I have nothing but great things to say about the Ashley House! My interactions with Bianna and Mary have been nothing short of perfect, they both are caring and polite and know their business! Maintenance has come for a couple small issues and they were addressed timely. The apartment was clean upon move in, cute modern and has every amenitie we were looking for. You wont be disappointed! Ask for Mary or Brianna, you will be happy to call Ashley House, home!

These apartments give such a welcoming invite. I was first contacted via email by Mary- who is so quick, responsive, and so friendly! Erwin and Brianna were so warm and friendly when I took a visit at the complex. And I have to say Brianna has been so patient and such a big help through my application process, she is amazing! I definitely recommend this complex when looking for a place! Not only is it an great location, they have the most amazing & friendly staff!

My 5 star review is based on Customer experience. When I first waled into the office the leasing agent Brianna gave me a very warm welcome with a big smile and awesome energy. She explained the step by step process for rental. The office and property are beautiful and super clean. The pool area looks like a high end resort. They have an indoor basketball court. It was a very good experience. Brianna answered all my questions, gave me all the details for online application. Dear Ashley Management team you should be very proud of having such a talented well trained office managers. To all the readers I can tell you that this apartment complex have good vibes. I will update my experience and add pics soon. I am super excited. 😃

Out of all the apartment complexes I had the chance to get a tour the Ashley House assistant manager Mary, & Leasing agent, Brianna made me feel the most comfortable and welcome in their place. Both were extremely helpful in my process of applying and moving in to my apartment. That on top of liking the floor plan a lot and enjoying the residential area basically made choosing Ashley House an easy decision for my at the end of it all.

I live there for 7 years and never had an issue. It was hard to move out after I bought my house though. Peaceful and quiet place. The staff is very nice. I don’t know the property manager name , but he is very kind and always trying to make his residents happy by giving food on the way out, or inviting them for events. Only dealt with Mary, his assistant, and always took care of me. She always showed care and support. Don’t let bad reviews fool you. Try it out and you won’t regret it. The apartments are clean and the maintenance team is always working trying to keep the place clean. At least if call for maintenance emergency, someone will be there for you even if it is at the middle of night.

I can say many positive things about Ashley House Apartments. The location is ideal being VERY near (within walking distance) a grocery store, pharmacy, church, restaurants, athletic facility (the Y). I have no major complains about the office staff or maintenance team. In the office Mary and Erwin are good listeners. Am pleased with way the staff handles maintenance requests with promptness, expertise, courtesy and follow up. In particular, Aaron has had the magic touch each and every timeI feel we are due for an improvement. Being one who walks the whole property almost every day, the complex as a whole has a mature, lived-in look about it bordering on worn/shabby due to the poor condition of many plants and shrubs. I have been here 18 years; it is home and and to my knowledge none have been replaced. We need a face lift! I hope it is in the plan.Thank you letting me share my thoughts.

This place is amazing. From the very first day I walked in and inquired about a place to stay everyone was so welcoming and easy to work with. Ms Mary helped me out and was outstanding and phenomenal. The complex is very clean and quiet. I moved my things in late night after signing my paperwork and receiving my keys and it was calm and peaceful. I also received outstanding help from Daisi who was the kindest and most patient human being with a beautiful smile. Her and Mary made me feel comfortable about my decision. I didn’t feel like just a person who was giving away money to have a place to stay. I felt as if I was apart of a family. Thanks to you all at Ashley house.

Peaceful and pretty! I have been living here for 2 years now and each day is like waking up in paradise, I kid you not. I see the maintenance guys always picking up any trash to keep the place looking clean and presentable. The office is always on point and are always looking for ways to brighten up the day. The apartment grounds are always kept up and the apartments are very standard apartments. Very nice flooring. Nothing bad like previous reviews was noticeable when we toured the property. The front office staff has always responded in a timely manner and fixed what needed to be fixed. Of course, there are issues but show me a complex that doesnt have any at all and I will move there. Gates are always closed which is not like any other property I have lived in. Lots of kids for mine to play with and pools are very nice. I will definitely renew.

We were very happy with leasing agent, Daisy Duron, job since we arrived yesterday afternoon looking for a 3 bedroom apartment. Me and my wife Claudia were very enthusiastic with the tour, explanation and description of the amenities and apartment details. Daisy did an amazing job with the application process and we are very thankful for her time and assistance. We look forward to moving to the 3 bedroom apartment this coming July. We strongly recommend anyone who is looking for an apartment in the Cinco Ranch area to there.

I just want to say living here has been smooth lately. The staff is very professional and friendly. Work orders have been done fast. Property looking cleaner and i love their resident events they have. They always make you feel welcomed. I definitely recommend these apartments. 1. They do not get flooded when it rains 2. they have the best SCHOOL DISTRICT IN KATY!

If your looking for a nice quiet complex that is family-oriented and safe. This place is a good fit. I stayed here for a little over a year in a one bedroom apt on the third floor. I enjoyed it very much, I had a few small complaints but nothing serious. Good staff and maintenance crew. Great location too.

Great apartments in a great neighborhood. The ladies in the front are so nice and friendly. The enforced towing is great. Sometimes there is trash in the streets or trash on the ground and not in the dumpsters

I really like living here. I like the events they have. I give it 5 stars. The maintenance people are very good people.
