We like this apartments they are great. But lately maintance is not what it used to be. Everything was great when Mr. Hector was here. Now Im worried about putting a maintance request unless Mr. Hector is at the property.

I have had the utmost pleasure of calling this apartment complex my home for the past four years, and it has truly been an exceptional experience. From the moment I moved in, I knew I had made the right choice. Allow me to share why I believe this place deserves a glowing, 5-star review!First and foremost, the amenities offered here are outstanding. The highlight, without a doubt, is the fabulous nine-foot pool. Its always impeccably maintained, and during those hot summer days, I found it to be an oasis of relaxation and refreshment. The pool area is beautifully designed and creates an inviting atmosphere for residents to unwind and enjoy their time outdoors.Furthermore, the staff members have been nothing short of amazing. From the friendly faces at the front desk to the maintenance team, everyone is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction. They have been prompt in addressing any concerns or issues that have arisen during my stay, making me feel valued and respected as a resident.One aspect that sets this apartment complex apart from others is the outstanding management team. I cannot praise them enough for their professionalism and dedication to creating a comfortable living environment for all residents. Theyve exhibited excellent communication skills, always being approachable and responsive to inquiries or requests. I genuinely appreciate their efforts in fostering a sense of community and organizing fantastic social events that allowed residents to connect and get to know one another.Lastly, I must mention the maintenance team. From minor repairs to routine maintenance tasks, they have always been efficient and prompt with their services. Whenever I needed assistance, they were readily available, ensuring that everything within my apartment was in excellent condition.In conclusion, I cannot speak highly enough of my experience living in these apartments for the past four years. The nine-foot pool, friendly staff, and exceptional management have contributed to an exceptional living environment. The unwavering commitment to resident satisfaction and the sense of community create a truly wonderful place to call home. I wholeheartedly give this apartment complex a well-deserved 5-star rating.

Love these apartments , they are very affordable and never had any issues with them , they will keep you updated if anything is going on with the building . Great environment . Highly recommend. Management is great . Office manager is a lovely lady always great .

I have been living here going on 3 years, and love it. The people in the office are friendly, and always helpful. The maintenance has always been very good, they come the day you call, and take care of any issues quickly. I love my view, right next to the pool, it is kept spotless, because rain, sleet, or shine they clean it everyday. If I could give more stars, I would...my daughter and I really love it here.

My daughter and I absolutely love it here, the new management team is awesome. The maintenance is always quick to show up and fix any problems. We have been here for awhile, and will probably stay for a few more because we love it here!!

Best apartments in Garland, maintenance always keeps the grounds clean and answer your calls when you need them. The apartments are very spacious and clean and the neighborhood is pretty quiet I love it here and planning to stay here for some years!!! Corey the maintenance person is always there to fix what you need can always depend on him.

My daughter and I have lived here for probably 3 or 4 years now and we absolutely love it here. The staff is very friendly, the maintenance guys always come as soon as we put in an order for anything at all, the grounds are kept up beautifully, always. We have no complaints, at all.

I love forest glen! I’ve been living here 4 years with my husband Nd 3 kids, the manager is always on top of everything here in the property. Maintenance is very respectful and fix the problem on time. This apartment complex is quiet at the night time which I love! I have always and will always recommend forest glen to family and friends!

I have yet to live here, but my experience so far has been great. Marilyn in the office has been very nice and accommodating. Before we decided to put down a deposit, my bf and I drove around the complex and neighborhood late at night. We even stopped at a gas station. We did not see anything that would cause us to worry. I found the neighborhood decent and Im glad to be close to retail centers. I did have to pay a big deposit on the apartment which Ive never had to do before in my 10+ years of renting, but Marilyn was able to justify why and was not pushy or rude about it. Im eager to get into my new place!

Forest Glen is great. Amazing leasing agents. Timely maintenance staff that fixs things promptly, and are great people. They have amazing events to bring the community together. Right next to the DART train for easy transport to downtown. Great place to live!!!
