    Mark was very pleasant to work with and was able to do the job very quickly.A problem I have isn’t with the technician, rather with the charging policies. I had taken the part off to be replaced. There was payment for the part, easy to understand. What the tech did was put the replacement part in place, tightened a screw, and that was it. Literally a less than a minute’s worth of labor. The “standard labor charge” was $300! That was outrageous to me. Great experience with them from the technician side, but absolutely unreasonable labor charges.

    I love using Sears instead of my home warranty & I wish I had them as my home warranty but some of my current coverage they don’t offer. Yet for serious appliance issues i call them every time, regardless if it’s going to cost me more out of pocket. I have the peace of mind they’ll do the job correctly & not damage my things in the process

    Great job finally fixing what the previous guys didnt. At least they got the right parts but someone put a screw in the wrong place a year or so ago and caused a drum leak.Since they are the only service team.to work on it I actually expect them to come fix that!. What a voncept.

    I had three 10-year old appliances: GE dishwasher, GE refrigerator, & Whirlpool washer. Larry took a look at all three, even though the dishwasher was the only one on the service request. He advised me of what the problem was with each and the cost of the replacement part and labor. Since the dishwasher and washer were each needing parts at about $400 plus labor, I decided not to proceed with the repair. I preferred to get a new dishwasher and washer. Instead. So, I just paid for his diagnostics on both. The refrigerators problem was the ice-maker had a plug in the water supply from ice, as a result of recent extended power outage from Hurricane Beryl. He freed up the plug, checked rest of unit out. I paid for his diagnostics and repair. None of my appliances were still in any warranty. Total charges were about $250. I am totally satisfied. I highly recommend Larry, a true professional.

    Sears technician called me to ascertain information about our refrigerator which was not cooling, and told me that he was on his way. Upon arrival, the technician checked the fridge, knew what was wrong with it, went to his van and got the parts which he onstalled in place of the old ones which were not working. The technician is a professional, highly qualified and respectable person. The repair job was successfully completed within a reasonable time.

Very pleased with our technician and his work, but Sears has issues with scheduling, delays with ordering parts and one of the scheduled repair days was a no call/no show. Very frustrating when you plan your day and no one shows up. As of today - thanks to Kelvin -our repair has been done and done correctly! Thank you, Kelvin!

For this purpose, I called for hours (!) every day this past week& talked to multiple people on the phone for getting this, butthe result turned out zero!!6. The worst part is that Sears charged me $100 (every time) Icalled for making sure the purpose of the appointment...7. Now, I will be calling Sears again for days to get refund forseveral hundred dollars...8. The point is that Its not the Sears I have known for decades!9. To close, you need to immediately replace the tech supportthat takes care of your communication, since it is real BAD!!
