I usually never give a full 5 stars because we can always improve but I beyond impressed with out experience with Jessica Canales. From our first meeting she listened to us, had a realistic market evaluation prepared, and walked our home and gave us suggestions on how to make it look best for photos, etc. She listed our house in just a couple days and already had an open house prepared. Jessica thinks through every detail and truly took all the pressure and stress off of us to make it happen. We were under contract in 3 days (in a neighborhood with an average 60 days) because of Jessica’s initiative and follow through. I can’t thank her enough!!

Jessica is every parent’s dream. She has taken such great care of my daughter as she prepares for Law School in the fall. From the impeccably prepared folder with all of our home choices, to the detailed maps making sure we made the best use of our time when touring, to the absolutely AMAZING deal she negotiated on her downtown apartment with breathtaking views of the city.You can tell when someone truly enjoys their job and taking care of people. We sold our house in Friendswood for a very fair price after two weeks on the market. But the steps to that sale started with selecting Diane Mireles of Visions and Traditions Realty. We were aware of the company from watching the sale of the house across the street and asking that family about their experience with Visions and Traditions. While other agents we talked with focused on their past accomplishments, Diane focused on what we wanted to achieve in the sale of our house. We were both very comfortable with Dianes approach and set forth to determine what we needed to do to present the house and make it more attractive. We received some very honest comments and some good advice on how to promote the house. Diane was available whenever we called and she gave good constructive comments following each showing. When two offers came in the same day, she guided us through a logical process enabling us to select the best offer. The negotiations went smoothly, the option period was uneventful and the closing was straight forward with both the closing agent and Diane addressing questions about taxes, insurance during a leaseback and other topics unfamiliar to us.
