Since we are a major shopping destination in Waco, we knew that we needed to find a home in the downtown area and one that would fit our retail needs... and Will had the perfect spot. It was everything we needed to be able to still conduct business while repairs were being made. He was able to facilitate a quick negotiation and a move that allowed us to be back open in just under a month from our forced shut down!We could not have stayed open and have been in any better of a spot without the help of Will Phipps!!
