Kelvin was the first technician that did not run away from doing the job. I feel all the others just kept ordering parts, so they would not need to do the job. Professional services once they show up. There was quite bit of confusion with ordered/received parts whereas the technicians kept rescheduling appointments without notifying customer and office failures to note that customer has received parts for installation. Matters of this nature needs to be worked out without prolonging installation. It took basically almost 3 weeks to complete my repair service.

EXCELLENT serviceman is Raul - he listened to all my concerns and took care of every issue - he was patient in his communications with my hearing loss and listened to my husband while he was working - he gave me info on how to order a new filter basket for my washer - a GOOD man that helped me not feel so mad at Sears for how they tortured me throughout a 3 month ordeal with repairing my washer; that issue is STILL not closed - A++
