I have been living at Tuscany for a couple of years now and I must say I love to call this place home. The price, space, and location checked every box off of my list. Tracy has been a great help with my family and i renewing our new lease. -

Amazing accommodation, spacious and clean in a terrific location that is close to everything. Management (Richdale apartments) is kind, quick and attentive to help fix any issues and the community is so friendly. Amenities are fantastic including a big clean pool with lounge chairs. -

We have been here over a year and originally the management was no so great. They let the place go and it took forever to take care of any requests. Ever since Annette came in, the management of the Villas is top notch! I cant say enough great things about her and her management skills. -
