Living at Avalon Townhomes has been an incredible experience. The management is excellent, and their customer service is top-notch. They always respond quickly and appropriately. We’ve had to call maintenance a few times, and Misael has been fantastic, always arriving quickly and ready to help. The community here is also spectacular. Highly recommend living here!

I have lived at Avalon for over a year and this by far is the best team! Everyone is so professional and attentive. Ana has been wonderful and has gone above and beyond with any request especially with a recent AT&T situation I had. She spent hours rectifying the situation and I appreciate all her hard work and above and beyond customer service! Colleen, Brett and Misael have been great to work with as well and communication with everyone has been so prompt. Great team!

The new name Avalon Townhomes at Bee Cave has brought with it an exceptional new ownership and management team! Colleen, Brent, and Anna exude a much needed compassionate professionalism to our lively community. The townhomes are aesthetically beautiful with wonderful amenities. The clubhouse can be rented out by residents for private parties. Colleen and Brent have been patient with residents to hear concerns about a few areas during the new-build process that were missed by old ownership who refused to later address them. Brent and his team have quickly stepped in and taken immediate action to bring the construction of each unit to its full potential as concerns are addressed. Colleen has taken the helm to create a trusting vibrant atmosphere between residents and management that now feels like home. What a breath of fresh air. Great location. Great community. Lake Travis schools.

Yall!! I absolutely love Avalon townhomes the layout of my home is perfect for me and my growing family. With fantastic appliances and amenities, if there’s ever a problem maintenance is on top of all requests. The leasing office is kind and so easy to communicate with unlike so many other offices!! So happy to say I finally found my home for the next couple years!

The Avalon Townhomes @ Bee Cave have been a wonderful place to live for me and my family. Quality homes, clean community, and friendly neighbors.They have a great facilities and maintenance staff that has contributed to our wonderful experience. I wanted to give a personal shout out to Misael for all the support he’s provided. A management change is not always a smooth process, but Misael jumped right in and completed several work orders for us immediately. He’s SUPER responsive and helpful.

Gorgeous community, beautiful townhomes, kind management. Living at Brisa has been wonderful. The buildings are built well, as you can’t hear your neighbors through the walls whatsoever. Any time I had an issue, management was on top of it right away. I highly recommend Brisa Townhomes. One of the best communities I’ve lived in an pricing is very competitive.

We have been at Brisa for almost a year now and this has been one of the nicest places we have lived at. Property is beautiful, mgmt is quick to respond, and the best thing is that you can’t hear your neighbor from your place. I thought I was going to be able to hear them through our walls, but we haven’t had that issue. It’s a nice and quiet property. I feel like the price is right for the area we are in.

**Update**Brisa has all new management at the front office. Cade and Esha are exceptional - dedicated to Brisa (not floating between properties like the others). I have seen significant changes over the past couple of months in communication and responsiveness. They are both very kind and willing to help residents with their concerns.**If you look at the reviews, the negatives ones are all within the past year when they changed management. The 5 stars are all from a year ago with the previous management team.I love the location and I love my unit. The property is beautiful. Its a rental so the quality isnt great, but its good for a rental.I moved in right after they were built and have been here for a couple years, but will be moving as soon as my lease is up or earlier. I had planned to stay for 3 more years, but its always something with the front office. Unfortunately, mgmt makes or breaks these rental properties and the current management is rude, unhelpful and generally just couldnt care less once you sign on the dotted line. I deal with someone different every time I go into the office (I guess they rotate properties?) so no one knows anything and has to get back to you. This is challenging when when charges are put on my account and no one is able to discuss it with me. When I moved in, I knew the people in the front office, they were very helpful and one of them lived on site which reflected in how he cared for the residents and the community. I would avoid this place until the management issues have been resolved, but the units and property are great! Overall, its like most rentals, they are all smiles until you sign, then they dont owe you anything.

Our experience at Brisa has been great. Carter and Robert were very good to work with in coordinating our move in. Once we moved in there were a few minor maintenance related items (to be expected at a new property). The maintenance manager (Dave) and staff (Rahilia) have been very responsive and friendly to interact with.

Ive been living in Brisa since the 27th of December 2021, Im their first resident. Carter, Arny and Robert are excellent, helpful and always willing to go above and beyond. I have to specially thank Carter for helping us locate the right unit and making everything go as smoothly as possible. We relocated from Czech Republic and werent familiar with many things, hes been there to help guide us through setting up services, moving and tips around the area. I also have to call out the maintenance crew, specially David who have been prompt to fix/fine tune the details which are usual of a new property.

Robert and Carter are committed to customer service and are a pleasure. David, the maintenance guru deserves a special call out. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and can fix anything in a flash. My wife and I recently rented a Brisa townhome and we have had a very positive experience. This development features brand new townhomes so we were the first tenant. Being brand new is great but also brought some minor problems to fix. Fortunately, Brisa employs David as their maintenance manager and he has been excellent to deal with. In addition to being very friendly, we’ve found him both responsive and competent. Carter in the leasing office has also been great, even calling us to make sure we correctly set up the rent autopay feature. Brisa Townhomes includes several nice amenities including several grills located poolside. So we write this to give an enthusiastic endorsement of Brisa Townhomes.

Great experience with Carter during my initial tour and then onboarding as a new tenant. My family has enjoyed the townhouse and amenities as we are frequent visitors to the pool, workout room, game room and community area. The trail around the complex provides for great walks. I will also say the complex is quiet, you do not hear your neighbors.

We are moving to the US from the U.K. and are looking to move to the Austin area. We came by Brisa and was greeted by Carter. He showed us the lovely property and we fell in love with these townhomes! They are exquisite! We came soooooo close to leasing one of these homes but decided on a place closer to my daughter on the other side of Austin. It was literally a decision based on location. Brisa was definitely my first choice in EVERY area other than being close to my daughter! Carter was so kind… he even led us on a second tour that was completely unscheduled and was so accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this property and company!

I am obsessed! By far one of the nicest ‘apartments’ that I have ever lived in. No where else can you find this type of set up: large townhomes, attached two car garages, wonderful amenities and the best maintenance team!David (head of maintenance) is truly spectacular- All of my maintenance requests have been handled within 24 hours and he calls to be sure everything is satisfactory. I have never had such wonderful and friendly service! He is the kindest man and he is very thorough. I fell so comforted knowing he is here to help me and just an email away.My toddler and I love Brisa! 🙏🏻

He even Facetimed with me while he walked the property so that I could see where I was considering which unit to choose.
