I would like to commend Broadwater properties for being a fantastic business!! I have an accident with my semi truck. I ended up in the hospital. Broadwater property Helped me with the rent to wait took my packages and stood in front of the apartment!! Thank you very much. I would especially like to thank Alexis!!! She is a wonderful lady who helped me with everything!!! Thank you Alexis, thank you Broadwater!!!

Alexis, Lisa and all the rest of the office staff are very nice and helpful. Maintenace is great and super fast on requests. The grounds are always very clean and kept up. Great quiet property. Great experience at Broadwater

Mrs. Alexis, Mrs.Lisa & Ms. Valerie are always so helpful! They are very nice ladies and are always positive and welcoming when I enter the leasing office! Highly recommended leasing at broadwater!

Yes there may have been issues in the past but since Alexis took over as the property manager I have a great get done. She is here all the time and working with residents to make things right and to get things done. Alexis and her team are knocking it out the park. I have lived at The Broadwater for over 8 years and I love it here. They are the best apartments in Galveston in my opinion. The maintenance crew is on top of every situation and all service requests are promptly resolved. Sometimes things go wrong but they always do their best for the residents. We do have new office managers and that always takes time to adjust for both the residents and management. I have had very little issues in these 8+ years. The grounds are kept in great condition and it is beautiful here. We love the pool/hot tub and the courtyard area. Its all good!

We were just in the apartment leasing company last Friday with my husband as we are trying to secure our son’s apartment for Spring 2024 and would like to commend Michelle’s warm attitude. She did a lot of favors on one first encounter day with her. She waited for us as we were running late due to traffic condition. She was so straight forward and helped us with what we need. She definitely cares about the renters and take her job seriously. Thanks Michelle. You are an asset to the company. God bless you more!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Im a diehard apt. Lover the landscape is Beautiful and I just love my neighbors very friendly.. I love living on the Island and the location is perfect.. Shopping and Grocery stores even close to The Beach... Rose and Kristan are Great management Team. I also enjoy all the special events that are planned for us here.. Fruit Friday always some type of way showing appreciation to the residents here.. Keep up the Great work guys.. Update : Im still here and Ive been very Happy with the the entire Team that works here.. Very family friendly and pet friendly. The treats in the office is a nice Bonus. The maintenance Team is Timely and leave notes that theyve been in your apt.. Rose is still here Love her smile and always helpful. The new manager is just as awesome 👌...

Broadwater Apartments run a tight ship. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. When you submit a maintenance request, they are fixed the next day. This was the case for me for all three maintenance requests I have submitted after the first five months of living here. The office staff members are lovely. They really care about their residents and ensure a safe, comfortable and pleasant environment. Apartments are clean, efficient and functional. The maintenance team does period checks where they check your fire alarm, spray for pests, change your air filters and check for leaks. I could not have asked for a better apartment experience on the island. Thank you Broadwater Apartments!

I had lived here for 2 years during my time with Texas A&M at Galveston and I loved it! Before I signed a lease with them, I was still active duty in the Navy in Virginia and needed to find a place before moving to Galveston. When I called the office, Nancy the manager was so friendly! She was able to answer any questions I had and treated me as an existing resident way before I made it back to Texas. When I finally got out and made it there, it already felt like home. The apartment is gated and in a great location! Its right next to the seawall and I could walk just about anywhere to get around. The management was really good at knowing the lease details. Anytime I had a problem, they were able to accommodate professionally and in a timely manner. The office was easy to walk to and they also have a clubhouse party room that could be used when I had family over. I had pool view on the 2nd floor and it was really great to come home to. I would definitely recommend The Broadwater Apartments if needing a nice place to live in Galveston.

I lived here from 2014-2017 and really liked it. They arent the newest apartments in the area, but the staff and maintenance crews were GREAT, the apartments were very well maintained, and the their A/C units always did a great job keeping up with the Texas heat. The only reason I moved away was because my now-wife and I needed additional storage space after moving in together. We have genuinely missed how valuable the Broadwater staff made us feel and would recommend them to anyone moving to Galveston. Having experienced the Broadwater, Village by the Sea, and Club of the Isle, this place was definitely my favorite living space on the island.

Hello I’m a new tenant here at the Broadwater Apartments at 6315 Central City Blvd. just wanted to say Rose was very very pleasant to deal with in the office every experience I had with her from first speaking to her on the phone to visiting the property and finally to collecting the keys to my new home. My unit came with a washer and dryer and I was able to meet the maintenance man when he came to install my washer and dryer he was very presentable visually and a very pleasant man over all and very respectful of myself my home and family. I know I’m new here but I’m very confident that I will continue to be very happy here at Broadwater Apartments.

We have lived here for years and the reason we stay is because of the excellent and friendly service from the office and maintenance staff! On those rare occasions when something goes wrong, maintenance is immediately all over it! Temo is the best!

We have been living in BW apartments in Galveston for about 4 years now. We love living in these apartments. Rose is very efficient with all the service request. The apartments are nice and the facility is kept clean at all times. It is closer to UTMB hospital, lots of resident physicians stay here. There is tons of parking available. It is a gated community so we feel safe living here with 2 kids. leasing office is always decorated based on festivities and always have foods/cookies/popcorn/coffee/computer. Swimming pool is open during summer time and very active environment. We like Rose alot and thats why we continue to live here. I especially appreciate that they accept our amazon packages we frequently order online for a safe delivery. Cant say enough good things about them!!!

Best place for students at UTMB to live in Galveston. Not too far away from campus and the hospitals but close to the highway. The managers and staff especially Rosemary (amazing lady) are so pleasant and friendly. The property is always clean and the amenities and safety are a definite plus!

Lived there a little over a year. Quiet, Easy going. Had a few bug/maintenance issues, but they always were swift to resolve any problems (even showing up to fix A/C late night when we called it in at 9pm). We have two cats. They gave us no hassle on moving out.
