The application and move in process was super easy and fast! Very pleased with the staff as they are easy to communicate with and maintenance comes almost as soon as they receive work order! The apartments are so spacious and beautiful, I feel like Im not even in an apartment as it seems more like a home! So glad I chose Thirty one thirty!

3130 apartments is a great location to live in , I haven’t had issues with my time living there. Maintenance is always there whenever you need it. The front desk workers are helpful I highly recommend staying at 3130.

ALY&MYRA @ 3130 Apartments gave me a great experience and was very sympathetic during my time in need. I appreciate how supportive they were with me especially Aly she goes above and beyond and she a very sweet lady. I’m satisfied with my experience and I appreciate them so much.

I’ve lived here for a little over a year and have had a few issues like a water leak, and few appliance issues. But for the most part these apartments are the perfect place for what you pay for rent. The office is always putting in work orders to be done and they take some time but they get done. Other than the helicopters going to the hospital it’s very quiet, we haven’t had issues with people, every stays to themselves and when there is something tragic like the fire. Everyone helps anyone and checks to make sure everyone is ok. It’s like a little community here. The only thing I wish this apartment complex had was a dog park. I recommend this place to quite a few people. Best apartment by far

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!Ive been here a little over a year. I have had bad experiences with leasing management in the past. So much so that I could not trust the new management and i was not the nicest person when i met them because my guard was up pretty high. Well Alyssa, Betsy, and Susan definitely looked past that and were very understanding. They have been very helpful since they moved in. Im not afraid to call them for maintenance because I know they will come and I wont get upset waiting for them. I was rushing to find a way out of these apartments but now that they are here...I think I will stick around a bit. I have already seen a lot of change and its only neen about 2 months. Thank you guys for being so understanding and respectful! Literal answer to my prayers and Im sure several other residents.

My wife and I have lived here at 31 Thirty since June of this year and it has made incredible improvements since our last residency in 2011 and 2012. We have an upgrade apartment, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, excellent paint and a very nice view with updated windows. The management allowed us to bring all of our own appliances with us, so there will be no issues with upkeep of any provided appliances. We even have our stackable washer and dryer in the utility room. Parking is close and is not overly crowded and the parking spots are not assigned, a good thing when a family has two cars. The assistant manager (Sylvia!) is hands-on and has been very attentive to our needs and requests. There has been no crime here that I am aware of and the other residents seem polite and do not cause problems. There is good separation between units so we cannot hear our neighbors from anywhere in our apartment. There have been no loud parties or fights. We plan on staying here as no other complex can compete for this amount of money. Shopping is very close and within walking distance if you wish. Id recommend 31 Thirty to anyone. -Rod-

When I first moved here, the managers Robbie and Brittany were very rude, unprofessional, and lied on us every single day. They cornered my wife at one point while I was at work and harassed her because they knew I wasnt there. But ever since weve gotten new management, things have gotten so much better. They work with us if were late on rent, and are very polite.

Ive lived here for nearly a year. I had a lot of issues in the beginning that made me feel uncomfortable giving this property a half a star. In the last few months alot of changes have been made to the complex.. my enjoyment of living here has drastically increased. Theres still a few issues with the property but they are working hard to get them corrected. Over all I can comfortably give them 4 stars.. we will see if the future holds that 5 star for this community.

Brenda and Sylvia at 31Thirty have been great with accompanying my needs during move in and after. I moved into an updated apartment in May and so far great neighbors and no problems whatsoever!

I think they are great apartments lot of things to do around there walking distance when you have a very pleasant and nice managers around there. I visit my family over there sometime and it seems like a very good place to live

I like the places I been out here for 4 years and I never had problems with nobody out here they fixs stuff on time I like because my kids come out side to play with kids never had problems with nobody they really cool out here
