    The apartment complex is in a well kept and very quiet community. It’s located extremely close to shopping areas, grocery stores and very nice restaurants. The apartments have a beautiful and very spacious floor plan. The manager and staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating to the needs of their tenants. They quickly respond to the tenants phone calls and try their very best to resolve issues very quickly.

    I have lived in this complex for over 2 years now and I have to say that the staff and the maintenance are exceptional.I have very little issues with my apartment and what I do if I send in a request its done the same day,I make sure that I thank the staff for the work that they do.     I was hesitant to move here because of the negative reviews but Im glad I did. The move-in process was somewhat quick(lots to fill out) but easy. The staff is amazing! They are all super friendly, helpful, warm and inviting. Maintenance request get done quick. No roaches in my apartment, everything was clean and ready for move in. Minor wear and tear as to be expected but the neighborhood is kept up very nice, no trash on the ground, no stray cats or raccoon gangs. This really is a great place to live and its near everything.

    I had the pleasure of staying in the guest suite at the Grand Venetian for a few days to view the solar eclipse and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The complex is conveniently located with access to all that Irving has to offer and a quick and easy train ride to downtown Dallas. I found some great restaurants in the area, just ask the staff. They were knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. The property is well kept and very clean. The pool area was spotless! And the perfect place for viewing the eclipse. The neighbors came out to join us but quickly returned to their work, as it is a very quiet community. The pool and gym area were never crowded. The guest suite was also spotless and very comfortable. I had a master bedroom and bathroom to myself and I loved having my own kitchen and deck to sit on and enjoy my morning coffee. There is a living room and second bedroom with loads of storage- and a washer and dryer. Additional perks include free WiFi and covered parking spaces. I highly recommend staying there if you’re planning a visit to the Dallas area and I look forward to returning for a longer stay!**edited after reading other reviewsIt sounds like some tenants are upset about clearly delineated rules regarding trash removal and parking. As a guest, I give kudos to the management for prioritizing the cleanliness of the property for everyone. I’ve lived in apartments where folks leave trash everywhere and it snowballs quickly. I never saw an ant or roach during my visit and for that I thank the rule-abiding residents and the staff.

    Val Garcia was exceptional over at Las Colinas Grand Venetian branch. She was extremely helpful providing all the information I needed to move in. She was also very accommodating as I arrived from out of state into my new apartment. Val made the moving process very easy for me. I would 100% recommend her as your leasing when applying to Grand Venetian.

    Surprised at the reviews here. Its a nice place. quite neighborhood, Nice swimming pool. Staff is courteous It place to live compared to lot of other places near Gandhi Memorial Park in Irving. Only drawback is parking. Most of the parking spots are paid. if you arrive after 6.30 PM from office hard to find a parking spot near to your building. Have to buy a parking spot.

    I moved into my apartment a month ago, and my experience has been fantastic! The team here is exceptional—Jesus has been incredibly helpful, ensuring everything was smooth from the start.     June 2018 was my own personal introduction to this apt complex, still here all this time later. The office staff has always been helpful with anything I’ve questioned.Work orders have always been fixed with in 24hrs, the icing on the cake for me was back in 2018. I sat with one lady (Raven) to do various leasing docs, there was another lady at her own desk. Arriving back after things were giving the go ahead the lady that was at her own desk (Pricilla) greeted me by saying my name accurately.It’s the little things for me that lock in good people, even though I worked directly with another she still knew me upon entry. Having the name Datreon it’s never said correctly & she did such, even though she left the property & came back she remembered me & my unit#.I’m six years in on my lease & honestly don’t see moving anytime soon unless to a bigger unit. Grand Venetian is in an ideal spot for me as the hwy is maybe 30secs away & tons of places to grab a bite. It’s also not far from a walking trail that circles 3 different ponds.Their gym has all the equipment needed (machine & free weights) treadmills, bikes, ellipticals to get the job done. The pool area is massive & with both of them being right by my bldg. both are easily accessible.

    Valeria (Val) was super helpful in showing the apartment as well as answering all our questions. Her enthusiasm was one of the reasons to move into the Grand Venetian community. The other was how simple and easy it was to apply and interact to have applications filled and approved.They have a very good maintenance team and are very responsive if you fill out any requests.

    I genuinely cant express enough how wonderful it is to live here! My apartment is an absolute gem, meticulously maintained and a true haven for me. The new maintenance staff has been incredibly responsive, addressing any concerns promptly and ensuring theyre resolved properly on the first attempt.The office staff goes above and beyond, always with a friendly and helpful demeanor. The ongoing improvements at the fitness center are promising, and Im eagerly anticipating the finished result. While the only hiccup has been with the gates, the reassurance that a brand-new one is on the horizon, equipped with phone accessibility, has me genuinely thrilled! And I cant say enough how much I appreciate the new managers efforts in getting the property looking and feeling clean and inviting, I was getting tired of seeing the trash in my hallway from my neighbors who cant seem to follow the trash rules.All in all, I am genuinely delighted to call this place home and without a doubt, I am gladly renewing my lease for another 14 months!

    Overall, this is a great apartment complex.I have lived here for over a year now. The front office staff has always been very kind and responsive. The maintenance team has responded to any request within a day or two and have all been very friendly. There are many pet stations throughout the complex, which my pup and I appreciate. The complex stays very clean. The couple times i have seen a cockroach and have put in a request for them to come spray, they have responded quickly and we have not had issues. The only thing i would say is a negative it parking can be an issue. I did not have a paid parking spot the first year. If I arrived home after 7pm, it would be hard to find a spot and usually would not be close to my apartment. I now pay for a garage, so this has solved that issue for me. Also, it would be nice if there was a fenced area for my dog to run around in. Besides that, this has been a great apartment and I have enjoyed my time here.

    Came in for a tour on Saturday, as soon as I entered, Terrio greeted me with the biggest smile and warmest welcome. He was super helpful and super informative. His energy and willingness to help get me into a new home was perfection. Although I didn’t find my home because the amenities and apartments are a bit outdated and pricey, this is still a very beautiful community.

    Ive Been Staying Here Since July 2023. My Biggest Complaint Was Too Many Ppl Parking Here That Dont Belong. I Pay Rent & I Shouldnt Have To Park 4-5 Buildings Away If I Come Home Late.     I have lived at Grand Venetian for over a year now and just resigned my lease. This is a great family oriented community with a great location. Any time I have had a maintenance issue, it has been resolved in a timely manner with great communication. The office staff has followed proper protocols during the pandemic, keeping common areas including the gym and pool clean. The complex overall maintained VERY well. I see maintenance out every weekday picking up any trash and grass and bushes are maintained. The pool is large and you can social distance easily any day of the week. I would say if you’re looking for a great apartment community to call home this is a great place to check out.

    I have been living here for more than 5 years, and so far my experience is great. The management is really helpful. All the maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours. The property is very well maintained. The fitness center is amazing and the pool is also nice (though I have never used it). Though this is a gated community, but I wish the management fixes the problem with the gates soon. This is one item that has not been addressed so far and it is been years we have been requesting them. Given that this is a GREAT nice place to live.

    I had to update my review from one star to four! After I no longer dealt with the previous manager the rest of our stay was pretty good! Maintenance men are great and whomever is in the office now is super respectful and helpful! The apt was treated and I never saw another roach! I didn’t give 5 stars bc of the parking and kids hitting your car playing in the parking lot but overall if you are looking, this is a great place to call home!!

    Have been part of this community around 2 years and i have to say one of the best i love that its very safe and quiet in the evenings that we can take walks around the property.. mostly around lake side, its just very peaceful.The staff is very friendly both office and maintenance, they go out of there way to help in any way they can. My special thanks to Israel (leasing manager). have had a great move-in transfer experience with his help. He is so attentive and kind and went extra mile to help me to finish last minute paper work n all other stuffs! Hes great and we look forward to being residents at Grand Venetian!Once again a very big thank u Israel.

    Ive been living here for more than 3 years I love it here but with the old management I struggled with sending AC and heat repair requests, specifically the AC it get fixed for 2 to 3 weeks then it stops working, but with new management and new maintenance Im very pleased to say Marvin is the best, my AC still working since he fixed it, thank you Marvin, by the way he showed at 11 Pm and did not leave until my AC worked 👍

    Ive lived here almost 3 years and its been great! The management/maintenance have been so helpful and always dealt with any issues promptly. My favorite aspects of my apartment are the open floor plan, plenty of closet space, and the deeper patio that gives me more privacy. The location is excellent, and if you have pets theres no monthly pet rent which is very rare. I highly recommend!

    My husband and I moved here in the fall of 2018. No bug problems at all.10/02/18 - Weve been working with Pacilla in the office and she is really sweet. Move in was easy, our apartment is clean and looks nice. Even though its been raining, the lawns have been maintained. Parking has not yet been an issue, but I am able to get back from work before 5, so maybe parking is worse later on. Will update if we have any issues.10/10/18 - Some packages went missing but that is Amazons fault for saying they were delivered when they were not.11/14/18 - No more packages have gone missing. Every small maintenance request is handled quickly. The breezeways are kept clean, the common areas are kept clean, and we absolutely love our apartment. Our neighbors are quiet and friendly. My one complaint is that I wish they would blast the AC in the gym because when it is hot outside, it is VERY hot in the gym, even with the fans on. The equipment isnt brand new but it works! Parking is definitely an issue if you come in later at night. The times we get in after 8, we end up having to park by the canal - which is fine unless the weather is bad. It doesnt happen often enough where I feel it warrants renting a garage or a parking space, but maybe in time. We had a small party a week or so ago and parking wasnt too much of an issue.I absolutely love living here. Everything is slightly older, but our apartment is pretty big and everything works - so who cares if its an older fridge? Im honestly so pleased I ignored the negative reviews and moved in here. Its close to everything, and it definitely feels like home.09/30/19 - Some of these reviews are just lies. Pacilla has been in the office since I first moved in. Every time I go in the office I see the same KIND AND HELPFUL people that I always do. If you have problems with them, you probably have problems with a lot of people and I assume it is your own attitude that is the issue. Be kind to people and they will always go the extra mile for you. The office staff have all been nothing but wonderful to me. There is NOT a bug problem or snake problem. We had one roach and they sprayed and we never had another issue. We had one snake after the rainy season and it was a harmless, non poisonous snake which we handled ourselves.

    I lived at this property for over 2 years and the experience was a great one, the staff is friendly and very helpful. I thought this property was always kept up very well.. clean pool, landscaping and the fitness center which is one of the best was always maintained. If anything out of the ordinary came up the residents were kept informed. No work order issues and the maintenance staff was very knowledgeable. I had to move due to circumstances out of my control but Id consider moving back for sure if I had to.. Thanks guys!

    I have been living here for a year, they have good management, gym facilities, nice creek to walk along and apartments are placed wide apart. My only concern is with visitor parking, more than often it is harder to find parking when my friends come by. I like the apartments, interiors are well organized, they provide ample shelves for storage and decent facilities to use. There are many places nearby to eat / buy stuff/groceries.

    Ive received brand new apartment when I got in. There were some small issues but the maintenance fixed right away. Maintenance guys are awesome.Leasing office staff are really kind and helpful.On thing I need to add after Ive spotted more than once. They are not responsible to take your mail packages!     We needed a short term apartment and started looking for the different options in Las Colinas. Despite some of the reviews I read here, I told my husband, lets give it a try and let me tell you that it was the best decision WE MADE!! We went to visit multiple complex, new ones and with other amenities but nothing really called my attention. We moved from a fancy and expensive apartment complex and can assure you that I received a better service here. My Leasing Manager, ISRAEL is the best leasing officer that I have interacted with. He is so professional. He responds to any of our questions in a prompt way and with honesty. Also, maintenance responds very quickly. The common areas are very clean. you see them always mowing the yard! The complex is very quiet, secure and good for families. .. again, we dont know what else we can add to compliment this complex. Thank you Israel and Grand Venetian for making our experience unique!!

    Pacilla is Amazing! She is super helpful and always very professionals. It is really delightful to have someone like her in your leasing office! We have been living here over 8 months now and we enjoys the apartment a lot! The maintenance is great! they are very respectful and will always knock before entering your apartment. There isnt a lot of open parking at night but we were told prior to our move-in, I appreciated the honesty from the staff and Pacilla helped us to find a garage very close to our place. thank you for all of your help!

    This is the kind of review that isnt very useful as its about 17 years too late. Ownership has changed hands (it was Oakwood Grand Venetian when we were there), everything is different Im sure. But when my wife and I lived here for a year in the early 2000s it was great -- exactly what apartment life should be like. Had ZERO neighbor issues, the gate was almost always working (heh), and they gave us our full deposit back at the end of our term. We left the apartment as it was when we got it, our rental agent Tyra was very friendly and helpful... I think the only downside I can recall was parking. We didnt spring for dedicated spots so sometimes when coming home from work on a Friday it would be full. But walking distance to Red Hot and Blue! Oh we gave them so much business. Dont think we ever used the amenities like the pool.

    I have lived in the Grand Venetian going on 2 years now and myself as well as my roommates have loved it. The property stays in great shape, as are the pool and fitness center. The staff at the front as well as the maintenance crew have been nothing but helpful and timely in our requests for service. The walls arent the quietest but what do you expect in an apartment. Im looking into staying here for a third year right now. The ONE problem I have is that the apartments get sooooooo hot during the summer.

    The apartment is spacious and the grounds are well kept. I really enjoy the walking path that borders the canal. The staff is friendly and professional when I enter the office to ask questions. They have special events for the whole family to enjoy. We enjoy living here and will recommend it to our friends and family.

    Melissa Vrabel· February 25, 2017It was good meeting Brian, the new manager this evening. I have been living here for almost two years. I want to say that I do enjoy living at Grand Venetian, there are many good things. I enjoy the Cares gatherings and many things about our community. My main concerns is the dog messes that people dont clean up after their dog, and at times there is trash laying around that I dont like seeing. Another concern is by the trash compactor especially on Fridays through Sunday, it gets pretty messy there and is an eyesore over the weekends. We did talk about the drain being blocked, but you said that is being addressed as well as I think the litter on the ground should be taken care of when the porter starts in a couple of weeks. Another thing that I hope is addressed is the gates, we moved in here because it was suppose to be a gated community, but it seems like the entry gates are always opened anymore. I know that it will take time to address all the issues, but from what I have seen in the past month is that you are working hard at making this community better. Thank you for your hard work.

    Updating this from 4 to 5 stars because I am able to see new sign boards being put up under car ports to call them out as reserved parking.__________________________________________I have been having a pleasant time here and the folks at the leasing office have been good. I am not giving 5 stars purely because of the emergency services in terms of handling parking issues.Unfortunately even if I have a car port, it has been twice in the recent days that someone has parked the car in the car port assigned to me. Both the times I have called the emergency number and have been told that the towing van is not available. This is disappointing and needs attention.

    Let me say how awesome grand Venetian is pleasant attitudes all around the facility from the office even to the maintenance department.     On February 25th I had the opportunity to meet Brian Hicks the new property manager. I felt that hes concerned about the many issues residents that live here have. I realize that some issues arent resolved overnight, however the prior manager faced most of the same issues and they werent resolved in the seven months Ive resided here. So while Brian appears to be a personable man, Id like to see what is truly accomplished in a three month time frame and review his accomplishments then. I wish him well as dealing with so many people and concerns isnt an easy job.

    A friend of mine recommended the place and the Leasing Agent Feby. I went for a tour with Feby and she did everything she can to make me feel welcomed. She answered all the questions and concerns I had. Unlike many other place I toured with, she was very kind, respectful and polite. I like where the apartment location is and they also have a great pool area.

    The apartments are very nice, with helpful staff. They do a good job of updating the complex and keeping it clean.Good area to live in too, everything you need is close by.Parking can be a challenge, but reserved spaces are available.

    Management is top notch, very professional, and always attentive. Ive had very few problems since living here, and they were dealt with quickly and without incident. The property is near spotless, and the residents are friendly from my experiences. I recommend living here; Ive had nothing but a positive time here.

    This community is fantastic, of all the properties in Las Colinas, Grand Venetian stands above all. Welcoming management is so refreshing, we are always treated like VIP and love the manager, Caroline. We’ve also been very impressed with quick maintenance service and countless interior features along with great resident amenities. Home is where the heart is and this place has our heart ❤️

    We have staying here since July 2016. We have a great experience, maintenance services are very prompt. Apartment common areas are well maintained. Pools are quite clean. They also do monthly gathering proving movie night, brunch, and pool party.

    I was skeptical of management after seeing the reviews, but the new manager Christa has been wonderful and so nice. I have lived here for less than a year, but I have witnessed a major change in the management and it seems as though they are righting the ship. So far, I have no complaints with my experience here, maintenance is quick to respond, and neighborhood is pleasant.

    I was in this community from 6 years. Great and friendly support office management mainly ISRAEL MUNOZ on leasing issues, payment Gateway problem solving with in minutes and addressing quickly on general COMMUNITY issue. Lot of change from management to address and handle the topics. GREAT WORK TEAM!!!!

    Grand Venetian is good apartment to stay. Location is also good, swimming pool and gym are decently maintained. Good place to stay as it is near many of the offices in Las Colinas. Pacilla and Katherine from the leasing office are extremely helpful.

    I appreciate the professionalism at this community. When there was a concern, the management team accommodated our needs right away. It is conveniently located to major employers in the Irving area, great schools, and easy freeway access for extended commutes. Thank You Grand Venetian for making our stay a pleasurable one!     Wow, this community is beautiful and in the perfect location, the floorplans are great and it’s so cool having a garage!     Its been 2-3 months time since I moved in and I am loving it already. Good management and timely service, especially ms patricia, who is doing a great job. she infact checked the apt before we moved in and handed it over on a perfect condition.     There is a huge change in customer service in recent times. I have experienced very good gesture from Grand Venetian staff. By mistake I have given incorrect/less rental check. But the management being nice waved my penalties.I would like to personally thank M. Romero and the Manager.

I really enjoyed visiting this location of the places I researched in Irving. I ultimately chose to live in another city but could recommend this location based on my visit and experience.

    Had a great experience while visiting Grand Venetian in Las Columns. I love that its located in such a convenient area right in the heart of las colinas where you have easy access to si many restaurants and shopping centers. The complex is gated, something I was looking for, price is affordable especially for the area. A big plus to me is the pool, HUGE pool area and very nice! Oh and the office staff is very friendly and attentive. Just what I was looking for.
