Beautiful neighborhood filled with beautiful people! The streets, drains, and landscaping are so neatly manicured and cleaned I thought it was recently built in the last couple of years but it is actually more than six years old!This is truly a family neighborhood where all the kids and all the neighbors know and look out for one another. Added Bonus: The Stars at night really are big and bright! There is so much less light pollution than other suburban areas nearby in Katy.I am so happy my aunt and grandma moved here, of all places, because now my children and I get to visit and enjoy its beauty and stellar atmosphere! π«ππ€
