    I love Birchwood just visited their Las weekend met the wonderful Cory and brianna and Mya. They were all so helpful and super professional took a extended tour with Cory he made the process so easy. Gonna live here for sure

    I live at Birckwood Apt we have some new people in the management office. This young lady named MYA is so sweet she is so easy to talk to. She made me feel so at easy. The day I went to the office. I was so upset about something that was a concerning problem . It was very important she made me at easy in no time. She a pulse for our office so glad shes here

    I have been living in Birchwood apts homes for two years, Tania Hall she always wonderful with outstanding customer service.my experience living here is Great. Im about to Re-do one More year lease.BTW I meet MYA Today she is very polite and professional Good customer service too.God bless our community..

    I haven’t moved in officially yet, but so far, my experience has been WONDERFUL!! Thedra was nothing but courteous and helpful; she made me laugh, she told me stuff to help keep me safe in my unit, all in all, the best experience i’ve had! you can really tell when someone cares about helping you, and i appreciated that more than anything, especially in these times.Ms. Thedra, if you see this- you really touched me with the way you helped me like i was family, and i’m sending all of my love your way!!!

    Mirka & Lisa have been awesome this last week. Ive been here since moving to Texas (few years now) and I was literally going to move due to several different office staff and unfixed maintenance needs. These two have reassured me and made me feel comfortable staying at this location. Big ups to Mirka she has took the time to go above for me (which has NEVER happened since Ive lived in this complex) Thanks a bunch

    I took a tour with jenice and she was AMAZINGGGG! She was super nice and very professional. Had the other apartment complex not had more amenities I would’ve definitely moved here just based on her!
