I have been here 3yrs and have been through quite a few managers in that time and I have to say that the new management and maintenance guys are doing an amazing job! They address maintenance issues promptly and do it correctly, the manager Kimberly and leasing agent Charity; are kind, knowledgeable and working hard to get this community back to shape. I do miss Kita, who worked her tail off too; she got the ball rolling for this place and glad to see new blood finish it.

Lindsey is a great apartment manager. Always kind and attentive to our needs. The maintenance guy Chris works hard from early morning til late at night always taking care of issues that arise. They go above and beyond their job duties always looking out for the kids when they are out on property. It’s a great place to live because of the management and maintenance team. Crystal is very kind and helpful as well. They make a great team and make this a place I’m proud to call home.

I recently moved in these apartments. Crystal was so efficient in helping me get in. Lindsey is a blessing as the manager. She is awesome!! Chris the maintenance man is special! He and the whole team go above and beyond their duties. I really appreciate you guys!! Thanks for your heart warming welcome!!❤️ Couldnt ask for a better team. Truly blessed to have them.

I have lived here five years and love it. The same apartment manager, Rachel and maintenance man Chris have been here since it opened and I think they are great. Very professional, quick to take care of problems and just nice people. For the most part the residents are quiet and pleasant. The apartments are nice, built in 2012 I think. Easy access to the loop and Canyon E-Way.

Stone Canyon has been one of the best apartments Ive lived in and I couldnt be any happier here. Lindsey the Manager is very friendly and helpful with anything I may need and does so with a smile. Crystal the lease agent is always ready to help if I have any questions. Chris the Maintenance man has bent over backwards to help fix any problems I may have, and if for any reason he cant fix it the same day he will let me know and have it done within a day or two. I simply can not say enough about how wonderful the staff here at Stone Canyon has been to make living here the best it can be! Five stars all the way!

We have lived here for about 3yrs and we love it. The office staff is so nice and helpful.This a great place to live. It’s its own little community. The maintenance man Chris is always on top of any maintenance issues. He’s super friendly and very hard working. ❤️🏡

Stone Canyon is one of the best places to live in the Amarillo area, with easy access to I-27 and the loop. Lindsey the Property Manager is very Knowledgeable and Friendly, treats you like family whenever you need anything and I cant imagined living anywhere else. Any and all issues whether big or small are taken care promptly by filing a work order with the Awsome Maintenance staff. The Head Maintenance man Chris is always friendly and easy to talk with. He goes above and beyond to do his absolute best to satisfy. The new leasing agent Crystal is always cheerful and eager to help with anything I may need. The residents are all very nice & friendly, within the quiet, safe environment of the well keeped & maintained apartment complex. I give Stone Canyon 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ in all aspects of staff, residents and peace of mind.

Thank you to the new maintenance staff that I recently had the pleasure in meeting while they quickly addressed some minor repairs I had in my unit felt very comfortable, they were very kind and pleasant to talk to. Thank you to our management for always being so friendly and caring about their tenants and making things easy when a request is made for repairs or in answering questionsI appreciate your time.

The accessibility to everything in town makes it very easy, and the staff, especially Chris, is always swift to fix any problems and answer any questions. I absolutely love where I live! Rachel, Chris and the entire team take the time to go the extra mile for all of their tenants and all of the children. It is very family and pet friendly, structured, safe, and a wonderful place to live. You couldn’t ask for a better management team! Any time I have needed any of them, they are fast, super friendly, and efficient. This will be our home for years to come! Come be Part of the family, you won’t be disappointed!

I have lived here a little over 6 months and it’s truly been a great place it’s quite the actual apartment is lovely I haven’t had any issues what so ever and the landlord and secretary are wonderful ladies. When I thought my dryer wasn’t working the maintenance man came and got excess lint under the filter and it worked but he came right away wonderful place to live.

Great place to live! been here for a few years now! Chris the maintenance King is beyond amazing!!! Hes always working day and night, going above and beyond for any and everyone here!!! Ive never had such an awesome Mr. Fix it man that will put everyones needs way before his own!!! Give this man a HUGE RAISE!!! Stone Canyon has been an awesome place to live and raise my son . My son was not happy where we lived before and he loves our apartment and our maintenance man Chris is like family. Best apartment complex i have ever lived at! Rachel the manger is best apartment manger i have ever had! She works with you and tries help you out as much as she can and chris the Maintenance man is a wounderfull person as well! He helps you out as much as he can as well..because of them i Recommend these apartments because they are ran by a great staff!!

Ohh nd have to say My dogs absolutely love him nd they dont like strangers at all, but he went and bought new parts fixed it the next day at My earliest convenience and it was done.. I am a single mom of 2 teen boys, and we have been homeless for a year. We spent time at a domestic violence shelter and hotel to hotel. Lidsay and chris were amazing and gave me the news that i had gotten the apt. Finally i am gonna get a new start to be independent and free. The staff here went out of their way for me and my kids. Even helping us with food to eat. I am beyond grateful and thankful gor these amazing people. I am full of hope that good people and God is still here.
