Highly recommend!!! Our ice machine has not been able to keep up with the restaurant for a VERY long time. After an extensive clean, brazed in leak fix on the refrigeration line, and refrigerant fill we are back on track. Thank you Troy for taking time to address this problem, assessing everything with professional and educated acuity, you went WAY above and beyond. Jose is a pro, fixed everything perfectly and was kind and courteous. We will definitely use this company again, and would refer them to anyone with refrigeration problems!!! RSI has been our preferred vendor for all our cooler repairs as long as I can recall. They have been great.Repairs and parts may take some time, but the technicians and the receptionist have always been friendly and straight forward.From minor repairs like gaskets for coolers and lowboys, to getting over 10 coolers up and running when our condenser rack decided to stop working on us. They got you covered.

I’ve been using RSI for 25 years now at my Chick-fil-A restaurants and in my opinion, theres no one better! Their quarterly preventative maintenance plans are thorough and fairly priced. Im confident this program keeps my equipment running to its fullest potential. When something does need to be serviced due to an unforeseen problem, my team places the service call and RSI always responds within a reasonable time frame. Their technicians are knowledgeable and professional. They always have my equipment back up and running very quickly.Hats off to Mike New and Troy Watson! Their leadership at RSI allows me to spend more of my time selling chicken!

Technicians came in and did a great job taking care of our needs. They made sure that they did a very thorough inspection on our equipment and even noticed that our HVAC units werent running and let us know! Awesome job! Would highly recommend this company!

Best. Service. In town. Hands down. Fast response time, knowledgeable techs and amazing work. I highly recommend using their services. We had a cooler go down 1 day before our deliveries were to arrive for a new store opening. They were out within 1 day and fixed the cooler before our deliveries even arrived. Truly a happy customer. Will definitely be using RSI for all new store openings in DFW.

One of their technicians Mike Brazil came to our restaurant after battling freezer outages for a month and got down to business. He spent the day working to repair a problem no one could really diagnose, he repaired it and followed up the next day to make sure everything was still running smoothly. After getting the run-around from others, he went above and beyond to get us back where we needed to be. I appreciate his time and customer service. It’s the personal service like his that will keep us in business with RSI for years to come! Thank you Mike!!!

Just had one of their drivers draft tailgate me onto the freeway, blindly pull out in front of other vehicles, then proceed to think he’s in a NASCAR race on I-30, weaving in and out of traffic. Had a blue placard (handicap?) hanging from his rear view. This manchild is a liability nightmare for this company and needs to be reprimanded at the least.Received a phone call from the operations manager quickly. Shows that they take their business seriously. Good on them.

Wow! RSI is awesome! Customer service and the knowledge and skill level of their technicians are second to none. I have been in my career for 24 years and worked with several vendors from different trades. Troy truly went above and beyond in customer service. He came for a non-functioning walk in freezer and repaired two more issues while on site. Spending a little time with him increased my knowledge of my own property! I have no problem recommending RSI to any Class A facility.

I am writing this review with no other incentive but to tell the truth. This company employs the best technicians Dfw has to offer. I own a Paciugo Italian gelato and cafe at Watterscreek. The display case is Italian and very hard to deal with. When my case had issues with the lighting the manager Robert came out with his technician to fix the problem. This was the fourth visit by rsi to finally figure out the solution and they charged me just for the one visit when they finally figured it out. Love this company. Will be a loyal customer.
