Coppell and Coppell schools! New construction with a very seasoned and highly respected Builder. The only reason Im giving it 4 stars is that the lots are a little smaller and the prices are over $450,000. On the other hand CalAtlantic Homes is a first-rate seasoned Builder with a terrific reputation and they build an extremely energy efficient home which can be quite a savings annually on electricity and gas -
