I have been here a year. I love my apartment. I am in the largest 2 bedroom and it is so spacious. I love my master bathroom its a glam girls dream!!! Never had a problem with the Management. I like Mabel and the lady with the short bob. They are easy to talk to and understanding. There are a few down falls. I was under the impression that I would be paying 835 for rent plus Water and Sewage.(in my mind the most I guessed I would pay 875 dollars) Got my first invoice and it was almost 1000 dollars... I wouldnt have came here if I would have know that their utilities are so expensive by far my most I have ever paid. There is definitely a pest problem. I never see them during the day but If I wake up in the middle of the night, for a snack. Roaches are everywhere. Like the other person said it doesnt matter how much you spray, boom the apartment they are hiding. The property does spray for pest but it is obviously not working. Overall. I give this apartment a 4 stars because the Maintenance is Excellent. Management is Excellent. Nice Floor Plans. Best Apartment in this area. Friendly environment. Safe! I am moving when my lease is up but only because I could be in a 3 bedroom for the price I pay here. :)

I have live here for over 3 years and I must say they are awesome!!! Management is amazing! Infact I have visited other apartment complexes but I prefer to be somewhere I can be respected and treated accordingly. The staff here are so respectful and give your concern urgent attention. They even call you to make sure any of your requests are taken care of. The manager is very diplomatic and empathetic in discharge of her job duties. Safety is for sure. I am loving it here!;) Awesome neighbors too. Maintenance people responds adequately. I encourage people to rent here!!!

I have enjoyed living here at Brookbend the manager Ms. Jenny is always on top of everything with the residence and any issues that might arise on the property. All of the office staff and maintenance are very pleasant.. this is a place I love to call my home.. I have lived here several times in the past and the property is very well maintained...Thanks for making Brookbend a place to call home..

Been staying in Brookbend Apartments almost a year ( Will make a year July 1 ) and I have never had a problem ! When it comes to need maintenance assistance there always on time and I never had to call the office twice to come fix something when call and there at my door !

And our new addition kiara paints a good face for bew potent tenant she stands and greets them treats them all with respect as she should because she the first one we see she desirves much praise amd even a promotion she is respectively a good leasing agent we the reaidenys love her thank you for reading my review.

Rae& Kiara were absolutely amazing , they set a new standard for apartment hunting, they were attentive, informative,and all around lovely. I havent made my final decision yet but would definitely recommend them.

The only problem that I have here is the roaches like ice terminate but dont do no good so dont I dont know them in yet cuz they only do it in two places other than that I dont have a problem with no one over here been here now about 6 years and dont have a problem if they didnt learn to know or listen to a tenants to know that you have to start outside with treatment and then work your way on the inside other than that you can do all you can in your house full of cleaning and your own terminate I dunno they will come back my take a walk would they going to come back Forest management dont have a problem with havent had a problem with them since Ive been here

I LOVE THE STAFF...MY APARTMENT..IS AWESOME...THE GROUNDS ARE WELL KEPT...THEY HAVE A FLEXIBLE PLAN TO PAYING YOUR RENT...ALSO HAVE A AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS...THE MANAGER JENNY...ALWAYS HAVE SOMETHING FOR THE KIDS...THIS SUMMER SWIN LESSONS FOR THE KIDS...THATS AWESOME...SO COME DOWN AND SEE US...

I feel in these apartments, they are very clean inside, they are very pretty, I dont know, oh, people, I wonder if these apartments are really better than others, there are some that are very ugly and super more expensive than these, they are very economical, the water comes out a little bit of gas, too. I love them because there is quite a lot of peace here, no one messes with you, the cars are still there and no one does anything to them.
