    The maintenance crew here is the best I’ve ever experience with any apartments. They response very quickly and you don’t have to ask twice. They don’t rush through their work and are very honest. I love the consistency and their work is amazing!

    TheMaintainance team has been doing a great job addressing issues and the upkeep especially James. He is very professional and pays good attention to details.     The staff Brandy manager Alma leasing and Joanna assistant manager did a perfect job helping me get my new apartment. I received my unit perfect and everything brand new I loved it. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I transferred from another unit and have been here 7 years and I definitely recommend other people for this apartment because everything is close in the area. It’s quiet for the family.Khalif ,James, Avery those guys are great maintenance employees I saw them always they keep the ground clean that every morning and helpfull for all people

    I moved here 9 months ago and the staff in the front office were so accommodating to my situation moving here and were really able to work with me and have been working with me every since. I am so grateful they take the time to help me when I need it that is really made it feel like home.

    I have seen James and Khalif cleaning out the garbage area throughout the night and this really doing above and beyond to keep our neighborhood clean. Thanks for making it easy for me to throw my trash into the dumpster.

    I have been a resident here for almost 4 years now. I havent had too many issues. The maintenance team are great and are always on top of the orders as long as they are reported by the assistants in the office. Ms. Philly us awesome. She went above and beyond to assist me with a lease issue. I greatly appreciate her for it!! I miss Mrs. Hope, but Ms. Philly has been great so far!!

    I like to call this place home. I have been living here for one year plus. And honestly no complains on maintenance or anything for office. They always try to help us out as much possible. The only complain i have is the heating and cooling system. Its like its controlled by city or sth.I dont quite really know. so can only switch to heat and cool twice a year round. So during the season change its quite uncomfy. But all bills paid, very nice customer service at the office and quick maintenance response and everything makes it a better place than compared to many other apartments in Irving. And honestly i have lived in many apartments before this place.

    **UPDATE: Problem fixed. I haven’t seen them since pest control came to spray almost a year ago. I can honestly give them 4 stars. I’m satisfied and like my apartment**Hugespiders in my apartment/building! I’ve seen them outside near my breezeway entrance. Mine and my neighbors doors/outside lights,rails, stairs are always covered in webs! I’ve been here over a year. Pest control is no good they never come no matter how many times you call the office and request it .. I have a 5 year old so this is concerning. She was bit by a small black spider when I first moved in, in her room. I killed it now these bad boys won’t stop popping up. I’ve seen this same type of spider 6x since I’ve been here. I’ve caught it on camera twice on 2 different occasions. I want to keep a record of these huge spiders just in case my baby girl gets bit. I’m constantly cleaning and mopping so I can find where they’re coming from. There’s probably a crack somewhere. I have dark brown floors so that makes it even more scary.I don’t have roaches but these spiders keep popping up

    I have lived in this apartment since 2006 and i still love the apartment,the receptionists,maintainance guys and the manager are owesome...i like the neighborhood and the place is always clean.They fix your problem as quick as possible and they are always reliable.I advice anyone who is looking for a place to live should come to garden park apartment and feel at home.

    Such an amazing staff Elvia and Sandra are both kind and welcoming ladies , Elvia is very helpful, and knows what she’s doing . Never had an issue with anything , Randy is also such an AWESOME manager always their for his residence !!

    It is not desirable to receive a report from one tenant and warn another innocent tenant. It is not too late to check who did something wrong or not and give a warning.

    I love my apartment here at garden park. Ive been here 4 years now and Im not looking to move anywhere any time soon. At first I was worried by the apartments being lower income and all bills paid, but its one of the best all bills paid apts Ive ever lived in. After losing a great apartment mgr Mrs. Hope, I didnt think we would find anyone who could do as great of a job, but Im most pleased with Ms. Philly and our maintenance team do a great job under Mr. Nate as well. He has a friendly personality and has really good work ethics. I love my apts and take pride in my community

    From the 1st day that I walked into the leasing office I was welcomed well . Mrs Hope and maria answered all the questions I had and made me feel like part of the community and from then to the time I signed my lease it has been nothing but joy dealing with this two wonderful ladies . I will recommend anyone who need a friendly environment to come in and have a talk with them and you will feel at home

    Awesome Maintenance team. Our AC went out over the weekend the maintenance team came swiftly and put a temporary fix till today and then Nathen came with his team and fixed ASAP.     I just want to say that I have never felt more welcome in apartments like this one. The ladies in the office Joanna and Alma were both very friendly and explained everything to me very well. Even the manager came out to greet me, she is very kind and cordial. The truth is that not everyone takes their time with someone to explain to us and they did take it with me. I am very grateful for all their help. Thank you very much girls.
