If you happen to be looking for a home and no one is willing to help you out, i strongly suggest you contact Michael. After years of wasting money on rent, my wife and I decided to purchase our first home. We wanted a smooth process and thats what we got, i had a million questions regarding on owner financing and Michael took his time to answer every single one of them, not to mention that he is very responsive considering that he is a very busy person, he was always there to provide information.
