I recently moved to Camelot Apartments, the girls in the office have been so wonderful and made the moving transition flawless! They are super nice and on top of everything. The apartment is clean and very well maintained. My first night staying here my AC broke 2 times lol (welcome home) 🤣 I called maintenance and he was quick to fix it both times, he was very nice and easy to deal with! I have been impressed with everything and so glad I found this place to call my home! Thank you! -

We moved here 2 months ago and we absolutely love our apartment! I could not have asked for anything more. The floorplan has so much character, its so clean, our neighbors are friendly, my patio is huge and overlooks a courtyard area and its like my own private treehouse!! there are community events that give me something to do, the firepit and grill area...I could go on and on. I highly recommend this apartment if youre looking for a new home. The ladies in the office are amazing, Shayli and Brandi, thank you to them and the wonderful maintenance staff that they have here. So glad to call Camelot our new home. -

I just helped my niece move into her new apartment. But the unit had just got upgraded. New paint, carpet,appliances. It was a step up compared to the dump of a house she had. -

Ive lived at Camelot for the last almost four years and have loved every moment of it. I first moved in with my sister, who moved out after two years and my now fiancé came to live with me shortly after. Management made that transition seamless and never seemed annoyed. They always took my calls and answered any questions we might have had. Maintenance was AMAZING and quickly responsive, no matter what issue we had they were here within 24 hours to fix it. Neighbors are quiet and kind, I cant remember any noise issue we ever had. Communal laundry room was extremely easy to use.We are only leaving as we are getting married in the fall and are purchasing a home. It is bittersweet as we have absolutely loved living here. I would (and will) recommend Camelot to anyone looking to find a place to call home! -

This place is great lived there my whole life basically that for dogs a pool and a sitting area with a grill access check the place out I’m sure you’ll find a great space for you or your family ! -

Seven years we lived at Camelot Apartments and we loved it. It was our first home after my husband retired from the Air Force of 20 yrs. Although we could have stayed longer it was time for us to buy our house and we did. But, needless to say, Camelot Apartments is a great place to live. They keep the grounds beautiful and if there is any issues in your apartment they will get to it as soon as possible. If you are looking for a great place to live, Camelot Apartment is it !! -

We have had a great experience living at Camelot Apartments for 9 plus years. Maintenance is available to fix anything that needs attention. Will probably live here until we buy a house. -

Ill be leaving this complex after 2 years of living here. The management and all the staff has always been amazing and helpful. The livingrooms and bedrooms are very spacious. The kitchen is small. A lot of the cabinets and counter tops are outdated and need to be replaced instead of just being covered in a new coat of paint. The toilet in the bathroom is placed WAY too close to the wall and the ceilings in the bathroom are so low that I could touch them at 52. The community is friendly and quiet and the area is wonderful. I would recommend this complex to anyone but they definitely need updates.Edit: the windows and window sills need to be replaced also. Theres mold/mildew trapped under layers of paint and it literally cannot be cleaned and when the paint chips, it shows. Also, some of the windows dont close all the way, which lets in drafts as well as unwanted bugs at times. -

The apartment is cozy, clean and the location is great. We are here for a year and 3 months now and we love it, the neighbors are friendly, the staff are receptive and amiable. The location is perfect, near the school, hospitals, parks, shopping malls, coffee shops and freeways is just at the corner of it.The staff are doing their best to provide safety to the residents because the place is open to the public, no gates and fences. We really have a great time in this apartment. -

My husband and I moved here just after our baby was born. When we visited for the first time to view the complex and the apartment we would end up moving into, we instantly loved it! Even though it is right by the busy freeway, it is a very quiet and peaceful complex. Management is excellent and very friendly. Maintenance is always quick and the guys are very friendly. There are many families, elderly, and college students living in the apartments. It feels safe. I often take my infant on walks around the neighborhood and have zero worries.The only complaint that I have is the roaches. We keep our apartment very clean, never dirty dishes in the sink and the trash goes out every couple days. However, if we leave food on the counter, the roaches appear and find it. While the complex does spray routinely for bugs, these roaches seem to evade the poison they use. We have tried our own spray and traps and nothing seems to work. I have a feeling it is the old building that the roaches love so much. Luckily, since they dont come around too often, the roaches dont bother us too much and is actually good incentive to keep the apartment clean.Overall, I really love these apartments and would definitely recommend them to anyone searching for a new place to live. -

I went to view these apartments when I was searching for a place to live, I immediately loved this place!! Brittany is the girl I spoke with in the office, and she couldn’t have been more professional, considerate and welcoming. She has a wonderful attitude and answered every question I had without hesitation!These apartments are some of the most well-kept and clean apartments in this city; There is no trash scattered about, like other apartments around, and it is a relatively nice quiet place to be. -

I moved into the apartments in July 2019, and I have loved every second of it! The awesome ladies in the office are always helpful. Any time I have an issue, it is resolved that day. Nice size and the amenities are great! It took getting used to with the highway right there, but its incredibly convenient. I highly recommend! -

I have lived here and love the beautiful lot, spacious flats and convenient parking, as well as on site laundry facilities. Camelot has a very friendly and helpful staff (the managers are both amazing ladies) and your neighbors can easily become your best friends. Retired folks can find many others their age to visit. Families will find the 2 pools and near by bike/walk trail leading to Hamilton park are great fun. Because it is less than five mins from MSU it is also a great place for college students. All in all I must say with great bias, Camelot Apts at 2202 Harrison is the best comples in Wichita Falls. Check them out and say hello to the pest control guy there, I hear he is a really nice guy:) -

Love living at this place. The staff is super friendly and responsive as well as the maintenance. I had a leaking sink a couple of months ago and after using the website to file a claim they had it fixed in one day. Would highly recommend! -
