Beautiful new building in Downtown Houston done by the famous Hines real estate company. Waiting for attractions/restaurants to pop into building. Pretty sure they have a tunnel connection inside. -

Beautiful building in heart of DowntownToured with AIA group, visited the key floors.The relax area on a high floor has a large spectacular outside area & a beautiful interior area too.Everything developed for todays business needs and a very fine workplace environment. You experience the feeling of stepping into a fine hotel lobby.New dining on 1st floor opening soon with access to lobby & exterior for public dining access after hours.Congrats to Hines Dev -
