    I love my apartment so much. I have been here for 3 years and I am going to renew my lease. Jessica in the leasing office is so sweet and helpful , she is the main reason I keep renewing. She helps take care of any issue we have make me feel at home. Everyone in the office is great. The property is super clean, I love the shimmering pool. Maintenace is fast and efficient.

    I love my new apartment!! The office staff is fantastic, very professional, and informative. My move in process was super easy. The maintenance tech Felix is super quick and efficient, he did a great job in my apartment! 10/10 recommend this community 👌

    I went to look at an apartment for myself and my three kids. Sarah was amazing! My kids were excited and kept talking over her and asking questions. Sarah kept engaged with me discussing everything from location to monthly rate while playing, interacting and answering all the kids questions. Seeing the pool was definitely the highlight of their tour and when asked Sarah assured them it would be open for summer. Definitely the top of my list to apply.

    Ive lived here for about 11 years or so. Very happy with my apartment. Very happy with maintenance response. Love the Valet trash. Rent goes up and rent goes down but certainly within market rates. No plans to move anytime soon.

    Going on our 2nd year here. We have had no problems. Jessica and Patty had always been a big help! When we needed maintenance needs they definitely were on top of it! It’s so rare to have things fix as fast as possible. My other apartment complex would take way more than 2 weeks to a month to get something fix. So that is a plus!

    Update: We have been leasing for a year now and have come upon time to renew our lease. We have never had much luck when renewal time came for leases due to a huge climax in pricing that most complex’s will ask for but Faudree Ranch was incredibly reasonable and made it so worth it! Very friendly community here and the complex it self brings me peace. It is a beautiful complex and very well kept! We have a dog and have experienced in many complexes where people have issues picking up after their animals but not here! It is always clean. The staff has always been more than helpful and maintenance always shows up when needed in a timely manner. I am so glad we renewed our lease with Faudree Ranch because it is still the place to be!This is the place to be! Jessica has been helping us with the apartment process and has been more than helpful. She is very patient and timely with her work and creates a positive move-in experience. The complex is beautiful and I love that they have a dog park. The units are very affordable (especially for Faudree) and are well maintained. The few tenants I have met touring the complex have been friendly and welcoming. We are so appreciative of how helpful the staff has been, creating an overall positive experience for us. We are so excited to be moving in!

    Everyone here is so nice. From the moment I walked in to inquire on an apartment to the time I rented the apartment has been the best experience. Jessica in particular is awesome. She walked me through all I would need so that the actual rental process and picking up keys were a breeze. The complex is always nice and clean.     Love this place! We were looking for a place around faudree and this was one of the few apartments that were affordable but definitely the apartment that stood out the most with it’s amazing amenities. The pool, gym, & dog park are all great & well maintained. Jessica has been very helpful during this whole process and is so friendly! One thing I love more than living in a great apartment is a place with great management, definitely important! We can’t wait to move in!

    Recently, I rented an apartment at Faudree Ranch Apartments. The apartment complexs location is ideal for me as I work in both Odessa and Midland. It only takes me 15-20 minutes to get to both workplaces, which is incredibly convenient.The apartment complex is excellent, with well-manicured lawns and ample parking spaces. The leasing office staffs are incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made my move-in process very smooth. They are always available to answer any questions.The apartment is very spacious and has all the amenities I need. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and there is plenty of storage space for all cooking supplies. The bedroom is also spacious and has a large closet, perfect for all my clothes and accessories.Overall, I am very pleased with my experience at Faudree Ranch Apartments. The location is perfect for me, the complex is very nice, and the lease office staffs are wonderful. If youre looking for a great apartment in the middle of Odessa and Midland, I highly recommend checking out Faudree Ranch Apartments.

    This is a great place to live! The complex is beautiful and the other tenants are friendly and more than welcoming. When you tour the apartments, make sure to ask for Jessica. She has been super helpful and very professional assisting us with the application and move-in process. Any questions weve had, she has been timely and patient with her responses. The units have been very affordable especially compared to other complexes on Faudree. They are up to date and very well maintained.     We have been at Faudree Ranch for a year now and have really enjoyed our home here. Maintenance is very responsive and office staff very helpful. It is a quiet community with convenient access to everything we need. We made the decision to upgrade to a bigger apartment on property and Jessica was incredibly helpful in make it such a smooth transition. We’re happy to still call Faudree Ranch home!

    My parents and I went apartment search on a Saturday. Jessica was the one that helped us. Jessica was extremely helpful and patient. As a first time renter, that was greatly appreciated.     The workers there are so nice & welcoming. The prices are AMAZING!! They have a pool with a water slide, like how cool is that! Beautiful beautiful apartments, like I can not stress that enough… the apartment we, my roommate & I, were shown was gorgeous. Huge closet! 😂 I love the fact that they provide washer & drier in their units. Stainless steel appliances. The sales person, Jessica, was very helpful & polite. She was very friendly & made it very comfortable to ask any questions. Overall, really worth the money spent there!

    The apparent are beautiful and well maintained. We are expecting a baby girl in March and we fill that this apartment have great amenities for our baby girl to be her first home . The Customer service is great and all that staff is very helpful. We love it .

    Upon visiting this magnificent apartment complex, I am satisfied to say that I am very impressed and intrigued to call this place home! The sample home I looked at left me speechless and I was impressed. My wife too was very impressed with the size of the apartment and I cannot wait to for our kids to be able to witness their new bedrooms. Ive had a history of living at several apartment communities over the years, but this one hands down truly gives you that home sensation and I look forward to making new memories here. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and have helped us tremendously throughout the application process.

    We went and toured this property in November and just loved it. While we were only able to view the one bedroom model, it was nicely done. This property offers a lot of outside amenities such as outdoor grilling and entertaining facilities, a putting green, horseshoes and a cute little dog park. Jessica S. was very informative and so pleasant during our tour, she really made us feel welcome. We are excited and looking forward to life at Faudree Ranch.

    Whitney and her team were amazing in assisting me get approved for my apartment. The property itself is in immaculate condition and I just love the pool! Perfect just in time for the summer hanging out with family and friends. The amenities are endless and the office staff is the friendliest Ive ever met.     The Faudree Ranch Apartments are amazing with their new amenities and facilities. The staff was all very welcoming and attentive. The cleanliness was impressive, when I walk around other complexes, what worries me the most is seeing the facility not being kept up, but the staff here at Faudree Ranch has exceeded my expectations. We were shown a single model bedroom, and the layout had so much space to work with! My favorite part was the washer and dryer room, which of course is included with the apartment!

    My boyfriend and I fell in love with the place! It’s so beautiful and spacey especially the closet, who doesn’t love big walk in closets. Everything just fits perfectly in its place and we’re very eager to join this complex! Jessica was one of the workers who showed us around and was very thoughtful and super nice!

    Just by the phone call alone, I cannot express how much I already love these apartments!     Love my apartment super clean everyone is friendly, have been here 3 years now i love the peace i get here and all the amenities. Only wish the grills worked and the kids had a play ground instead of putt putt golf . But the pool is amazing and everyone is so friendly. The office staff is great and maintenance comes at a timely manner. Defiently dont plan on moving anytime soon.

    We first stayed here in one of their overnight rentals while we were viewing apartments in Odessa. They were really nice, but according to online, out of our price range. After viewing some of the not so nice apartments in the area that were at the top of our budget, I inquired at Faudree Ranch office and caught a deal that put them right into our budget. We stopped our search and reserved our apartment. We have been here about 7 months, and I have no complaints. The apartments are nice, the staff is friendly, and we love the pool. I highly recommend checking them out.

They were they worked very quickly To meet my timeline and my expectations.Aside from the fact that the buildings are beautiful, The amenities are too good to pass up a MiniPudding course, a very large hot tub, And the massive pool were among the 1st things I took into consideration. If youre looking for a useful community with is community with a vibrant esthetic a vibrant esthetic and plenty of activities this is the place to be this is the place to be all of the staff made me feel at home before I even saw the place. Customer service was above and beyond.With all the options they had for Apartments that would accommodate my needs its hard its hard to find a place more modern and genuine.

    We (silverblade Protection Services) is moving out here to Odessa and we are choosing this complex not only for the friendly services that we received from the moment we walked in but for the cleanliness of the complex, the upgraded amenities and of course the water slide for the pool. They have corperate apartments and pricing and that was also a large factor in deciding where to move. I am excited to be on property. It is gated and quiet.

    I highly recommend you ask for Kourtnie Licea one of the Leasing Consultants. Moving from Houston she made the process easy for me, answered all my questions, very professional and makes herself available anytime during office hours. The Pool Side is amazing, Water Slide, Horse Shoe, Corn-Hole, Mini Golf, BBQ area and a Jacuzzi! I love that they have Valet trash pick up so you dont have to walk to dumpster. They could be a little quicker, but otherwise great. Maintenance staff is so nice, but of course keeping up with a Complex you do have to stay on them on being timely. Once you have them though so friendly, they dont rush and get the job done!I would say the only negative thing I feel to mention, the higher authority office staff is honestly really rude and snotty.Leah!

Alot of places just post pictures of the lobby and the one picture of the demo apartment, but they offered and had confidence within what they have to offer. Theyre child, family and pet friendly. I am so excited to move in this weekend and live there this coming year while I make a career shift.
