I have lived here at the Bishop North for over a year now and currently on my second lease. I’ve been more than pleased with the complex and the management staff. They truly care about their tenants and find ways to show their appreciation. They host weekly socials with wine, pool parties (during the summer), and overall very festive during national holidays. The staff is always in good spirit and welcoming. To include any maintenance request.. are responded promptly and well. They really make it hard to leave!

I enjoyed my time living at Bishop North! The apartments are nice and updated, the surrounding area has a lot to offer, and the people here are friendly. We loved the maintenance team and the security guards here are great. We occasionally had issues with our packages being taken or opened, and the building itself is not as secure as I would have liked. Overall, I think this complex is a good place to live and I would recommend to anyone looking in the bishop arts area!

Just moved in recently and I am so happy to be living here. Amazing location and building. The leasing office associates are incredible especially Amber who guided/helped me with my apartment tour and move in process. Everyone else including Rebecca, Bri, Brandy & Marcus as well as the after hours concierge associates are really great. (Hope I didn’t forget anyone to mention) Bishop North is a dream!

I had been looking for a place and after months of searching decided Bishop North had the best amenities for the price. Multiple options to choose from..Property is kept clean, residents and staff are friendly..Unfortunately other places I had toured before were lacking in were not even close.. There are endless choices for food and entertainment within walking distance. The leasing staff is always friendly and accommodating. They remember your name and pay attention to detail. My apartment looked like it was brand new. I have no complaints .. One of the best places I’ve lived so far. I’d recommend it for anyone looking place to call home.

My gf and I moved in at the end of June, and we are continually swept away by the charm of Bishop North and Bishop Arts in general. Everything from the staff to the tenants and the area itself is an absolute dream. There is so much to do here that you almost get lost in everything. Maybe time will tell if my review of this place will change, but for now we are more than happy with signing this lease.

I can’t say enough about the staff at Bishop North. I’m always greeted with a warm smile and all the ladies working are very competent and it’s clear they love what they do. Brittany the property manager is so wonderful. I toured with Brandy today and she gave a fantastic tour. She was bubbly and knew all the answers to our questions. The amenities and property were kept in superb shape. Will absolutely recommend to friends.

Ok so this is the best customer service I’ve ever had. This little community is amazing. Brittany moved me in and she’s the property manager. It was her birthday when I moved in. Rebecca did nothing short of caring for me while I moved from out of state. Brandy has been so informative to the point that she’s my go to girl. They’re all so amazing. I toured this property with Rebecca. She was so kind and helpful. The other girls at the front desk were just as pleasant. I felt very welcomed right away. I absolutely loved the property. It was very artsy and new. They have a pretty cool courtyard and I liked that they had no dog breed restriction as I have huskies. I was pleasantly surprised with this property. Overall recommend to tour!

I’m sold!This place is so beautiful! My tour guides, Jasmin and Brandy, were amazing and very well versed on the area.Jasmin especially somehow knew what I would love — showed me something gorgeous in my price range and quickly sold me on it. She was extremely knowledgable about the unit and building itself regarding all things architecture and design. The attention to detail here is insane. I love it.The team seems great, and I’m now moving in soon all because of the solid guidance and top notch hospitality. If you’re touring around/looking for a quality place, make it a priority to visit! Trust me!

Bishop North is such a phenomenal place to live! The apartments are beautiful inside and out and the community is exceptional! From the exterior landscape to the inside of the units, they’re luxurious, welcoming and fun! I literally live in the most convenient location in Dallas! I have nice restaurants with amazing food and exceptional bars for the days or nights I want to socialize, all around me, and the best part is that it’s all walking distance! Downtown, uptown or the American Airlines center is just minutes away! It doesn’t get better than this!The best part of Bishop North, is the phenomenal staff! They’re extremely friendly, welcoming, eager to help, excellent with communications and you can trust that any and all of the maintenance requests will be handled immediately!So if you’re searching for a home where the staff helps create peace of mind, safety and security, and engages the residents in fun events such as Christmas parties in the winter to pool parties in the summer, I highly recommend Bishop North!!

Beautifully and thoughtfully built and designed. Bishop North is a piece of art in itself.. Our tour guide Rebeccas passion and love for the property was so genuine, her excitement to share the property elevated the touring experience.. The property speaks for itself but the story of how it all came to be and how incredibly it was executed separates it from any other property in the area.. Amenities and perks for tenants was so long you lose count.. Bishop North brings simplicity and elegance in a very authentic and natural way.

I Lived in Bishop North for over a year and I can honestly say, it’s the best decision ever made. As a person who owns a small business, I appreciate the small community and accessibility to restaurants, classy and unique bars and convenience to whatever I need right at my doorstep. Very fun, but chill nightlife, lots of community events hosted on-site, beautiful, spacious apartments so i can work from home, in comfort. And a lovely staff who seems to go above and beyond to ensure us residents enjoy our stay. HANDS DOWN THE BEST DECISION TO MOVE HERE!Crazy bc i was just passing by the area and just happened to stop in. Brittany greats me with a very welcoming smile. She listen and paid attention to what I was looking for and concerns! She provided me with a great number of options and packages from the 4 different properties. I came back 2 days later to confirm and ran in to Rebecca at the front desk! She gave me an amazing tour and educated me on the surrounding areas and just very informative about the community. (I had a lot going on that day and had to pick my kid up from school so I had to leave and come back) as I come back to finish my paper the only one in the office at the time was Brandy! Brandy provided an abundance of support and guidance through the whole paperwork process. Answered any lingering questions I had. I could personally say without her clarity on everything I would have been lost and probably would have never sealed the deal! The leasing team here is immaculate, hands down!Post moving in, my experience has been off the charts! Between the events and amenities the apartment has to offer. The community and the neighborhood speaks for itself. Everything is in walking distance, grocery store, restaurant, shops, stores, bars, yoga, fitness centers, even a hospital! I could personally say I really love living here!

First off I am so thankful for this apartment and all the memories it has brought me. If it wasn’t for me needing a different scenery I would stay here 2 more years! I have been a resident for 2 years now. Everything is great from management, to safety, to events, to aesthetics, maintenance & location. My favorite part about our apartments is the community feel and our pool area. It is such a vibe. Very pet friendly community and the addition of the new dog park is so dope! There is weekly resident events like wine Wednesday and breakfast on Saturday. Also they are so good about letting us know about events in the area and we have some awesome pop ups. It is easily accessible for guests and ton of street and lot parking. I really have nothing negative to say about living here. I started in a 2 bedroom and moved to a soft loft and loved both of the units. Our gym is small but mighty and has all the major things you need. The community around us is amazing and if you are the “happy hour, work from coffee shop, night out for dinner” type, you will fit right in. Thank you so much Bishop North for a great two years. Maybe I’ll be back 😉

I’m on my third lease term with Bishop North which says a lot because I used to move lease after lease. I’ll honestly stay here til I’m ready for a house, it’s that great of a building & neighborhood!I’ve had a wonderful experience here and definitely the entire staff is amazing (leasing, cleaning, maintenance- everyone!). Also; the fellow residents are great as well. Everyone does a great job at respecting the property and being courteous neighbors :)The neighborhood is wonderful, so many amazing shops and restaurants. And the property staff puts on great resident events - wine Wednesday, food from local businesses, etc.

Isabel helped us out with all of our leasing questions with great kindness and detail. Something that I’ve not experienced at all the places we have lived. We really appreciate how great the communication is here and how easy the office is to work with. Highly recommend living here. You won’t regret it.

Ive lived at Bishop North for 2 years now and Ive enjoyed living here. They show a top-notch focus on building a community within the neighborhood. Its encouraged to meet your neighbors and thats led to lasting friendships for me and the ability to enjoy Bishop Arts with people close by.I frequently spend time in the leasing office (designed for both work and relaxation) and Sandrea and Isabel exemplify personable and professional staff. Would recommend.

We are in our second Exxir/Bishop property now and after living with this company for over a year at Bishop North and now at Bishop Flats, I can truly say the team of people they have hired are truly amazing! Everyone on staff from leasing to maintenance is so nice, and welcoming. They really care about the bishop arts community and making sure this is a great place to live and call home. Whatever issue weve had at either apartment has been solved efficiently and effectively and we have never had more fun living somewhere. The community they have cultivated for these properties is phenomenal and we LOVE where we live.

I just moved to Dallas from Nashville. Even prior to my being in town, Jansen was incredibly present and helpful over the phone to make my transition smooth. Upon arriving, I had many issues with the moving company and the team at Bishop North quite literally “gave the shirt off their own back” to try to help me. To say great hospitality is an insane understatement. This team is incredible. Their community events are really fun and very frequent, and the block bishop north sits on is super, super cute. Soooo many local boutiques, bars, and restaurants. The amenities make you feel like you’re on permanent vacation. If you’re looking for a diverse, fun, and warm environment, don’t pass this place up.

I love living here. Ive been here for several months now and the apartments are polished, attractive, and well set up. The staff is friendly, genuine, and helpful. The location is unmatched, with restaurants and shops literally feet away. The courtyard is beautiful, the pool is beautiful, and while I havent used it (unfortunately), the gym is beautiful too.My neighbors are friendly, theres a parking garage, full size washer and dryers, and theres cute dogs literally everywhere.

I’ve lived here for just about a year and it has been everything that I’ve been looking for. To start, the leasing center is a great place to meet new future friends and the staff has been nothing but outstanding. Sandrea has been so helpful with anything we need. She and the staff has been so accommodating as if this were a 5 star hotel. The amenities have been great with a Tulum style pool and a roof top gym. If you are considering moving to bishop arts, consider Bishop north as an option.

I’ve lived at Bishop North for a couple of months now and have had an amazing experience. Not only am I in love with my apartment but also the building itself. Some of my favorites about Bishop North are the Tulum inspired pool area, the TRX fitness center, the 24 hour resident lobby and Mama Tree Dog Park. I love it having to move my car many days throughout the week as the neighborhood is super walkable with everything I need at my footsteps. I couldn’t finish the review without mentioning the amazing leasing and management team there. You really feel the dedication they put forth to make sure their residents are happy!

Whoever is giving this place a 1 star review would review Mother Theresa as a one star. This building is a new build so of course theres going to be kinks that need to be worked out. But so far, I have loved every second of living here. Staff is very attentive and immediate when fixing problems or answering questions. The community here has also been super fun and welcoming. You can walk to almost any cuisine your heart desires in about 5 minutes which is a huge plus. Very dog friendly as well. I would highly recommend moving here if youre looking for a place in Bishop Arts.

Bishop North apartments are top of the line. The attention to detail in the pool, lounge area, courtyard and even the tile and exposed shelving in the units. The units get great lighting, have new appliances and maintenance is very responsive. You can tell they really care about this place. Not to mention it’s literally central to the amazing restaurants, live music, bars and shops of Bishop Arts. This is the place hands down.

I moved in a couple weeks ago. I couldn’t be happier! I haven’t lived in an apartment complex in several years and was worried about the noise made by other tenants. I can say I have not once heard anything from any of my neighbors. Every amenity is first class. The staff is prompt and helpful. And being right in the middle of the best neighborhood in Dallas makes it all the better. If you’re looking for a new apartment, don’t look any further.

The best management staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with as a tenant during move in. The unit itself is fantastic and requires very little dressing up. Moving in was wicked easy and extremely convenient. Having all of the amenities of Bishop Arts so conveniently located 50 feet away makes living here so much better. Five stars.

Overall a beautiful apartment complex with above average amenities.Pros:* beautiful units, pool, lounge, dog park, etc. Everything looks great.* maintenance is very responsive.* lots of fun neighborhood events.* great, social neighbors.Cons:* power outages happen a lot, which is difficult when working from home* the dog park often smells and has cockroaches in the summer, although they do clean it often and Im hoping this summer is better.* the rooftop gym doesnt have internet.* the Exxir Eats app doesnt work at all and Ive never been able to order from a single restaurant.* maintenance requests dont have an associated status so its difficult to see whats been done to address things before the request is closed.* package delivery is difficult, especially after hours, and drivers often have trouble and leave packages outside.* no garage bicycle racks.* there had been a lot of miscommunications and poor management by the previous leasing staff (e.g. one staff saying I could park my moving pod on the street when another said I couldnt, forgetting to notify tenants of registration requirements/towing in a welcome pack, late rent fees even with autopay etc.), but they have since left and communication seems to be better now, so Im holding out.

One of the Best Spots to live. If you are from L.A. and remember the good days of Venice beach then Bishop North is the spot- minus the bikinis and beach of course. The area has Soul and Energy unlike anyplace in Dallas. Entrepreneurship blossoms with locally owned shops and bars/restaurants- Bishop North is a classy and artist Building with a great resort style pool. Give the office a call and take a tour. Bishop North is my home base between Miami and Los Angeles. it should be yours too.

Bishop North Apts is nestled in the trendy neighborhood of Bishop Arts District conveniently located near many of Dallas’ top restaurants. The apartment building and units are beautifully designed with a southwestern bohemian feel. The leasing lounge and pool area are second to none offering a place where photo opportunities are second to none. My wife and I love to visit our sister in law there.

I have to say living here feels like a dream. Everything you would need in a home is right here! Im still hoping they will install a jacuzzi in the building somewhere. Dionte is the most respectful and humble building manager. He helped me with any issues I had in the unit and it got fixed immediately. They threw an amazing pool party with great music this past Saturday! Im glad to have made a choice to live here.
