This apartment complex has had such a big turn around! They’ve really changed so much. Inside apartments are nice. The manager and assistant manager are the nicest people. Helpful and attentive. Maintenance is always on top of things! Stairs have been redone!

Went by this this afternoon for a tour and met Jazmin & Ashley in the office. Ashley welcomed me into her office to get pricing and info about the property. Jazmin offered water and snack while I got info. We all went to tour. the property was clean and well maintained.I passed an older maintenance guy that was working. I look forward to making this my new home soon. Thank you management

Stopped by yesterday for a tour and Ashley and Jaslyn were amazing. As soon as you go in they both welcome you and make it feel like at home. Very thorough on how the process is and the steps for applying and moving in. Even though I am not looking to move until April they still took the time out to help. If you stop by make sure you talk to either one of them.

Great price to value ratio. Courtney did an awesome job! Now that I live at a different apt complex I can honestly say I wish she was the property manager where am at. The only problem I had on my 3 years there was the AC and they replaced it. No problems with neighbors, smells or leaks. Would definitely recommend.

So far my fiancée and I have lived here going on two years August of 2019. We’ve renewed our lease and have had no issues. The property is quiet and the neighbors all stay to themselves, really. It’s really nice. Maintenance is fast and they really get the job done. I would recommend this complex to anyone! No washer and dryer hook ups but they do have a laundry facility that takes the money card. They have grills throughout the complex so your apartments chances of catching fire and losing a life’s build up of memories are really a zero chance. I love the floors being all tile and carpet throughout the bedrooms only. And the fact that the master closet is a mini bedroom is really a blessing. It’s very spacious. We have the 2x1 floor plan. Management is the best here. They are always working in the office and staying late when needed. Which is super awesome! My fiancée and I really love this place. I can’t imagine us living anywhere else just yet.

I have lived in this complex Since February 2016 and I could not be happier! I absolutely love Courtney and how she always goes above and beyond to make her residents happy and meet their needs. I am currently in my 4th apartment and I have never had any issues with anything that has not been addressed when asked. Dee who is head of maintenance is great and always does a great job on anything I have needed fixed! It will be a sad day when I do decide to leave them! Definitely recommend!!

The times that I do have aMaintenance issue, the guyscome as fast as they can andsolve the problem quickly and efficiently. This morning, my front door acted up and maintenance was here rightaway and had it fixed in a few minutes. Thanks! Yall areGreat!

Very nice complex! brand new pool, nice layouts inside the apartments. A few minor issues inside but the staff are nice & helpful. Sometimes parking can get crowded but i imagine thats just typical of an apartment complex
