AHS sent them to repair my cooktop. Tech came out and never heard from him or the company again. They dont answer the phone; they dont return calls; and they dont communicate with AHS like theyre supposed to. Been waiting on parts for two weeks and according to AHS they arrived 4/26 but no one has called for the follow up appointment. They claimed I have an electrical issue that they cant fix but they refuse to transfer my claim back to AHS for reassignment. If they come up as an option for AHS, dont submit the ticket. Youll instantly regret it bc they wont even call to get your first appointment scheduled. Youll wait at least two days for that! Straight trash company thru and thru. Wish I could get my money back and avoid them from the beginning.UPDATE: Turns out AHS is the real bad guy, not Air Kool. Let me set the record straight. I finally spoke to Air Kool and they explained that they contacted AHS to report problems with the cooktops switches (which they ordered parts for) and an electrical issue. They further asked AHS to send an electrician and AHS denied the request saying we’d need to submit and pay for a new claim. That would be acceptable if the electrical issue was not tied to the cooktop itself. The main symptom mentioned in my original cooktop repair claim was circuit issues. How is electrical work not related? Anyways, Air Kool did their part and they did it well. They replaced the switches 5/1/24 and my cooktop is good as new. Only reason for 4 stars is communication could improve a lot.

Gloria and Jose went above and beyond to address and resolve the issue I had after a negative experience with MERVYN. Jose efficiently fixed my stovetop in less than 30 minutes and provided valuable advice on maintenance. Joses expertise and professionalism stood out compared to my previous experience with MERVYN!I honestly feel like MERVYN needs further training and should not be working independently. He should be paired with a more experienced technician. I felt as though I was speaking to a child when he serviced my stove top. His insistence on needing to order a part made me doubt his level of expertise. I hate to say this but, highly recommend requesting a different technician if MERVYN is assigned to you!

Im glad I found this a very professional and trust worthy company. Not many around. My AC wasnt cooling. Different Company was stating I would need a few different parts including compressor. I called Airkool for 2nd Opinion and it turns out the only thing which was wrong with my AC was the thermostat was loosely connected and needed to be reset. It has been working for the past 2 months without any issues. Very satisfied - and I will recommend to all my friends. Great Work!!
