At first I was a bit iffy because it seemed like it was going to be a hassle getting approved but Chloe managed to make it happen. She was very helpful through the whole process. It’s a bit hard to get a hold of someone at times but they do reach back out when they are available. Over all super excited for the new home for me and my kiddos. They were super stoked and the major upgrade we now have living wise and all the amazing amenities they have to offer. Hope this is our forever place for a while. Thanks a bunch Chloe!!

Chloe was great she was nice and kind and informative .I had a 8:30 tour and arrive as she arrived . She got straight to work . She showed me a unit that i loved but was concerned about some areas that needed repaired and she assured me that everything that was messed up in the unit would be repaired before i move in. And gave it to me on a special, i think. Im excited about my new home to be. And I cant wait to experience all the amenities Lakebridge Townhomes offers.

Chloe was amazing ! I had a 12pm Scheduled Tour 12/21 but arrived a little early. She immediately assisted me and showed me a tour of the office which was the floorplan I was interested in . The floorplan was beautiful especially with all the renovation. The neighborhood it self seems quiet . I applied soon as i left and I can’t wait to make LAKEBRIDGE Townhome my new home !

My experience was great! The townhomes are lovely. Office was very professional and nice. Worried a little about all the 1 star reviews. Thinking about moving there.

I got an immediate appointment to view the townhome as I was having a problem with scheduling, and was very impressed with what I saw as well as the professionalism of the manager.

Heather was awesome. She showed me 2 units even though it was close to closing time. She took the time to answer all of my questions and give me answers to questions I didn’t know I had lol. I will absolutely love the community and look forward to the next steps.

I just want to say, I’ve been here for two years and I have seen many people getting in and out. The office staff is awesome. Lady has helped me with my transfer. All the staff gets back to me in a timely manner. I prefer email. Phone is hard but I always get the help I need.

My Family and I moved in May 2018, we love it here and proud to call Bellaria Home. The maintenance and manager are a great team, and if any maintenance service request are made they come out quickly and repair it. If your looking for a place to live ,come see for yourself and meet the staff and take a look at these really nice townhomes. Tell them SC sent you!

I’m currently looking for a new place to call home. I came across these townhome, and decided to stop by. I will start off by saying Marcus is amazing. Just his attitude/personality alone makes me want to live here. He answered each and ever last question I had without hesitation. Which showed me he is confident, and will handle business. The townhomes are extremely spacious. They’re huge especially for the price. The are seemed quite as well. Thanks Marcus for being extremely patient with me.

Hey to everyone out there whos in the market looking for an apartment /townhouse. BELLARIA TOWNHOMES are the Best by far, and believe me when I say the Best, Im not kidding. The Property is always well maintained, and the staff; OMG!!!!! I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT HOW GREAT THEY ARE. The Entire Management Team is Spectacular. This is and Awesome place to live. The floor plans are so Spacious until it is Unbelievable. New upgrades have been added and the Community is Flourishing. I would highly recommend living here. The Maintenance crew is Always at Your service whenever You need them, and the Owner; Well, I could not have asked for a more Understanding, Loyal, soooo friendly, easy to talk to Person. So for anyone who is out there looking for a GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME, PLEASE COME HOME TO BELLARIA TOWNHOMES.
