I have enjoyed my almost 3 years living at the B&B apartments. The apartments are kept up with repairs and pest control. There’s no partying going on, loud music and no trash laying around. The owner and office staff are wonderful and easy to work with. I definitely recommend living here.

I had a wonderful experience with the complex. They seem to care about who stays there. My apartment was clean and ready to move in. The price was excellent and they were straight forward and honored what they said; either through email or in person. Lastly, when I moved out; it was seamless and easy.

My experience was great. Landlord and staff are all friendly. Had an issue with front door sticking to the point of not being able to open it. Called them and it was fixed the next day.Rent is reasonable and only went up due to electricity going up and wasnt that much.Always clean and kept up.No issues with neighbors and got to know a few of them.If needed to would be my first choice to go back to.

I have lived here 2.5 yrs and only moving for my childs college. East campus by Edwards street , is the place I was at. Staff and maintance have been great! They screen people living here but any place gets its share of rude and loud neighbors. Not the fault of the landlord, if someone presents a sweet/fake personality. Facts are some moved in here and caused problems. Staff tried to work with them.Ive felt safe here with state troopers on site too. Nice to have the park right here to enjoy also!If you expect total silence, thats not reality for living in any apartment compkex. They have nice people moving in that are loud. If you talk with neighbors they usually tone it down. Again, people are going to live life. Cant blame landlord for manners, or lack of them.Whenever I had problems with appliances, they fixed or replaced them quickly! If I needed any repairs in unit, it was looked after in a very timely manner. When I needed a grab bar for the shower, they put one in at no charge to me!Bottom line, I would highly recommend B&B Apartments as a great choice!

I have loved living here for almost 10 years now. They take great care of the apartments, care that our homes are pest free, and maintenance is above satisfactory.

Ive lived here almost two years, the units are clean and well maintained and affordable. Staff is courteous and friendly. I dont know what happened with the people giving this place bad reviews, but Ive been extremely happy here.

When we lived here, we loved it. They sprayed every month and the landlords were very kind to us. The accommodated to all of our needs!!

They will help you with an emergency housing if you a qualify for an apartment the lady that was working the office today she was really sweet
