Gary Tyner is a top notch real estate agent and I would highly recommend him. Gary provided honest, clear, and trustworthy information and feedback to help us sell our house for full asking price. We sold during a market that was complicated at best (comps from a year prior were overpriced due to the boom, interest rates were increased, not a lot of buyers) and Gary quickly adjusted and helped us navigate. Hopefully we are in our forever home, but if we ever needed to sell, I would use Gary again in a heartbeat.

From start to finish, Gary and his team were professional, helpful and very responsive. We worked together for almost a year to find exactly what I needed. Due to several factors, I gave him an extremely small geographic area that I was willing to purchase a home. He was patient with my requests and also told me what I could realistically find in my budget. We found a home that was perfect (and better!) for my situation. He walked me through the home-buying process from the first step of just thinking about what I need to do to prepare to buy all the way to closing.
