Moved in three months ago, and we couldnt be happier. Weve got the best of both worlds - all the amenities of an apartment but in a small house. Staff is amazing, and maintenance and landscaping are handled by the property. The community is conveniently located close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the Woodlands. A true gem. -

My aunt and cousin moved there about a month ago and they LOVE IT!! Clean and well- planned layout, with a pool and lawn maintenance services. Pets are allowed, with a deposit and monthly rent for them, as well! Altogether a very nice place. -

Looking for apartment, walked in the property manager was helpful and kind. She provided me all the options for each cottage. She also walked me around the property. I know where Iβll be living in a couple of months. -
