    From start to move-in smooth. From reviewing anything that needs to be repaired from the last tenant to making repairs to enjoying the peace and quiet of the neighbors. It has been wonderful. The staff all together have been very warm and pleasant to speak to regarding any issue I might have. After my first month residing here at Chasewood; I am very satisfied. If you are thinking of moving in. My experience has been top notch through and through. I am certain yours’ will be a replica of the same.

    Great apartments to live in! Ive lived in 2 of the 1 bedrooms they offer and Ive loved both of them. They have multiple sizes of the one beds and the grounds are well maintained. The office staff is very kind and helpful and maintenance is great and friendly. Favorite apartments Ive lived in!

    We moved to Amarillo from out of state to Chasewood without knowing much about it. Now that we have been here for a few months, I can honestly say I couldn’t of chose a better place to settle in. Our apartment is beautiful, and the staff are great. They are on top of any issue or concern. Chasewood‘s location can’t be beat! We love it here.

    I love living at the Chasewood!!! Kristin made my move in so easy and quick!! I moved in may and fell in love!! Chasewood staff has always gone above and beyond to help with anything and answer questions! I 100% plan on renewing my lease!! It’s a perfect place to call home! My kids love being here as well!!

    I’ve lived here for almost two years now, and have enjoyed it thus far! They are quick to send out a maintenance guy anytime I’ve had an issue, and they make sure the grounds and buildings are clean and well taken care of!

    This is the first apartment that is really nice and clean. If I put in a work order early in the day, they’ll get it done that evening. The management is really nice too and very understanding.

    Maintenance is swift, especially in emergency situations. (Should be a standard across the board, but I’ve had and have heard of opposite situations too many times with other places). They are also kind and respectful which is always a bonus! The office staff is friendly and helpful. They are also extremely helpful in making sure you get your packages on time!! ☺️They keep up with their rules and regulations to ensure this little “community” stays safe and well kept. Overall, I am pleased with my experience here (almost 2 years).

    Love this apartment complex! The girls in the office are super friendly and always communicate great with me regarding packages / putting in maintenance orders. The maintenance guys are top notch. Anytime I put in a request they are quick to get to it and get the job done correctly the first time. 😄

    I absolutely love living at Chasewood. The management is kind and attentive to the needs of the tenants working here. They work tirelessly to make sure everyone is having their best experience while living here. The walls arent very thin, you have to try really hard to hear your neighbors. Its relatively quiet any major noises come from 34th and Coulter, but thats the way things go when your near everything you need.

    I loved living here! Kristen in the office was always wonderful; she answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Maintenance was always easy to obtain and almost always taken care of within 24 hours. The grounds are well maintained and clean. The pool area is awesome. Free access to the computers and printers in the office was always available. The only negative experience I had was constant issues with parking. Other than that, I 100% recommend Chasewood!

    I have lived here for 2.5 years & this has by far been the best place I have lived. The girls in the office are so great & always remember who I am when I walk in. If I have ever had a maintenance issue, the guys were there so quick & work so efficiently. I will always recommend this place & be thankful for they do for their tenants

    We have been living here 2.5 months. So far we really like it and haven’t had any issues. It is an older building and the interior upgrades are basic but the experience has been good. Every time we have put in a work order we have been helped right away. I love that they keep you in the loop about things. They let you know when your work order will be tended to, let you know when they schedule maintenance on different things, and even have a really good system for telling you when you have a package.I have really enjoyed the dog park! My dogs love having a place to run! It is well kept, the whole property is well kept. It’s also a quiet place. So far so good.

    My husband and I lived there for a year and a half and we loved it. We had a newly upgraded unit which was nice. Any problems we had with the unit were fixed right away when we put in a maintenance request. Kristen and Kate in the front office are fantastic and helped us a great deal when we had to move out mid lease due to a new baby and job opportunity in Lubbock. We never had any issues and wanted to stay had we been able to. We’ve been moved out for a few weeks now and Kristen has still been in contact with me in regard to snail mail that I needed and has gone out of her way to get a new lease for our apartment now that we’re moved out. They stay in communication with you for everything and will help to accommodate you in any way possible. I highly recommend them.

    This apartment complex is the best I have ever lived in. The staff is amazing and they keep the property immaculate! Kate is incredible in the office and stays ontop of all things going on within the Chasewood community and was a huge help when I moved to Amarillo on lots of helpful info. The free gym membership is also awesome. Its the best gym Ive been a member of. The pool is fantastic here and kept spotless. Wouldnt live anywhere else!!!

    Put in a call for a toilet leak and it was fixed the same day. Maintenance people are awsome, very knowledgeable and polite, and know what they are doing. It makes Chasewood a great place to live. 👍 up for Maintenance again

    Ive lived here for 6-7 months and Ive really enjoyed it. The location is great. I can walk to Braums whenever Im making a meal and forgot something from the grocery store, to the gas station if I feel like eating a snack, all kinds of restaurants, TJ Max. Theyre very affordable and spacious. The office staff are very organized and do a really good job at keeping you updated, organizing packages, and responding to any repairs needed. Ive needed things fixed after hours over the weekend and maintenance was very quick to come. Its also kept very clean including the dog park and the pool.

    I have been living at the Chasewood for over a year and enjoying the experience. The living grounds is very well kept. The main complaint I have is staying next to Braums and hearing the garbage trucks waking me up most mornings. Besides that, very nice area to live in.

    We have been living at Chasewood Apartments going on 3 years. We are happy to say that we are signing another 12 months lease, the ladys in the office have done wonderful things and have been so helpful and very understanding. not to mention my a.c went out in 100 degree weather, the maintenance jumped right to helping us and solving the issue. They had to put in a whole new unit but they took care of it as quick as possible. I am glad to be a resident here at Chasewood and I would recommend someone to live here. I have seen a drastic change since they got new ownership, this last year here has been the best year yet. there even updating my apartment :)

    I can honestly say, this is such a great place to live. My fiancé and I have lived here for almost 1 year and we have had very minimal problems during our stay. If there ever was a problem, management solved it super quick. The area is super quiet and peaceful and very clean! I have never seen a roach or mouse ever since living here which is a dealbreaker for me when looking for apartments. The front desk girls are awesome and very understanding, maintenance fixes things very quickly and the price for what you get is great. The only real down side of these apartments is that sometimes they do shut the water off (but they do tell you in advance) and the parking is very minimal. Other than that, I would recommend these apartments to anyone!

    My husband and I love Chasewood! We moved to Amarillo and chose Chasewood because of its beautifully maintained grounds and the friendliness of the manager and assistant manager. Kristen and Jalee have been absolutely amazing! They always make sure any of our needs are met ASAP. Maintenance (Carl and the other gentleman) are always so prompt and so friendly, as well. There are numerous pet stations around the complex and a pet park, too. Our dog loves the pet park! It is always clean and maintained very well. Chasewood is our home and we really couldn’t be happier with our apartment and our choice to move to this complex.

    The office staff at Chasewood is extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. Furthermore, the maintenance staff does a fantastic and thorough job with every call.When I first moved to Chasewood, I admit I was disappointed in the property management. However, in the past two and a half years the apartments and life at the complex has improved so much, and the staff has shown such dedication to its residents, that I have ceased my search for a new place to live and committed to living at Chasewood for the long-term.Whatever poor reviews there are ought to be considered reviews of the past, because now Chasewood is better than ever. You’re greeted with a smile, and you’re taken seriously with every concern. I highly recommend Chasewood Apartments.

    Living at the Chasewood has been great. The included covered parking and the prompt response from management. My AC went out(which is bound to happen) and I got a quick response that they were trying to fix it and If they werent able to they were going to put a window unit for me. Which they did all within a 3-4 hour time. Management also emailed me with very detailed information of how they were going to resolve my issue. Would recommend just try to get an apartment away from coulter street, it can get loud. I didnt take that into consideration before I rented.

    I moved to Amarillo from East Texas. It was a business move and there was a lot I had to do over the phone or by email since I was 8 hours away. Jalee initially helped me. When I walked into her office I probably sounded like something off of HGTV with all my wants. I had never lived in an apartment and I was honestly scared to death. I like my privacy. Jalee was beyond helpful. She showed me an apartment, went over everything with me and also assured me she and Kristen would walk me thru it all if needed since I was a walking ball of stress. I met Kristen the following day and got a lot of my paperwork done. I chose these apartments after looking at a few other options...not one person at the other options was near as helpful as Jalee and Kristen. They made sure my apartment was ready for my move and made the entire process so easy for me.Now, here I am 2 years later and just signed another year lease with Kate. I miss seeing their faces since Covid has cut off a lot of chit-chat small talk while picking up packages and whatnot. But it hasn’t stopped the professional and sweet service we get here.I’ve seen reviews that say the apartments are old. That’s not true. They aren’t bran new, but they aren’t dated either. I love living here. I can’t imagine calling anywhere else home.The pool is immaculate in the summer. The grounds are kept perfect. Almost everyone cleans up after their animals. Each apartment has one covered space.The only complaint I have about my apartment is carpet. It’s not bad carpet, don’t get me wrong. They actually put new carpet in my apartment before I moved in. But I hate carpet. I’d rather have hard surface flooring throughout. But that’s a personal preference. It has nothing to do with the quality of the apartments.The rent is reasonable for what you get.

    Ive lived here for a year now and the front desk ladies always keep everything organized. Im glad they keep us updated over email and text whenever there is change. The maintenance is also quick and effective. The only issue is random water shut offs but we are warned ahead of time when that will happen so I cant complain.

    First let me start with the office staff. I have never experienced better service and kindness, at an apartment, EVER. I’ve personally never had an issue go unresolved, and I’ve rarely had issues at all. Maintenance men are kind, and on top of stuff! I absolutely love living at chasewood, and look forward to renewing my lease.

    The two ladies that work up front are awesome. Friendly and are willing to take care of any problems you have if possible. Nice pool area, nice club house, new basketball hoop, covered parking, quiet when I want to sleep, cheap rent, great location (like 7 food options in walking distance).. no complaints!

    These apartments are awesome! They ladies in the front office are very polite and always helpful. Any problems I’ve ever had with my apartment were fixed immediately. Great location, walking distance to fuzzy’s, beef o Brady’s and Texas firehouse. Also, I get to use Zachs club for free since I live here! I couldn’t imagine living at any other apartments!

    My dog loves having a place to run that is always clean! If you ever have an issue the maintenance team will fix it right away. I love chasewood and the staff its a great place to live.
