :-)

    I moved in at the end of March and have been here about two weeks now. Rachel and Devin at the office have been nothing short of amazing helping me navigate the move-in process and answering all one million of my questions prior to move in. I submitted maintenance requests about a week after I moved in and the problems were taken care of within a day or 2. The complex itself is extremely quiet, it should be noted that the apartment complex is in close proximity to the airport and while you can hear planes fly over if you’re outside I never ever hear them when I’m inside. I am extremely picky when it comes to looking for apartments and it took me a couple weeks to find Hunters Hill but I’m glad that I put the time in because this may be one of the first times I renew my lease once it’s up.

    Both Rachel and Devon were great to work with. They were very professional and made the leasing process seamless and simple. The apartment complex itself is very quiet and well-maintained. Bonus, they are refreshing all the exteriors and the maintenance staff responds quickly to work orders. Cant go wrong all around, AND they are very reasonably priced.

    I’ve been living here in these apartments for about 2 years now and my experience have been nothing but great!! The property is always beautifully maintained and have a nice neighborhood feel which I love. The maintenance team are always very quick to come and fix any maintenance issues or any other problems and if you’re looking to move in I highly recommend!! The units are spacious and very affordable! Rachel and Devin are always so sweet and helpful, as well as the rest of the office staff! You should look into making Hunter’s Hills Apartments your new home !

    I really love these apartments, My family of 4 has lived here since August 2021. We LOVE our apartment and the amenities that are included! Our neighbors are great and the management team is AMAZING! Any issues I’ve had have been handled immediately by maintenance, and they’re so respectful! I appreciate the hard work of our front office staff! Specifically Rachel. :)

    I am a tenant in HuntersHill Apartments. Before we signed a lease here Rachel was awesome, very informative, helpful and very nice. In the last several months I would like to give DaRelle kudos. I had heard a couple other tenants speak highly of him and I see why. He has been so cooperative and extremely nice and professional. My work orders and concerns have been addressed in a very timely manner. Great checking up and on the residents. Greatly appreciated. Bldg 8 apt# 813

    I moved in Feb of this year 2023. I have made 3 work orders for AC not getting cold or shutting off. No screen for the patio. Electric outlets have shortage problems. Office staff not friendly. I will not be renewing my lease. This will be the longest year in my lifetime. I cant stand to be hot. I use my AC yearly due to allergies and other health issues. Im so disappointed. I may have to take legal action to be released from this lease if the AC unit is not fixed ASAP.I would like to make an update to my review. I have received a brand new AC unit today. (06-19-23) The apartment Manager Devin has reached out to me to make sure everything was taken care of. I have not had any security problems or rodent problems. Im so glad my issues were resolved because I hate moving. This area is beautiful. Five stars for Devin. I will not be moving.

    I have been living in hunters hill for over 6 years. Rachel and Devon of the office staff are friendly and very assertive. Rachel is always open to helping and has a positive attitude daily. When I put in a work order it is completed in a timely manner. Maintenance staff communicates to inform what is wrong and what they are doing to fix the problem. Maintenance also maintains the property very well. The office staff really makes this community feel like a home.

    This is these best to live and I acted up in a bad way and need to move to a new unit and thanks to Devin and Rachel they forgave me and let me sign a new lease.     I really love these apartments not only do they take great care of the apartments, but also they do excellent work on the grounds and the landscaping. They have a wonderful office staff (thank you Devin, the office manager and Rachel you both have been the best landlords who are really concerned about their residence. They also have acaring maintenance crew that really and truly works hard to do their best to get the job done and are also very friendly. They do everything within their powers to respond to all of your needs. They keep their pools clean and take care of all of the amenities. (Thank you Mike, Patrick,and Dustin).     I moved in to Hunters Hill 1 week ago and thus far my experience has been nothing less than stellar. From the time I viewed the property to the day I was given my keys. The Leasing Specialist, Taylor was informative, understanding and eager to assist me. My apartment was clean and in order when I walked in for the first time. The minor move in maintenance requests were handled expeditiously. My apartment is spacious and the location is superb and the price is comfortable!For those of you considering this community you will not be disappointed. I just moved from one of those fancy style properties and let me tell you something, customer service was the last thing I received. They were always snotty but here my experience has been very good.

    I moved in approximately 6 months ago. The move-in process was quick and simple. The leasing staff are extremely knowledgable, efficient, and professional. The community offers 2 pools with grills (which is a huge plus)! Hunters Hill is in a very convenient area. I look forward to extending my lease!

    Iv been here for going on 3yrs and I don’t plan on moving anytime soon.the staff are wonderful people just to mention to you, Devon, Rachel are very nice people and anytime I had a problem I sure could always count on Devon and definitely Rachel.     I honestly have nothing bad to say. Im generally a tenant that hardly complains or is noticed. I like it that way. The location is good for me because it is close to my job and central to a lot of businesses. I also like the area as a whole. My biggest fear is having to move because its getting too expensive for me. The world is getting expensive and its unfortunate that we have to endure these issues. Other than that, its a descent property.

    Update 4/15/2020I am pleased to report how fast and efficient my concerns regarding my move in process has been handled. Devin the Apt Manager reached out to me immediately about my issues with my unit. Im pleased with the sincerity and empathy they had in fixing this matter right away. They acted very swiftly in fixing my request and went the extra mile and sent cleaning crew to clean my unit and pest control to spray my unit. I want to thank you all for your professionalism and assistance in correcting my concerns. I would recommend you guys because I know you strive to make sure your tenants are comfortable and happy with their move in process. Thank you for following up with action so swiftly.

    My family and I very much appreciate the staff to include the office personnel and maintenance. We have been here now going on 3yrs and I can’t complain. My neighbors are nice and cordial. I love as I walk my dogs the staff always 👋 and know each other by name. They even know my dogs names. Highly recommend to come in take a look.

    We signed a renewal lease this past June. The apartment complex is older, but very well maintained. I think a new tenants UHaul hit the covered parking and damaged it but management had it repaired within weeks. There are mature trees and nice landscaping. Love the pools and hot tub! The exercise room needs updated equipment. Management is very aware of any tenants who are not following the trash or pet guidelines and takes swift action. Being a gated community provides some added security. My only complaint would be that some of my neighbors do not walk their pets enough and I can hear their pets barking non-stop whenever they leave the premises. I only mention that to bring awareness to any tenants who may happen upon this review. If you do not play with your dog and spend quality time outdoors with them, your dog will be a nuisance to your neighbors whenever you are out having fun without them. At least think of hiring someone to play with your pet if you are not willing to do it yourself.

    I lived here for more than 3 years. In that time I never had issues with insects or other pests, I never had issues with noise, and I never had any issues with the office. On the rare occasion I had a problem with my unit, they were very swift to fix my issue. Management always remembered me and my unit number, even though I didnt come around the office much at all. Living where I am now, I deeply miss my apartment in Hunters Hill. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in the area.

    Theres a lot I can say about Hunters Hill the apartments are very clean keep very quiet and your neighbors are friendly and dont mind speaking and welcoming you to the neighborhood. But let tell you about the manager Taylor she is one of a kind very Kind hearted very professional she took care of us from start to finish and even checked on us to make sure we was happy and if we needed anything.     I lived here for three years. The covered parking was convenient, the place was quite during the work week, there was a gym, two swimming pools (one of which was nice), and a hot tub. My neighbors varied in between friendly and decent. Most importantly, everything got fixed on the same it was reported. Five stars, would still live there if I hadnt had to relocate for work.

    Truthfulness. The complex is cool but its really the staff that I wanted to commend. They have always been super responsive to anything Ive needed. When covid started even before the government mandates they were already working to help tenants while a lot of my friends were worried about eviction. They sent me links with programs that helped me with rental assistance and Jacqueline was great with communication. During times like this is when staff matters and I def love the staff here. We havent had many encounters but my lease is ending and I wanted to give credit where it was due. ❤️🙏🏽 #Thanks guys #GodSendA happy tenant(Kourtney)

    Attended a Crime Prevention meeting the other night and was very glad to hear that the apartment complex I live in the crime rate is very low. Officer Brown that led the meeting was very thorough on giving us suggestions on what not to do and what to look for especially with the holidays around the corner. I was very satisfied with what all I learned and have passed the information on to family and friends. I am also glad that our management gets involved with all of the tenants.

    Hunters Hill apartments has been nothing but wonderful!!! The office staff is exceptional!! Moving to this complex from Wilsons Crossing has been nothing but a blessing. Wilsons Crossing should really consider cleaning house with the exception of the manager, and replacing staff with friendly, more knowledgeable, pleasant, problem-solving, accurate, and nice people.

    Edit: 8/7 with in 3 weeks I noticed the complex has fixed the flag off frankford. As well they either washed the flags or installed new flags. Thank you guys. Rating changed to 5 stars as promised.July:I live across the street. The flags have been stuck in your trees for over half a year. Fine, but your other American flag on frankford is held on my one strand. If your going to install a flag pole and fly an American flag do it right or remove them.I will change to 5 stars if resolved. I just called the office.
