I toured the Collection Townhomes and instantly fell in love. All the amenities they offer, the cleanliness, and the staff checked every box I was looking for for my future home. I decided to move in and they made the process absolutely seamless and easy for a quick transition into my new home. The staff was there anytime I needed help or had any questions, and more than willing to help with such humble and caring attitudes. I absolutely love where I have decided to live and plan to be here very long term! -

Best decision I ever made. Just received the opportunity of a lifetime and had to come across the country without being able to tour first, but the staff at The Collection made my leasing experience so easy. They sent me virtual tours and did FaceTime tours for me until we found me the right home. I moved in yesterday just in time to start the new year in my new home! -

Beautifully managed building and convenient location in town. The management team, especially Laci, has been the epitome of hospitality! You know that you are going to be taken care of when you work with her. Shes just so warm and responsive, and always acknowledging any questions you may have. The finishes themselves are modern and space is well-designed. Maintenance team here comes out within the same day if not within 24 hours. I love the sense of community and being able to meet neighbors at the events that they have throughout the year. I hope to stay for as long as I can. This building is a real GEM! -

We just moved in and have been loving our townhome so much! The minor things we have needed help with have been handled immediately by the amazing maintenance staff and Laci, the property manager, has been so kind and helpful. In comparison to our last apartment complex, this has been such a refreshing upgrade. -

Loved living at Moser South and the management and maintenance teams were top tier. Amazing, spacious townhomes with modern finishes, gas stoves, vaulted ceilings and a loft space in the master bedroom, and so many other neat features. And the location was also incredible since it was within walking distance to Henderson and Lower Greenville. The only negative would be that the Samsung fridges have ice makers that freeze over but that’s a problem affecting all Samsung fridges.Maintenance was super responsive (always came same or next day), and management was non-oppressive which I definitely appreciated, generally being pretty laidback but responsive when needed.Highly recommend! -

I have had the best experience renting with The Collection. Their townhomes are completely updated with modern interiors and new appliances. The property management team is friendly & responsive to requests and questions. Most importantly - a very responsive maintenance team! They have come over in less than an hour to fix issues. Can’t recommend The Collection enough! -

Property: CabellWe have really enjoyed our time here so far (1 year and 4 months down, 8 months left on our lease). Kayla has been receptive to all of our needs, and has been really great in all of my dealings with her. It’s the kind of place that the staff knows you, your neighbors get to know you, and everyone is super friendly.The true shining light at The Collection is the maintenance staff. I haven’t had to submit many maintenance requests but EVERY SINGLE ONE has been responded to within 24 hours and resolved to my satisfaction. The staff is friendly, professional and goes above and beyond for me.I’ll give you a specific example, we went on a trip, and Israel with maintenance started noticing packages piling up at my door. He texted me to let me know and I was able to open my garage door remotely and he dropped them in there. That kind of service you do not get at other places.I’m really happy with this place, and I plan on renewing when that time comes. -

I really enjoy living here! The new townhomes are beautiful and modern. I love how dog friendly the whole community is. The maintenance and leasing staff are extremely friendly and truly care about their tenants. With any rental, there have been small maintenance issues and the team responds quickly and gets the issue fixed in a timely manner. -

This staff is absolutely amazing!! As a locator, I work with so many and this is truly one of the best! Not to mention the Townhomes themselves, community and location are top notch! All of my clients have been super impressed with the modern design of the community and the awesome customer service they received! And are looking forward to move in day! Omg! The best townhomes hands down. My husband and I have been living here for 6 months now and we are so pleased with the upkeep of the grounds and how beautiful our home is. The office staff is sooo nice. Laci is the absolute best! She is so responsive, doesn’t make me feel bad for asking so many questions, and over all has such a warm spirit that comes through the phone. We love it. -

Property: One LindellI’ve loved living here! Not only is every detail of our townhome high quality, but Kayla and the rest of the team have been amazing! There’s been 2 maintenance requests (super minor due to new construction build) and they were literally at our door immediately! The only downside of living here is our lease will sadly come to an end eventually! Love love it and 10/10 recommend -

Ive toured many of The Collection townhomes and others, and I can honestly say that The Collection has beautiful townhomes with great finishes in some of the best locations in Dallas! The online portal makes maintenance requests and payments a breeze and their friendly & responsive staff are excellent! I highly recommend living at The Collection! -

The actual townhouses are very nice and modern. However they decide when they want to take away your amenities that you pay for in your rent. Also, homeless people allover camping out. They are in the dumpster daily, and create a sketchy environment. Gating this entire area would be a great benefit! -
