    Lived here for about a year before having to relocate for work, but I legitimately miss living here; by the far the best space Ive ever rented! Its a bit on the pricier side I suppose, but the space and privacy you get for that amount is unparalleled. Community was incredibly friendly, clean, and well-run. Cannot recommend this place enough to anyone thinking of moving.Pros:- Very clean, quiet, and private community- Incredible space for what youre paying- Central location to many things and the highwayCons:- Some pest control issues. Ive lived in Texas pretty much my whole life so I know this has more to do with the side effects of Texas heat than the complex itself, but did have a couple cockroaches in the bathroom (as well as around 10 in the garage over the course of the year) and 2 wasps in the kitchen. Nothing particularly unusual (and frankly better than other places Ive lived) but worth pointing out because youll want to make sure you keep some Raid on you- The office is essentially impossible to contact. I would walk over in the middle of work days and no one would be there. I *rarely* needed to communicate with them, but did make coordinating my move out a bit complicated- I run really hot, so results may vary, but I found the primary bedroom upstairs to be a bit too warm compared to the rest of the unit. I suspect this is because of somewhat poor insulation on the balcony door. My wife never seemed to mind, so maybe Im crazyAll-in-all, I loved this complex. It was not a perfect place, and there were some issues over the year, but I would have gladly lived here for years. Highly highly highly recommend

    Lived here for a year and a half, love the location, the scenery, property is well kept, quiet, neighbors are friendly (I had one miserable neighbor) but besides that I had no problems! My unit had a few issues but nothing major, maintenance is very responsive and quick. Kurian is awesome, super sweet, he toured me, followed up the entire application process and it didn’t take long at all to get moved in. One of the best properties I have ever lived on, I unfortunately couldn’t afford to renew but will still recommend! You are literally by everything

    Great place to live in a great area. Staff is friendly and the people here are nice and keep their place looking good. The only nitpicking thing I’d say is the gym feels a bit cramped and worn out but great other than that

    Lovely community to live in. Really feels like your own home instead of being in a generic apartment complex. Best part is the space. Always a joy to see other residents plant a garden or add decorations to their front porch while you’re walking down the street. Adds so much character to the place.Maintenance is super responsive. Feels like a mature family friendly community overall. Highly recommend you live here.

    We toured the complex, it is safe and ultra quiet, pet friendly. We loved the 4 bed townhouse unfortunately it didnt work out for me, I have a pet and the 2 and 3 floor is all carpet. This review is for Nicole, incredible attitude, professional and friendly. Dont hesitated and book a tour.

    My husband and I have lived at the Estancia for 7 years and have loved it. Its a great location with lots of movie theaters and restaurants close by. Park trails and coffee shops are nearby too. The office staff has always been courteous, and the maintenance staff is top notch, quickly responding to repair requests. The grounds are kept neatly trimmed and lush, with seasonal flowers planted regularly. Wed stay here longer but were moving out of state.

    My roommate and I moved in at the end of June and we have loved living here. Any time we have had an issue, as soon as we have notified the front office, they have handled it quickly and kindly. For example, our fridge started having some issues last month and they sent a technician out the next day and fixed it. The location is wonderful, the amenities are really nice, and we love how this complex has become our home in just the few months we have been here. Thank you to Kurian and Nicolle :)

    I moved to this community about four years ago. Always have loved how the community was kept up and the amazing neighbors that I have had. Through the pandemic the management changed and the quality of people coming in and out of the property was a night and day difference. The management allowed the community to be run into the ground and thank goodness this year they were all replaced. The new management has been fabulous and getting some of our needs addressed and trying their best to update the community and the many things that need addressing that had gone downhill over the years. Its definitely a marathon not a sprint. I want to give kudos Julio and Victor, the maintenance team here. They have been amazing at fixing things up and getting some of the elements that were unlivable to be livable again.Competent and friendly. This whole team is amazing. I will tell you of all the years of bad management I never wrote a bad review but it felt good to write a great one. ❤️❤️If anyone needs a nice community to hang your hat in for a while… Its great if youre rebuilding a house or after a divorce... good quality people living here and its so safe!

    Estancia has improved by 1000% in the past 6 months over what we had experienced for years with the previous office staff. Shelby and her team are professional and do a great job working with us as tenets to get repairs done quickly, address our concerns and are focused in making this community higher end as it once use to be the it was built. The maintenance team is fantastic; timely and they make sure they do a good job when they fix anything. Also, we have noticed that the quality of residents have improved greatly. We will be happy to sign another lease knowing that we are treated with respect and receive 5 star attention.

    I have lived at Estancia Townhomes for almost a year, and we love it here! My townhome is perfect for my needs and beats having a regular apartment because of the garage and privacy it allows. The staff is attentive, and I have a fantastic view of the pool and amenities. I feel safe here and enjoy walking my dogs around the community. If the maintenance team sees us walking, they always make a point to say hi and show the dogs some love. I love the easy access to the tollway to get to Frisco and downtown. I see myself residing here for quite some time!

    I would like to say that Julio responded to my service call within 2 hours. He is efficient and professional at all times! We are lucky to have him on our maintenance staff. Julio, keep up the great work!

    My husband and I recently moved to Estancia Townhomes, and so far, we we love it. Kurian and Nicole have been very helpful, and our maintenance needs have been tended to in a timely manner. Our townhome is spacious and comfortable. The grounds are well cared for and look beautiful. My only complaint is the garage door opener. It doesnt work well and takes a few tries before opening the garage.

    I had did a tour with Shelby and must I say hands down the best experience ever. She was extremely personable, caring, knowledgeable and fun!! I really enjoyed the tour. Keep up the amazing work!!!!

    I have a great experience with Estancia Townhomes and the staff as part of our leasing and move in process. We started to search a place early on around April and just moved in when our lease finally up with our old place. The style, the area, the friendly, professional, flexible staff made everything easy for us with our move in. I love the building style and how welcoming these townhomes. I would highly recommend to check this place out you would feel home. Shelby, Kurian and Nicolle are friendly and answer all of your questions and concerns.

    Beautiful property! Excellent management and maintenance! My townhome really feels like a home...not just an apartment! Interiors are lovely and having a private garage is awesome! Super central location...easy to get anywhere in 15 minutes! Just about every restaurant and retail store you need within walking distance! I love it here!

    The newly installed Estancia Property Management team is doing an awesome job, especially the Maintenance guys! Increased resident communication, adherence and enforcement of community policies, prompt response and resolution of maintenance request and the willingness/politeness in addressing questions or concerns is simply wonderful. That said theyre not perfect yet...but theyre making huge strides towards that goal! Please keep up the Great Work; Best Ive experienced in the past 3yrs of living here!! We Love this Community☺

    Estancia is a wonderful place to live. The community is beautiful and quiet and well maintained. It really feels like a place you can call home. The spacious floor plans give you everything you need and more. The staff has been amazing, and have gone above and beyond. Maintenance is spectacular and handles service requests in a timely manner.

    After a horrid experience with an our previous living situation, it was a pleasure to deal with a friendly, knowledgeable staff and a beautiful facility. The move-in process was as easy and quick, the maintenance staff have been quick to respond to any issues, and the office staff check in regularly to make sure everything is good. Overall we are very happy here!

    I recently moved in and will update at the end of my lease. Shelby and Kurian in the office were both very kind and extra helpful in the leasing process. Shelby reached out promptly when I had a few concerns that needed to be addressed prior to signing and got me all squared away! The property itself is a little older and I expected to have issues at move in, but I was pleasantly surprised with the flawless process and cleanliness at move in. The townhome itself is very nice on the inside and I look forward to turning it into a home. For what you get, I think the townhomes are competitively priced as well. So far SO GOOD!

    I absolutely LOVE Estancia Townhomes!! It’s such a welcoming community and the staff goes over and beyond to make sure you are happy in your home and all your needs are met in a timely fashion. Our 3-story little townhome is perfect with a precious patio and 2 car garage. Many thanks to management, maintenance and everyone in between for making our community feel like home.

    Estancia is a great community to live. Moved in recently and it was very smooth and easy. Shelby and Kurian made the entire process from start to finish very simple and quick. Really appreciate how accommodating they were. This complex is clean, quiet, and seems to have respectful residents. Great place to live in this part of Dallas.

    These were outside of our budget but we decided they were worth it. Easy process to apply, prime location with good shopping and access to the highway, so far so good. The complex is beautiful by the way. We actually found these by accident. We were out shopping and took a wrong turn. Fingers crossed🙂

    Great experience living here, the grounds are nice and in a quiet area, everything is maintained well never waited more than 24 hours when putting a request. Any problem I have ever had management and the leasing team helped right away as well. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for townhomes to come here first.

    As a current resident, just moving to Dallas from Vegas my first thought of this property… “beautiful”. Once I toured and met the leasing team it just confirmed my interest. Everyone in the office have been nothing short of amazing since I’ve been here. Quinsci signed me up, and has been a blessing to get me in my home with such a seamless experience. Kurian & Shelby are just as amazing. Anything I need done in my apartment they have it done in the bat of an eye. They’re so welcoming anytime I’m in the office if I have an issue, I couldn’t be happier with the choice to be here. I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. Definitely will be recommending my friends to move here as well.-Marlon J

    I am absolutely LOVING living at Estancia! My boyfriend and I moved from an awful apartment complex which was so loud and had rude neighbors and things stolen and now I think we have found heaven. First of all, everyone in the office is SO nice and caring and helpful. The community, in just the short time we have been here, has had awesome events like a delicious catered brunch complete with mimosas! And the townhomes are just GORGEOUS inside and out! Plus this place is so quiet I can actually hear my own heart beating when I lay down to sleep at night haha. I never thought it was possible to experience this much peace and quiet. I am very happy to call Estancia my new home! :)

    This was our first dining experience here and we are more than full and satisfied from the amazing staff to the excellent food we will definitely be back. Our server Alex made sure that we were comfortable and was great with my kids the manager came around several times to check and make sure we are happy best service I have ever had hands down

    Estancia Townhomes is a great property to live at in North Dallas. It is beautiful and well kept. When and if something goes wrong the maintenance staff is on it. They dont put bandages on the issue, they fix it. I would recommend Estancia Townhomes to anyone looking into the property.

    I’m so happy and impressed with our maintenance crew. They exceeded my expectations because they truly care for our community and are always making sure that everything is done right. They don’t try to just patch things and move to the next person.They do it once and they do it right!Another reason for my high rating is they always follow up with me to ensure I am satisfied!

    We have been residents for two years and really enjoy this townhome community. The team members are outstanding and take care of my every need within 24 hours. The location is central to everything. It is great to have your own two car garage and our unit is nice, clean, and is like living in a home.

    One of the nicest properties in Addison and beautiful grounds, like a true escape from the city right in the middle of the city! Everything is kept in great shape and they really pay attention to keeping things in good and working condition. Lisa and Katie in the main office are super friendly and helpful and Isaac and Aaron from maintenance have been awesome the few times weve had a maintenance request. Best place in Addison!!

    Estancia is a great place to live. The location is close to the Tollway and 635, so I can get where I need to go quickly from my residence.My main residence is in another state, but I’m in Dallas for business quite often, so I wanted a place that felt more like a home than an apartment. Having a two-car garage, a fireplace, and plenty of well designed space, Estancia really works well for my situation.I’ve only had one maintenance need and the repair was done within a couple of hours. Office personnel and maintenance are friendly and responsive. I highly recommend Estancia Townhomes.

    We moved here about 1 month ago, the property is clean, well maintain, Pool is clean, I wish the exit from north side was open, and gym had more equipment, management is good and responsive, just had service order and it they did it in one day, so I dont really understand the negative comments here.
